本发明公开了一种浮旋式水嘴,包括阀体,所述阀体顶部设置有阀盖,所述阀体与阀盖活动连接,所述阀盖顶部设置有调节旋钮,所述调节旋钮底部固定设有第一连杆,所述阀体内腔设置有导水槽,所述导水槽底部设置有凹槽,所述第一连杆与凹槽相配合,所述第一连杆一侧设有盖板,所述第一连杆外部套设有第二连杆,所述第二连杆一侧固定设有浮球塞,所述阀体一侧设置有套筒。本发明在水嘴出现故障需要维修更换时,只需通过关闭套筒上的闸阀即可,而无需切断管道总阀门,避免影响用户的用水情况,而且使用者可以根据实际清洗情况选择清洗方式,方便快捷,同时本发明能减少内漏和外漏情况的发生,节约了水资源。

一种浮旋式水嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及管路阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种浮旋式水嘴。
背景技术
冷水嘴是由管路阀门派生出来的(俗称“水龙头”),国内外款式繁多,但就内部启闭结构和密封形式归纳起来目前只有两种,一种是“螺旋升降式水嘴”,此水嘴结构简单,价位低廉,有适当的调整余量,易更换配件,但上密封的性能有先天性的不足,称之为“外漏”,另一种是“陶瓷片密封水嘴”,此水嘴结构复杂,价位高昂,无调整余量,由于它的结构件是固定位置的固定尺寸,不易更换配件,发生泄漏必须整只更换,它的渗漏现象绝大多数产生于阀体内腔密封破坏,称之为“内漏”。无论是“外漏”还是“内漏”,都给人民生活精神上带来极大的烦恼,且大量浪费十分珍贵的水资源和经济损失,而且水流清洗方式较为单一。
因此,发明一种浮旋式水嘴来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种浮旋式水嘴,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种浮旋式水嘴,包括阀体,所述阀体顶部设置有阀盖,所述阀体与阀盖活动连接,所述阀盖顶部设置有调节旋钮,所述调节旋钮底部固定设有第一连杆,所述阀体内腔设置有导水槽,所述导水槽底部设置有凹槽,所述第一连杆与凹槽相配合,所述第一连杆一侧设有盖板,所述第一连杆外部套设有第二连杆,所述第二连杆一侧固定设有浮球塞,所述阀体一侧设置有套筒,所述套筒一侧设置有输水管,所述输水管与导水槽相连通。
优选的,所述阀体与阀盖连接处设置有U形密封圈,所述第一连杆与凹槽连接处设置有凹形密封圈。
优选的,所述调节旋钮形状设置为风车状。
优选的,所述导水槽一侧设置有导水孔,且导水孔数量设置为两个。
优选的,所述盖板两侧均设置有环形密封圈,所述环形密封圈外径与导水孔直径相等。
优选的,所述套筒上设置有闸阀。
本发明的技术效果和优点:通过设置闸阀,使水嘴出现故障需要维修更换时,只需通过关闭套筒上的闸阀即可,而无需切断管道总阀门,避免影响用户的用水情况;通过设置带有环形密封圈的盖板,可以供使用者根据实际清洗情况选择清洗方式,方便快捷;通过设置U形密封圈和凹形密封圈,可以提高水嘴的密封性,减少内漏和外漏情况的发生。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-5所示的一种浮旋式水嘴,包括阀体1,所述阀体1顶部设置有阀盖2,所述阀体1与阀盖2活动连接,所述阀盖2顶部设置有调节旋钮3,所述调节旋钮3底部固定设有第一连杆4,所述阀体1内腔设置有导水槽5,所述导水槽5底部设置有凹槽6,所述第一连杆4与凹槽6相配合,所述第一连杆4一侧设有盖板8,所述第一连杆4外部套设有第二连杆7,所述第二连杆7一侧固定设有浮球塞9,可以控制水流的通断,所述阀体1一侧设置有套筒10,所述套筒10一侧设置有输水管11,所述输水管11与导水槽5相连通。
所述阀体1与阀盖2连接处设置有U形密封圈12,所述第一连杆4与凹槽6连接处设置有凹形密封圈13,可以提高水嘴的密封性,减少内漏和外漏情况的发生,所述调节旋钮3形状设置为风车状,方便转动调节旋钮3,所述导水槽5一侧设置有导水孔14,且导水孔14数量设置为两个,其中一个导水孔14出水口处设置有高压喷头,使用者可以根据实际情况选择缓水流清洗或高压水流冲洗,所述盖板8两侧均设置有环形密封圈15,所述环形密封圈15外径与导水孔14直径相等,可提高盖板8的密封性,较少漏水情况的发生,所述套筒10上设置有闸阀16,使水嘴出现故障需要维修更换时,只需通过关闭套筒10上的闸阀16即可,而无需切断管道总阀门,避免影响用户的用水情况。
本发明工作原理:使用时,打开闸阀16,此时盖板8与导水槽5端面处于垂直状态,然后通过调节旋钮3调节第一连杆4旋转角度,使盖板8盖住导水槽5端面的导水孔14,导水孔14包括有第一导水孔和第二导水孔,其中第一导水孔出水口处设置有高压喷头,使用者可以根据实际情况选择缓水流清洗或高压水流冲洗,选择好清洗方式后,使用者旋动阀盖2上的把手,使浮球塞9离开输水管11口,接通水流使用,当不需要清洗时,使用者旋动阀盖2上的把手,使浮球塞9盖住输水管11口,切断水流,若是水嘴出现故障需要更换时,只需通过关闭套筒10上的闸阀16即可,而无需切断管道总阀门,避免影响用户的用水情况。

1.一种浮旋式水嘴,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)顶部设置有阀盖(2),所述阀体(1)与阀盖(2)活动连接,所述阀盖(2)顶部设置有调节旋钮(3),所述调节旋钮(3)底部固定设有第一连杆(4),所述阀体(1)内腔设置有导水槽(5),所述导水槽(5)底部设置有凹槽(6),所述第一连杆(4)与凹槽(6)相配合,所述第一连杆(4)一侧设有盖板(8),所述第一连杆(4)外部套设有第二连杆(7),所述第二连杆(7)一侧固定设有浮球塞(9),所述阀体(1)一侧设置有套筒(10),所述套筒(10)一侧设置有输水管(11),所述输水管(11)与导水槽(5)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮旋式水嘴,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)与阀盖(2)连接处设置有U形密封圈(12),所述第一连杆(4)与凹槽(6)连接处设置有凹形密封圈(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮旋式水嘴,其特征在于:所述调节旋钮(3)形状设置为风车状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮旋式水嘴,其特征在于:所述导水槽(5)一侧设置有导水孔(14),且导水孔(14)数量设置为两个。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种浮旋式水嘴,其特征在于:所述盖板(8)两侧均设置有环形密封圈(15),所述环形密封圈(15)外径与导水孔(14)直径相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮旋式水嘴,其特征在于:所述套筒(10)上设置有闸阀(16)。
