if the motion rule of the human body is judged to be not in accordance with the dance motion rule, the air conditioner is controlled according to the indication corresponding to the preset indication action under the condition that the human body makes the preset indication action;
wherein, acquire the motion law of human body in the space of air conditioner place includes:
collecting sequential multi-frame images of the space where the air conditioner is located;
identifying whether a human body exists in each frame of image, and further identifying the posture of the human body under the condition of determining that the human body exists;
determining the motion rule of the human body by combining the postures of the human body in the sequential multi-frame images;
judge whether the motion law of human body accords with the motion law of dance includes:
judging whether the human body posture of each frame of image in the acquired sequential multi-frame images belongs to a dance posture;
and if the number of the image frames of the human body posture belonging to the dance posture in the image exceeds a preset value, determining that the motion rule of the human body accords with the motion rule of dance.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case that it is determined that the movement law of the human body conforms to the movement law of dance, the method further comprises:
matching the current posture of the human body with a plurality of pre-stored dance postures;
and determining whether to give out a prompt according to whether the difference between the current posture of the human body and the matched dance posture exceeds a preset threshold value.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether to issue a prompt based on whether a difference between the current posture of the human body and the matched dance posture exceeds a preset threshold comprises:
judging the area of a non-overlapping part of the contour of the current posture of the human body and the matched contour of the dance posture, and judging whether to send out the prompt according to whether the area of the non-overlapping part exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and judging the human body part of the part where the contour of the current posture of the human body does not overlap with the matched contour of the dance posture, and judging whether to give out the prompt according to whether the human body part of the non-overlapping part exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case that it is determined that the movement law of the human body conforms to the movement law of dance, the method further comprises:
matching the current posture of the human body with a plurality of pre-stored dance postures;
comparing the contour of the current posture of the human body with the matched contour of the dance posture, and determining the part of the human body which is not overlapped;
and prompting that the human body part of the non-overlapping part of the human body is an irregular part for dance movement.
5. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
determining the number of human bodies in the space;
and under the condition that a plurality of persons exist in the space, prompting the completion degree of the dance posture of the whole of the plurality of persons and/or prompting the completion degree of the dance posture of each person respectively.
6. A control device of an air conditioner, characterized by comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the motion rule of the human body in the space where the air conditioner is located;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the motion rule of the human body accords with the motion rule of dance;
the first control unit is used for ignoring an instruction corresponding to a preset instruction action under the condition that the human body makes the preset instruction action if the motion rule of the human body is judged to accord with the dance motion rule, wherein the preset instruction action is used for controlling the air conditioner to execute the corresponding instruction;
the second control unit is used for controlling the air conditioner according to an instruction corresponding to the preset instruction action under the condition that the human body makes the preset instruction action if the motion rule of the human body is judged to be not in accordance with the dance motion rule;
wherein the acquisition unit includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring sequential multi-frame images of the space where the air conditioner is located;
the recognition module is used for recognizing whether a human body exists in each frame of image and further recognizing the posture of the human body under the condition that the human body exists;
the first determining module is used for determining the motion rule of the human body by combining the postures of the human body in the sequential multi-frame images;
the judging unit is further used for judging whether the human body posture of each frame of image in the acquired sequential multi-frame images belongs to a dance posture, and if the number of the frames of the image in which the human body posture belongs to the dance posture is judged to exceed a preset value, the motion rule of the human body is determined to accord with the dance motion rule.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first control unit comprises:
the first matching module is used for matching the current posture of the human body with a plurality of pre-stored dance postures under the condition that the motion law of the human body is judged to accord with the dance motion law;
and the first prompting module is used for determining whether to give out a prompt according to whether the difference between the current posture of the human body and the matched dance posture exceeds a preset threshold value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first prompting module comprises:
the first judgment sub-module is used for judging the area of a non-overlapping part of the contour of the current posture of the human body and the matched contour of the dance posture and judging whether to send out the prompt according to whether the area of the non-overlapping part exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value or not; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the second judgment submodule is used for judging the human body part of the part where the contour of the current posture of the human body is not overlapped with the matched contour of the dance posture, and judging whether to send out the prompt according to whether the human body part of the part which is not overlapped exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first control unit comprises:
the second matching module is used for matching the current posture of the human body with a plurality of pre-stored dance postures;
the second determination module is used for comparing the contour of the current posture of the human body with the matched contour of the dance posture and determining the part of the human body which is not overlapped;
and the second prompting module is used for prompting that the human body part of the non-overlapping part of the human body is an irregular part of dance movement.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining the number of the human bodies in the space;
and the prompting unit is used for prompting the completion degree of the dance posture of the whole of the multiple persons and/or respectively prompting the completion degree of the dance posture of each person under the condition that the multiple persons exist in the space.
11. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein an apparatus in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when the program is executed.
12. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
