The invention provides a waterproof protective casing of a power supply box, which comprises a casing body and a plug wire port on the casing body; the shell body comprises a rear shell used for placing the power box and a front shell connected with the rear shell; the front shell is provided with a clamping groove for fixing the rear shell; the back shell is provided with a clamping piece matched with the clamping groove, and a sealing piece is arranged at the joint of the back shell and the front shell; the clamping groove comprises a positioning part above the clamping groove and a clamping part below the clamping groove for clamping the bayonet fitting; the middle part of the clamping part is provided with a water guide groove. The invention has small volume, is convenient to carry, can be conveniently arranged on the power supply box, has good waterproof effect, and can effectively avoid water inflow in the shell body through the sealing element and the water guide groove; the protective shell can be further provided with power boxes of different types, so that the multifunctional power box is realized, and the power boxes can be stably placed in the shell body under the combined action of the clamping assembly and the clamping part.

Background
In various works such as overhaul of power equipment, electrical test, instrument verification and the like, a power supply box is often used. The power box is in the prior art, and can be used as a power supply to supply power to other equipment. The power supply box is connected with the power supply line through a wire plugging port on the rear shell; be equipped with a plurality of plug wire mouths of being connected with the power supply box on the preceding shell, these plug wire mouths can be used for connecting the power transmission line. The shell body can be made of hard plastic, so that the shell body can not be corroded even if being immersed in water, and is more durable; the shell body made of plastic material can also play a certain insulating role when the power supply box leaks electricity.
A sealing element 13 is arranged at the joint of the positioning part 12 and the rear shell; the sealing piece can be a rubber pad, and when the rear shell is connected with the clamping groove, the sealing piece at the clamping groove positioning part is tightly attached to the outer surface of the rear shell, so that water can be effectively prevented from entering the shell body from the connection part of the clamping groove and the rear shell, and the danger of water inlet short circuit of the power supply box is avoided.
The clamping part 15 can be an arc-shaped plastic plate, and a groove of the arc-shaped plastic plate is a water guide groove; after the power supply box is installed on the rear shell, the rear shell can be connected with the front shell, when the power supply box stretches into the front shell, the arc-shaped plastic plate can be extruded, so that the plastic plate can prop against the power supply box, the power supply box can be clamped through the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part, the power supply box is fixed, and the power supply box is prevented from shaking during use.
The water guide groove 6 is connected with the water outlet 17 on the front shell, so that even if the sealing piece does not have a good water-proof effect, water leaking from the joint of the rear shell and the front shell can enter the water guide groove and is guided to the water outlet through the water guide groove to be discharged, the water guide groove has a secondary protection effect, and the water inlet short circuit of the power supply box can be effectively avoided, so that danger occurs.
The outside of the shell body 1 is provided with cylindrical protection pieces 10 made of insulating materials at positions corresponding to the plug wire ports 2, one ends of the protection pieces connected with the box body are provided with annular grooves 11, and the annular grooves can guide water flowing down from the upper part of the front shell to open so as to avoid short circuit of the power supply box caused by water inlet of the plug wire ports; the cylindrical protective piece protrudes out of the surface of the box body, so that the wire insertion opening can be covered, and the hollow structure of the cylindrical protective piece can not prevent the wire from being normally inserted into and pulled out of the wire insertion opening; when the power box is not used, the protective piece can well cover the plug wire port, and electric shock caused by personnel touching is prevented; when the power line needs to be wired; the plug is directly inserted into the protective piece, so that the plug is simple and convenient, the insulativity of the power supply box is ensured, and the wiring of the power supply box is convenient.
The bottom of the shell body 1 is provided with a supporting leg 7; the landing leg adopts electrically conductive material, and the landing leg can adopt the landing leg of metal material. The landing leg then can in time introduce the underground with electric conduction when the power supply box electric leakage, plays the effect of earth connection, can effectively prevent to take place the electric shock accident.
The inner wall of the rear shell 3 is provided with a clamping mechanism which comprises clamping components correspondingly arranged at the top and the bottom of the rear shell; the clamping assembly comprises an elastic element 8, one end of which is fixed on the inner wall of the rear shell, and the other end of the elastic element is provided with a cushion block 9; the cushion block is of a round platform structure, and the bottom surface of the round platform structure is connected with the elastic element; the elastic element may be a spring or a rubber spring.
The clamping assembly and the clamping part can jointly play a role in supporting the power supply box; when the power supply box is installed in the rear shell, the power supply box is only required to be pushed into the rear shell; the power supply box can touch the clamping assembly in the process of extending into the rear shell, and as the side surface of the circular truncated cone structure is inclined, when the power supply box is contacted with the side surface of the circular truncated cone structure, the circular truncated cone structure is automatically pushed to extrude the elastic element along the side surface of the circular truncated cone structure; the extruded elastic element can also generate acting force on the round platform structure, and the round platform structure clamps the power supply box, so that the power supply box is fixed in the rear shell under the action of the clamping component;
When the power supply box is installed, a user can conveniently fix the power supply box through the clamping assembly and the clamping part, the power supply box is pushed into the rear shell to be fixed through the clamping assembly, then the front shell is connected with the rear shell, and the clamping part clamps the power supply box at the moment; thus, the power supply box is very convenient to install; and when the power box is disassembled, the front shell is only required to be disassembled first, and then the power box is directly pulled out, so that the use of elements such as screws and the like is avoided, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the operation of a user is also facilitated.
