[0015]如图所示,一种生活废水回收再利用系统,包括进水管9,所述进水管9与初级过滤 装置1连接,所述初级过滤装置1内壁上部设有一个环形固定套环,所述环形固定套环上卡 接有一个过滤网兜11,所述初级过滤装置1底部通过导管2与水泵3连接,所述水泵3通过导 管2与沉淀池4相连,所述沉淀池4一侧通过出污管与抽淤泵5连接,抽淤栗5出口与发酵池6 相连接,沉淀池4上部设有加药剂装置7,沉淀池4通过导管2与储水箱8相连,所述加药剂装 置7包括加料斗71,所述加料斗71底部设有混液槽72,混液槽72上设有控制阀门,沉淀池4内 部通过隔板73分成两个区域,分别为沉淀槽74和储存槽75,所述隔板73由两块竖直平行设 置的左、右隔板组成,隔板73的高度小于沉淀池4的高度,左隔板的上部与沉淀池4固定连 接,右隔板的下部与沉淀池4相连,所述加料斗71底部的混液槽72与沉淀槽74相连通,粉末 状的药剂通过加料斗71底部的螺旋输送机送料,混液槽72上设有水加入口,所述沉淀槽74 上还设有进水导管,所述进水导管内设有流量计,所述储存槽75上设有出液导管,所述储水 箱8内部设有粗过滤网81、细过滤网82、油水分离器83和活性炭层84,储水箱8—侧底部设有 出水管,所述粗过滤网81、细过滤网82和油水分离器83均与储水箱8内壁活动卡接,初级过 滤装置1和储水箱8上设有盖子12,盖子12的设置方便更换滤网和过滤网兜11;进一步的,所 述初级过滤装置1、沉淀池4和储水箱8上距离顶部3厘米处均设有溢流管13,所述溢流管13 出水口与排污管道相连;溢流管13用于在水量较大时直接排放到污水管中,防止流到地板 上造成污染;进一步的,所述进水管9上设有多个进水支管91,进水支管91分别与厨房出水 管道、脸盆出水管道、洗衣机出水管道和洗澡水出水管道连接;进一步的,所述出水管10上 设有多个出水支管101,出水支管101分别与马桶进水管和拖布进水管相连,进水支管91和 出水支管101更大限度的利用废水和使用经过处理的废水。
[0016]具体使用时,生活废水分别经过进水支管91流到初级过滤装置1中,经过过滤网兜 11将废水中的残渣和毛发过滤出来再进入沉淀池4中,由于沉淀池4中的隔板73存在,废水 必须要越过左隔板最高处再流到储存槽75中使用,保证了废水在沉淀槽74中有充分的停留 时间,可以将水中的泥土等杂质得到沉降,为了加速杂质的沉降速度,可以打开加料斗71底 部混液槽72上的控制阀门,根据使用需要加入一些沉淀剂溶液或者絮凝剂溶液,最后再用 抽嫩泵5将沉降下来的杂质进行收集,上层干净的水流到储水箱8中进一步净化再利用,由 于f者水箱8中设有不同粒径的过滤网,可以对废水进一步处理,处理以后的水可以经过出水 支管101流入到抽水马桶的水箱当中进一步使用,整个系统具有结构简单,使用方便紧凑的 优点。
Claims (7)
1.一种生活废水回收再利用系统,其特征在于:包括进水管,所述进水管与初级过滤装 置连接,所述初级过滤装置内壁上部设有一个环形固定套环,所述环形固定套环上卡接有 一个过滤网兜,所述初级过滤装置底部通过导管与水泵连接,所述水栗通过导管与沉淀池 相连,所述沉淀池一侧通过出污管与抽淤泵连接,抽淤泵出口与发酵池相连接,沉淀池上部 设有加药剂装置,沉淀池通过导管与储水箱相连,所述储水箱内部设有粗过滤网、细过滤 网、油水分离器和活性炭层,储水箱一侧底部设有出水管。
