[0001]本发明涉及气缸加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种气缸套全面清洗除肩装置。
背景技术
[0002] 现代气缸套加工行业,气缸套成品外圆普遍采用数控机床高速车削,车削加工后 气缸套具有一定的磁性,车削过程中所产生的细小金属颗粒吸附在缸套外圆面上。车削加 工后缸套成品内孔普遍采用衝磨加工,加工过程中有细小金属颗粒及油泥的产生并吸附 在缸套内表面上。对于吸附在缸套内、外圆表面的细小金属颗粒,清水冲洗效果有限。残留 的金属颗粒及油泥等将在一定程度上影响产品的清洁度要求,并且金属颗粒的存在较大地 增加了气缸套拉缸的风险。因此需要一种能够快速有效清洗气缸套的装置。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种气缸套全面清洗除肩装置。
[0004]为了达到该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种气缸套全面清洗除肩装置,其特征在于:包括基座,所述基座上设置有清洗槽和定 位气缸,所述定位气缸的活塞杆穿过所述清洗槽侧壁,所述清洗槽上端设置有旋转气缸,所 述旋转气缸的活塞杆位于所述清洗槽中部并平行于所述清洗槽的延伸方向设置,所述旋转 气缸的活塞杆上设置有柱状海绵块,所述旋转气缸的活塞杆上还设置有连接板,所述连接 板边缘设置有套筒,所述套筒内侧表面设有海绵层。
[0005]由此,定位气缸夹紧气缸套后,旋转气缸活塞杆驱动柱状海绵块以及海绵层向气 缸套伸缩转动,将气缸套表面碎肩推出后对其表面进行清洗。
[0006]作为一种优选,所述定位气缸的活塞杆端部设置有橡胶块,所述橡胶块表面设有 凸起。
[0007]作为一种优选,所述连接板上设有开孔,所述旋转气缸活塞杆一侧设有水管,所述 水管与所述旋转气缸或活塞杆平行设置,所述水管上均匀设置有喷头。
[0008]作为一种优选,所述水管的数量为四个,四个所述水管沿所述清洗槽周向均匀设 置,所述喷头朝向所述清洗槽中部一侧。
[0009]作为一种优选,所述定位气缸的数量为三个,三个所述定位气缸沿所述清洗槽周 向均匀设置。
[0010]作为一种优选,所述基座上与所述清洗槽相对位置设置有排水孔。
[0011]作为一种优选,所述排水孔下端设有检测传感器,所述检测传感器与控制器相连, 所述喷头内设有流量阀,所述控制器控制所述流量阀的流量。
[0012]综上,本发明具有以下优点:定位气缸夹紧气缸套后,旋转气缸活塞杆驱动柱状海 绵块以及海绵层向气缸套伸缩转动,将气缸套表面碎屑推出后对其表面进行清洗,气缸伸 缩杆往复运动,多角度清洗气缸套,清洗效果好;喷头出水对气缸套进行冲洗,检测传感器 检测流出的冲洗水浓度,以调整喷头出水,提高水利用率。

[0016]、如图1所不,该除屑装置包括基座1,基座设置有清洗槽2和定位气缸3,定位气 缸3的活塞杆穿过清洗槽2侧壁,清洗槽2上端设置有旋转气缸4,旋转气缸4的活塞杆位于清 洗槽2中部并平行于清洗槽2的延伸方向设置,旋转气缸4的活塞杆上设置有柱状海绵块41, 旋转气缸4的活塞杆上还设置有连接板犯,连接板似边缘设置有套筒43,套筒43内侧表面设 有海绵层44。定位气缸3夹紧气缸套后,旋转气缸4活塞杆驱动柱状海绵块41以及海绵层44 向气缸套伸缩转动,将气缸套表面碎屑推出后对其表面进行清洗,气缸伸缩杆往复运动,多 角度清洗气缸套,清洗效果好。
[0017]定位气缸3的活塞杆端部设置有橡胶块3丨,橡胶块31表面设有凸起,保证对气缸套 的定位效果。定位气缸3的数量为三个,三个定位气缸3沿清洗槽2周向均匀设置。
[0018]连接板42上设有开孔,旋转气缸4活塞杆一侧设有水管5,水管5与旋转气缸4或活 塞杆平行设置,水管5上均匀设置有喷头51。水管5的数量为四个,四个水管5沿清洗槽2周向 均匀设置,喷头51朝向清洗槽2中部一侧。排水孔11下端设有检测传感器,检测传感器与控 制器相连,喷头51内设有流量阀,控制器控制流量阀的流量。喷头51出水对气缸套进行冲 洗,检测传感器检测流出的冲洗水浓度,以调整喷头51出水,提高水利用率。
[0019]基座1上与清洗槽2相对位置设置有排水孔11。可分别将气缸套两端朝上进行两次 清洗,以保证效果,清洗液以及冲洗液从排水孔11排出。
