工作原理:该建筑用混凝土混合搅拌装置,通过设置有混合桶1的下端连接第二电动机20;并且混合桶1内部中心位置处设置有搅拌轴24;并且第二电动机20的输出端与搅拌轴24的一端连接,搅拌轴24上相对于耐磨片27的下方固定连接连接杆28;连接杆28通过搅拌叶片18与混合桶1的底部固定连接;搅拌轴24上设置有绞龙19,第二电动机20的输出端带动搅拌轴24转动,进而带动搅拌叶片18和绞龙19转动,泥土首先由搅拌叶片18大规模的搅拌,然后再由绞龙19进行搅拌,搅拌的泥土和砂石比较充分,比较均匀。通过设置有耐磨片27上端固定连接进料口2;进料口2的上端固定连接筛板4;筛板4的一端固定连接杂质储存箱3;并且筛板4的上端固定连接有夹板6;夹板6上端固定连接进料套5;夹板6的侧壁固定连接有活动杆10;活动杆10的另一端固定连接有传动杆7;传动杆7与第一电动机8的输出端连接,当泥土砂石通过进料套5顺着夹板6进入到筛板4时,由第一电动机8带动传动杆7;再由传动杆7带动活动杆10做往复运动,进而带动夹板6伸展和闭合,从而把比较大的泥土砂石通过刀片把较大的泥土砂石变小,然后经过刀片处理过的泥土砂石会落入筛板4,经过筛板4上的滤孔41筛选,合格的泥土砂石进入进料口2,参与搅拌,不合格的泥土砂石进入杂质储存箱3,从而提高了混凝土的质量。通过设置有支撑架11固定连接水泵12;水泵12与输液管13连接;并且混合桶1侧壁固定连接有输液管13,混合桶1内壁连接有挡板101;挡板101的一侧固定连接第一连接板102;第一连接板102固定连接第一把手103;挡板101的另一侧固定连接第二连接板107;第二连接板107固定连接第二把手106;混合桶1内部的底部设置刮板105;刮板105的下端固定连接拉杆104。并且输液管13倾斜三十度与混合桶1侧壁固定连接。当混凝土搅拌完成,并且把混凝土从混合桶1取出时,首先开启水泵12,然后通过输液管13把水在混合桶1内部往上喷,然后使用第一把手103和第二把手106推动第一连接板102和第二连接板107进而使挡板101来回晃动,可以把沾附在混合桶1内壁的混凝土除掉,然后落在混合桶1底部,然后再用连接拉杆104推动刮板105,进而把混合桶1底部和侧壁的混凝土取出,使用比较方便,比较节省成本,清洗比较方便。通过设置有搅拌轴24的另一端连接有耐磨片27,当搅拌轴24转动时,由于垫有耐磨片27,减少对混合桶1的摩擦,使用寿命比较长。通过设置混合桶1外侧壁固定连接支撑架11;支撑架11的一端固定连接第一支撑板14;第一支撑板14的下端固定连接第一弹簧15;第一弹簧15的下端固定连接第一电动推杆16;第一电动推杆16的下端固定连接第一滚轮17;并且支撑架11的另一端固定连接第二支撑板25;第二支撑板25的下端固定连接第二弹簧23;第二弹簧23的下端固定连接第二电动推杆22;第二电动推杆22的下端固定连接第二滚轮21,并且第一支撑板14的下端和第二支撑板25的下端分别设置有一个减震垫,当该装置要移动的时候,首先使用第一电动推杆16和第二电动推杆22把该装置进行加高,这样移动方便,并且减震垫和第一弹簧15还有第二弹簧23使得减震效果比较好,比较稳定。Working principle: the concrete mixing and stirring device for construction is connected to the
