The working principle of the invention is as follows: before the operation, firstly, the motor base 9 and the supporting base 22 move towards the right side, so that the cutting line 19 extends out of the grass cutting cavity 5, then according to the trimming area, the cutting fixing base 16 at the bottom of the rod wall of the rotating rod 12 can be adjusted, the cutting chutes 13 at the two sides of the bottom can slide up and down in the height adjusting chutes 20 to adjust the cutting height in the vertical direction, according to the trimming requirement, the positions of the cutting line fixing blocks 18 on the cutting chutes 13 at the two sides can be adjusted at will, during the operation, the driving motor 7 is opened, the rotating rod 12 drives the cutting line 19 to cut the area to be trimmed at high speed, therefore, the cutting line 19 can be in the vertical state between the cutting line fixing blocks 18 at the two sides, can be in the state of inclining towards the right or the left, when the cutting line 19 is in the vertical state, the grass cutting cart 4 is pushed to trim forwards, when the cutting line fixing block 18 at the bottom moves towards the rotating rod 12, the cutting line fixing block 18 at the top is kept fixed, the cutting lines 19 on the two sides are in an inverted trapezoid shape, and the area cut by the rotating cutting lines 19 is in a slope shape.
