Description

Plant acne-removing composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of human skin care, and particularly relates to a plant acne-removing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acne, comedo, whelk and the like are common and common skin diseases, particularly whelk, and teenagers are generally troubled by the acne, the whelk and the teenagers to different degrees. The skin diseases such as acne, comedo and whelk are caused by a lot of inducements, mainly due to inflammation and obstruction of skin sacs and sebaceous glands of the skin epidermis, and particularly from the perspective of western medicine, the skin diseases can be divided into three categories of fungal infection, bacterial infection and viral infection, the disease course is long, the skin diseases are easy to relapse, and the physical and mental health of patients is influenced. The existing acne removing methods and the types of medicines are also many, such as: laser therapy, western medicines such as salicylic acid, clindamycin, metronidazole, dexamethasone and plant essential oil such as rose essential oil. In the above treatment method, laser treatment cannot eradicate acne and has a destructive effect on skin tissues; the single western medicine treatment easily causes drug dependence on patients and has large side effect; the plant essential oil has good treatment effect, but has long treatment time and high price and cannot be accepted by the public. In addition, there is also a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, for example, the invention patent 201110421645.9 discloses an acne removing cream for external application, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: pearl powder: gypsum powder: plum slice: lithospermum: rhubarb: wheat germ: glabrous greenbrier rhizome: ploughshare grass: citronella: coix seed is 30:15:10:10:5:15:15:15:15: 20; the invention patent 200810053192.7 discloses an acne removing cream, which comprises the following medicines, by weight, 0.9-3.8 parts of bletilla striata, 1-4.5 parts of angelica dahurica I, 0.7-4.1 parts of scutellaria baicalensis and 1-2.4 parts of magnolia flower; the traditional Chinese medicines have good effects on treating skin diseases such as acne, pimple and comedo from the perspective of 'monarch, minister and guide', but the traditional Chinese medicines need dialectical use, are only suitable for a small part of patients, and have long treatment period.
Clinical tests show that the propolis is effective on skin itch, neurodermatitis, folliculitis, hidradenitis, youth acne and the like; it is also effective on infectious dermatoses such as impetigo and herpes zoster. The propolis has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, can relieve pain locally, improve subcutaneous tissue blood circulation, limit scar formation, nourish skin, and protect skin from damage of chemical substances such as acid and alkali. However, most of propolis is a water-insoluble component, and ethanol is often used as a solvent in the preparation of a liquid preparation, and the ethanol preparation is highly irritating to the skin and is difficult to be effectively popularized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a plant acne-removing composition, which is prepared by selecting pure natural Chinese herbal medicines such as white paeony root, honeysuckle flower, mangosteen, salvia miltiorrhiza, dandelion, atractylodes macrocephala koidz, poria cocos and the like, scientifically matching and extracting and refining, effectively retaining active ingredients of the plants, effectively killing harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses, effectively removing severe cyst-type, pustule-type and papular-type acnes, and having synergistic effects and effects on regulating sebum secretion and skin acid-base balance and removing toxins and the like while removing acnes.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a plant acne-removing composition comprises, by weight, 100 parts of a composition, 6-25 parts of a propolis extract; 0.5-4.0 parts of white peony root extract; 1.0-5.0 parts of honeysuckle extract; 1.0-4.0 parts of mangosteen extract; 0.5-2.5 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza extract; 0.3-3.5 parts of dandelion extract; 0.5-3.0 parts of rhizoma atractylodis extract; 1.0-4.0 parts of poria cocos extract; 3.0-10.0 parts of soybean lecithin and the balance of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of propolis extract:
(a) the ratio of propolis to ethyl acetate in ml is 1: 2-8, soaking propolis at room temperature for 2-3 days, and then removing ethyl acetate from the separated extract through rotary evaporation to obtain a propolis extract E1, wherein the rotary evaporation is carried out at the temperature of 50-65 ℃;
(b) according to the ratio of the propolis extract E1 in grams to the polyethylene glycol in grams of 1: 4-8, and fully dissolving the mixture in a water bath kettle at the temperature of 75-85 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution E2;
(c) the weight ratio of the extracting solution E2 to the polyglycerol monostearate is 1: 2-4, adding polyglycerol monostearate into the extracting solution E2, and fully stirring and dissolving to obtain the propolis extract F;
(2) preparing a white paeony root extract, a honeysuckle extract, a mangosteen extract, a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a dandelion extract, a atractylodes rhizome extract and a poria cocos extract:
respectively crushing radix paeoniae alba, honeysuckle, mangosteen, salvia miltiorrhiza, dandelion, rhizoma atractylodis and poria cocos into powder, adding the powder into a multifunctional extraction tank, and mixing the powder with water according to the weight ratio of 1: 4-10, decocting in water for 2-4 times, each time for 15-60 minutes, combining decoctions, concentrating, adding ethanol while stirring, precipitating overnight, filtering through 300-400 meshes of filter cloth, and vacuum drying to obtain a white paeony root extract, a honeysuckle flower extract, a mangosteen fruit extract, a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a dandelion extract, a rhizoma atractylodis extract and a poria cocos extract respectively, wherein the vacuum drying is carried out at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ and the vacuum degree of-0.07-0.1 MPa;
(3) weighing the balance of water, dissolving soybean lecithin in water to prepare a lecithin solution, adding the white paeony root extract, the honeysuckle extract, the mangosteen extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza extract, the dandelion extract, the rhizoma atractylodis extract and the poria cocos extract in parts by weight respectively, and fully dissolving the materials by using a stirring homogenizer; finally adding propolis extract F to obtain the plant acne-removing composition.
Wherein the granularity of the white paeony root, the honeysuckle, the mangosteen, the salvia miltiorrhiza, the dandelion, the rhizoma atractylodis and the tuckahoe is 100-200 meshes.
The propolis extract is extracted by a step-by-step method, and the main purpose is to extract active substances in the propolis to the maximum extent, so that the propolis is further emulsified to form a water-soluble system; the main function of the addition of polyglycerol monostearate is to enable the components of the propolis to dissolve in water. The weight ratio of the extracting solution E2 to the polyglycerol monostearate is 1: 2-4, if the weight ratio of the extracting solution E2 to the polyglycerol monostearate is more than 1: 2, the ingredients in the prepared propolis can not be completely dissolved in water; if the weight ratio of the extracting solution E2 to the polyglycerol monostearate is less than 1: 4, the content of propolis is too low.
In the invention, the white paeony root extract has the main functions of inhibiting autoimmune reaction, resisting inflammation and relieving pain; the honeysuckle extract has the main functions of diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria; the mangosteen extract has the main functions of inhibiting oxidative damage, resisting inflammation and relieving pain; the red sage root extract has the main functions of improving microcirculation, inhibiting the generation of collagen fibers, promoting the degradation of fibrin, resisting inflammation and the like; the dandelion extract has the main functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and dissipating stagnation; the rhizoma Atractylodis extract has main effects in resisting cocci, bacilli, fungi and viruses; the tuckahoe extract has the main function of inhibiting acute and chronic inflammation; the main function of soybean lecithin is to emulsify water-insoluble substances.
In the invention, 100 parts by weight of the plant acne-removing composition, the parts by weight of each seed of the white peony root extract, the honeysuckle extract, the mangosteen extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza extract, the dandelion extract, the atractylodes rhizome extract and the poria cocos extract are within the range, and if the propolis extract is less than 6 parts by weight, the finished product has low bacteriostatic activity and poor curative effect; if the propolis extract is more than 25 parts by weight, the product stability is poor; therefore, the propolis extract is 6 to 25 parts by weight;
when the weight parts of the white paeony root extract, the honeysuckle extract, the mangosteen extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza extract, the dandelion extract, the rhizoma atractylodis extract and the poria cocos extract are less than the respective weight parts, the expected effect cannot be achieved; if their parts by weight are more than the respective ranges of parts by weight described above, the stability of the product is affected; therefore, the weight parts of the white peony root extract, the honeysuckle extract, the mangosteen extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza extract, the dandelion extract, the atractylodes rhizome extract and the poria cocos extract are respectively 0.5-4.0 parts, 1.0-5.0 parts, 1.0-4.0 parts, 0.5-2.5 parts, 0.3-3.5 parts, 0.5-3.0 parts and 1.0-4.0 parts.
The weight part of the soybean lecithin is within the above range, and if the weight part of the soybean lecithin is less than the above range, the intended effect is not obtained; if their weight parts are more than the above range, the solution is viscous and gives poor skin feel; therefore, the weight part of the soybean lecithin is 3.0-10.0 parts.
