Abstract
本发明提出了一种学院财务信息处理系统，包括会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块和用户管理模块，所述会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块、用户管理模块与中央控制连接；所述会计科目模块包括科目添加、科目修改、科目查询、科目删除和科目余额设置。本发明支持表格数据模型，简化应用程序设计，基于SQL应用程序无缝集成，提供二级索引查询的性能。同时，其数据中心性能强，支持更大业务的连续性，如分析、报告生成，改善工作负载管理和数据交换，安全性能强大，有效防止敏感数据泄露。

技术领域
本发明属于信息处理技术领域，具体涉及一种学院财务信息处理系统。
背景技术
如今，随着财务业务信息量的不断扩大，财务信息处理业务越来越多，工作任务重，工作更加需要细致，而传统的手工财务管理模式很难满足作为信息化高校的业务量需求，一方面，财务管理的数据量增大带来的数据处理难度增大，另一方面，财务管理的手工作业影响了决策的效率，财务管理导致的其他管理问题突出，这与进一步加快高校数字化校园建设的实施步伐会产生不一致。因此，需要高校正视传统手工式财务管理带来的一系列难题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提出一种学院财务信息处理系统。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种学院财务信息处理系统，包括会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块和用户管理模块，所述会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块、用户管理模块与中央控制连接；所述会计科目模块包括科目添加、科目修改、科目查询、科目删除和科目余额设置。
进一步的，所述凭证模块包括凭证输入、凭证维护、凭证审核和凭证登账。
进一步的，所述账簿模块包括查看总账模块和打印总账模块，所述查看总账模块的内容包括明细账、先进日记账、银行存款日记账，所述打印总账的内容包括打印明细账、先进日记账和银行存款日记账。
进一步的，所述报表模块包括输出资产负债表、输出资产损益表、打印资产负债表和打印资产损益表。
进一步的，所述结账模块包括期末结账和年末结账。
进一步的，所述用户管理模块包括修改密码模块和添加用户模块。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：本发明支持表格数据模型，简化应用程序设计，基于SQL应用程序无缝集成，提供二级索引查询的性能。同时，其数据中心性能强，支持更大业务的连续性，如分析、报告生成，改善工作负载管理和数据交换，安全性能强大，有效防止敏感数据泄露。

学院财务信息处理系统需要实现由传统的人工操作向计算机信息化实现转变，同时，要为学院提供一些财务信息服务，方便决策。因而，需要实现财务管理的基本功能需求，如账户、数据表、查询和分析报表等创建、更新与维护，同时，还需要全面满足学院财务管理相关人员需求的日常报表、各类数据表格、过程监控等财务管理信息，因而，本发明在财务信息处理模块方面主要设置用户登录模块、会计科目(系统初始化)模块、凭证模块、帐簿模块、报表模块、结转模块、用户管理模块，实现了对全院财务的对内和对外管理，如对内的业务信息处理，对外的银行帐处理。
本发明各个功能模块可以独立运行同时又可以整合集成的系统组成，采用系统集成模式，集信息、数据采集于一体，从而将学院的财务数据和管理流程融合为一个整体，形成财务管理、数据分析和资源分配控制的集成与协同于一体。

1.一种学院财务信息处理系统，其特征在于，包括会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块和用户管理模块，所述会计科目模块、凭证模块、账簿模块、报表模块、结账模块、用户管理模块与中央控制连接；所述会计科目模块包括科目添加、科目修改、科目查询、科目删除和科目余额设置。
