[0017] 四、使用数码印花机在本色地垫坯布上进行数码喷墨印花。采用的是杭州赛顺数 码科技有限公司的SD-1800-导带式数码印花机,该机采用压电脉冲式工作原理,依据计算 机控制变化电压对压电传感器进行施加,然后压电传感器冲击油墨,当电压变化时,油墨体 积也会随着收缩和膨胀。压电材料的构造以及样式决定了油墨体积变化的方向。压电传感 器收缩时会给油墨施加高压以便墨滴从喷嘴处迅速喷出。当电压信号消失后,压电材料会 回到原来正常尺寸,且储墨器将油墨又重新充满墨室。压电式按需喷墨印花机每秒钟大约 喷出14000个墨滴,稍多于热脉冲式印花机。它既能应用水性油墨,也可以使用溶剂型油墨, 但对油墨性能有一定的适用性要求,粒径应小于〇.5μηι,最大不可超过Ium,表面张力不小于 32mN/m,粘度大约8_12mPa · s。
[0018] 将需要的印花图案输入计算机,通过专用的计算机软件分色处理后,由专用的RIP (光栅图像处理器)软件控制喷墨印花机将各种专用染料(活性、酸性、分散染料等和涂料) 直接喷印到各种织物或其它介质上,再对织物进行后处理加工后,形成丰富多彩、层次丰 富、色彩斑斓的图案,最终生产出原设计要求的印花织物。喷墨印花是一种非接触印花,印 花图案是靠不同颜色的微小墨滴直接在织物表面混合而成的。
[0019] 喷印时,遵循由浅至深的喷印原则,若两种颜色在图案中的位置较靠近,则将两种 颜色的染料分别装在相隔较远的两个墨盒内为宜。
[0020] 五、固色工艺 采用红外线烘干,温度100-120 °C,时间10分钟以上。
[0021] 本发明开发的超强吸水矮毛雪尼尔印花地垫新产品技术指标如下:
本发明采用绒头“左捻+右捻”技术,使得绒毛直立而富有弹性新功能,使绒毛达到颗粒 立体感。
[0022] 纱线的“左捻+右捻”蜂窝结构,加上超细纤维的特种纺材,增强了吸水量(4.5倍比 重吸水量、吸水速度秒),同时增强了簇绒密而又实产品的导湿功能。
Claims (8)
1. 一种超强吸水矮毛雪尼尔印花地垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤: 1) 选择涤纶/涤锦复合超细纤维作为底布和毛绒层的纺材; 2) 将涤纶/涤锦复合超细纤维纺成纱支为0.4-0.8支的纱线,作为毛绒层的纱线,簇绒 在底布上;簇绒机针距10〜14针/10cm,针高0.8〜1.8cm,针宽0.95〜lcm,针速1.2〜 1.8m/min,幅宽 100 〜120cm; 3) 使用数码印花机在本色地垫坯布上进行数码喷墨印花,油墨粒径最大不可超过 lum,表面张力不小于32mN/m; 4) 采用红外线固色。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,毛绒层的绒毛高度为0.6cm〜 1·5cm〇
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,采用左捻+右捻纺纱技术,将涤 纶/涤锦复合超细纤维纺成的纱线作为毛绒层的纱线。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在底布簇绒后,本色地毯坯布克重 1600 〜2000g/rrf 〇
5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,采用红外线固色的温度为100-120 cC。
6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在本色地垫坯布上进行数码喷墨 印花,油墨粘度8_12mPa · s。
7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在本色地垫坯布上进行数码喷墨 印花,若两种颜色在图案中的位置较靠近,则将两种颜色的染料分别装在相隔较远的两个 墨盒内。
8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,采用红外线固色的时间10分钟以 上。
