The neck support 1 is arranged on the upper part of the back cushion 3 through the height adjusting device 3, the neck massage mechanism 4 is arranged inside the neck support 1, and the shoulder and back massage mechanism 5 and the waist massage mechanism 6 are arranged inside the back cushion 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the main body of the neck massage mechanism 4 is composed of a driving device I41, a worm I42, a gear transmission mechanism I43 and a massage head I44. The driving device I41 is arranged in the middle of the neck support 1, and output worms I42 at two ends of the driving device I41 are meshed with gear transmission mechanisms I43 at two sides. The gear transmission mechanism I43 is composed of a helical gear I431 meshed with the worm I42, a pinion I432 coaxially rotated with the helical gear I431, and a spur gear I443 fitted with the pinion I432. The bull gear I443 is coaxially connected with the massage head I44.
The working principle of the neck massage mechanism is as follows: the driving device I41 transmits circular motion to the bevel gear I431 through the worm I42, the bevel gear I431 is coaxial with the pinion I432, and the bevel gear I431 and the pinion I432 rotate at the same speed; the pinion I432 transmits circular motion to the pinion I432, and the pinion I432 and the massage head I44 are coaxial and rotate at the same speed. The rotating speed of the massage head I44 is regulated by a speed regulator.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the shoulder and back massage mechanism 5 is composed of a massage wheel mechanism 51, a transverse kneading massage driving system 52 and a longitudinal beating massage driving system 53, and the massage wheel mechanism 51 is driven by the transverse kneading massage driving system 52 and the longitudinal beating massage driving system 53 together;
as shown in fig. 3, the transverse kneading massage drive system 52 is composed of a vertically arranged shoulder/back main shaft 521, a drive device II522 for driving the shoulder/back main shaft 521 to rotate, and a shoulder/back auxiliary shaft 524 connected to the shoulder/back main shaft 521 via a shaft fixing plate 523.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the massage wheel mechanism 51 is composed of a massage wheel support plate 511 provided with 3 massage wheels 512 arranged vertically, and a coupling plate 513 connected to the back of the massage wheel support plate 511. The coupling plate 513 is connected to the shoulder-back auxiliary shaft 524 by a universal-joint lever 526. The massage wheel support plate 511 is an arc structure conforming to the back structure, and the 3 massage wheels 512 are two big and one small, wherein one big wheel is arranged at the upper end of the massage wheel support plate 511, and the other big wheel and the small wheel are fixed at the lower end of the massage wheel support plate 511 through the massage wheel expansion plate. In the embodiment, the transverse kneading massage drive system 52 and the massage wheel mechanism 51 are provided with two groups which are symmetrical left and right, and the left and right sides are connected by a shaft fixing plate 523 for fixing the shoulder and back main shaft 521, and the shoulder and back main shaft 521 and the shaft fixing plate 523 are matched by bearings.
The longitudinal beating massage driving device 53 comprises a vertical driving device III531 fixed on the main shaft bearing seat 525, and a connecting rod 532 connected with the output end of the driving device III531 and the tail end of the connecting shaft plate 513.
The working principle of the transverse kneading massage driving system is as follows: the shoulder and back main shaft 521 is driven to rotate at a certain angle by the driving device II522, so that the shoulder and back auxiliary shaft 524 fixed by the shaft fixing plate 523 also rotates together, and the massage wheel mechanism 51 moves around the shoulder and back main shaft 521 in an arc surface manner, so that transverse kneading massage is realized, and flexible massage is realized.
The working principle of the transverse kneading massage driving system is as follows: the driving device III531 drives the link 532 to move up and down, thereby causing the massage wheel mechanism 51 connected to the link 532 to perform a swinging beating motion around the universal-rod-connecting mechanism 526, and realizing beating massage.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lumbar massage mechanism 6 is composed of a driving device IV61, a worm gear II62, a gear transmission II63, an eccentric gear 64, and a massage head II 65. The worm II62 is connected with the output end of the driving device IV61, the worm II62 is meshed with the gear transmission mechanism II63, the output shaft of the gear transmission mechanism II63 is connected with the eccentric wheel 64, and the eccentric wheel 64 is eccentrically connected with the massage head II 65. The gear transmission mechanism II63 comprises a bevel gear II631 meshed with the worm II62, a small straight gear II632 coaxially rotating with the bevel gear II631, a large straight gear II634 matched with the small straight gear II632, and a rotating shaft of the large straight gear II634 is connected with the eccentric wheel 64.
Principle of operation of waist massage mechanism: the driving device IV61 transmits circular motion to the bevel gear II631 through the worm II62, the bevel gear II631 and the pinion II632 are coaxial, and the bevel gear II631 and the pinion II632 rotate at the same speed; the small straight gear II632 transmits circular motion to the large straight gear II634, the output shaft of the large straight gear II634 is connected with the eccentric wheel 64, the eccentric wheel 64 is eccentrically connected with the massage head II65, and the massage head II65 eccentrically rotates under the action of the eccentric wheel 64.
