Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a self-locking crossing mechanism 10 for a folding table and chair frame and a folding bed frame comprises a scissor mechanism 11, two second connecting rods 12 and two third connecting rods 13. The scissor mechanism 11 comprises two first links 111 rotatably connected together; the lower end of the second connecting rod 12 can be rotatably connected with a first connecting rod 111, the first end of the third connecting rod 13 can be rotatably connected with the second connecting rod 12, the third connecting rod 13 can also be rotatably connected with another first connecting rod 111, and the scissor mechanism 11, the two second connecting rods 12 and the two third connecting rods 13 are matched to form two groups of symmetrically arranged hinge four-bar mechanisms; the self-locking crossing mechanism is provided with a limiting mechanism 14 for limiting the maximum unfolding angle, and the angle of the downward included angle of the opening formed by the two third connecting rods 13 of the self-locking crossing mechanism 10 at the maximum unfolding angle is more than 180 degrees, such as 185-250 degrees, such as 195-205 degrees.
The first link 111 has an upper section and a lower section located above and below the point of rotation of the scissor mechanism 11, the lower section having a length greater than the upper section. The first end (lower end in the drawing) of the second link 12 is rotatably connected to the lower section of one first link 111, and the third link 13 is rotatably connected to the upper section of the other first link 111.
The limiting mechanism 14 is disposed between the first connecting rod 111 and the third connecting rod 13, which are rotatably connected, and the limiting mechanism 14 includes a propping member fixedly disposed at the second end of the third connecting rod 13, and the limiting member is propped against the first connecting rod 111 from top to bottom to realize limiting. In this embodiment: the third connecting rod 13 comprises two rod pieces, the first ends of the two rod pieces are clamped with the second connecting rod 12, and a first rotating shaft is arranged to pass through the two rod pieces and the second connecting rod 12 so as to rotationally connect the two rod pieces and the second connecting rod together; the two rod pieces are clamped at two sides of the other first connecting rod 111 and are provided with a second rotating shaft which passes through the two rod pieces and the other first connecting rod 111 to rotationally connect the two rod pieces and the other first connecting rod 111 together; the propping piece is fixedly connected between the second ends of the two rod pieces, and preferably, the bottom surface of the propping piece is concavely provided with a groove matched with the first connecting rod.
Wherein: the angle of an included angle a formed by the opening downward by the two third connecting rods 13 of the self-locking crossing mechanism 10 at the maximum unfolding angle is larger than 180 degrees, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, when the hinge four-rod mechanism changes from a folded state to an unfolded state, the hinge four-rod mechanism passes through a 'mechanism dead point' (when a is smaller than 180 degrees, as shown in fig. 4, the mechanism is in a non-self-locking state, when F1 or F2 force is applied, the structure is automatically folded, S becomes smaller and H becomes larger), namely, a is smaller than 180 degrees in fig. 4, a=180 degrees in fig. 5, a >180 degrees in fig. 6, a limiting mechanism 14 is arranged between the first connecting rod 111 and the third connecting rod 13 which are connected in a rotating way, so that the included angle a is prevented from being continuously increased, and the mechanism can be kept in the self-locking state no matter of applying F1 or F2 mechanism, namely, the mechanism cannot move between the upper ends of the two second connecting rods, so that the width S of the mechanism is fixed, the mechanism height H is also fixed, and the cloth 20 on the mechanism (like, the corresponding cloth is similar to the bed cloth, and the bed cloth is similarly easy to tilt and the bed cloth) is not stable; when the folding device is folded, the lower sections of the two first connecting rods can be unlocked and folded by pressing the lower sections by hands.
When folding: the unlocking is achieved by pressing the lower sections of the two first links 111 by hand, as shown in fig. 1 and 2; until the crossing mechanism is fully collapsed, as shown in fig. 3. Of course, the upper sections of the two first links 111 may be pressed by hand during folding, or the two third links may be lifted, but this mode is inconvenient due to the interference of the cloth folding.
