本发明公开了一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，包括夹具底板、工件和可调节千分尺，夹具底板顶端的中部固定设有固定芯棒，固定芯棒上套设有工件，夹具底板顶端的一侧设有可调节千分尺，可调节千分尺的中部通过第一固定结构与夹具底板的顶端固定连接，夹具底板顶端的另一侧设有力矩扳手。本发明设有的夹具底板上的固定芯棒可以对工件固定，通过可调节千分尺可以方便且准确的调节工件上槽口与夹具底板的开槽对称及平行，操作简单且精确，降低了校正工件时产生的产品报废率；夹具底板通过第二固定结构固定连接的力矩扳手，可以快捷的对工件上的工件螺钉进行拧紧或者拧松。

本发明涉及一种专用夹具，具体为一种工件槽口加工专用夹具。
背景技术
工件的加工操作中，一般都会需要借助夹具对其进行固定，目前在工件加工过程中，槽口有力矩要求是很常见的，传统的夹具在加工时，由于要调节槽口平行和对称，需要拆卸底板螺丝，还需要不断移动调节，效率很低，并且在拧动拧工件上的力矩时必须手持力矩扳手拧一个工件，再将扳手放到旁边，然后再加工工件，这样就增加了操作步骤，既不便也降低了加工效率，因此我们对此做出改进，提出一种工件槽口加工专用夹具。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的夹具校正工件麻烦且加工效率低的缺陷，本发明提供一种工件槽口加工专用夹具。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，包括夹具底板、工件和可调节千分尺，所述夹具底板顶端的中部固定设有固定芯棒，所述固定芯棒上套设有工件，所述夹具底板顶端的一侧设有可调节千分尺，所述可调节千分尺的中部通过第一固定结构与夹具底板的顶端固定连接，所述夹具底板顶端的另一侧设有力矩扳手，所述力矩扳手的中部通过第二固定结构与夹具底板固定，所述力矩扳手的一端与工件上的螺钉螺纹连接。
进一步的，所述夹具底板的一侧开设有与工件槽口尺寸匹配的开槽。
进一步的，所述第一固定结构包括固定卡片、压紧螺钉和螺钉，所述固定卡片顶端和一侧分别固定设有压紧螺钉与螺钉。
进一步的，所述第二固定结构包括固定卡环和螺栓，所述固定卡环的两侧贯穿设有螺栓。
进一步的，所述可调节千分尺的一端与工件接触连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：该种工件槽口加工专用夹具，夹具底板上的固定芯棒可以对工件固定，通过可调节千分尺可以方便且准确的调节工件上槽口与夹具底板的开槽对称及平行，操作简单且精确，降低了校正工件时产生的产品报废率；夹具底板通过第二固定结构固定连接的力矩扳手，可以快捷的对工件上的工件螺钉进行拧紧或者拧松，便于下一步的快速加工，不用来回移动力矩扳手更加节约时间，提高50%的工作效率。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示，一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，包括夹具底板1、工件2和可调节千分尺4，夹具底板1顶端的中部固定设有固定芯棒3，固定芯棒3上套设有工件2，夹具底板1顶端的一侧设有可调节千分尺4，可调节千分尺4的中部通过第一固定结构5与夹具底板1的顶端固定连接，夹具底板1顶端的另一侧设有力矩扳手8，力矩扳手8的中部通过第二固定结构7与夹具底板1固定，力矩扳手8的一端与工件2上的工件螺钉6螺纹连接。
其中，夹具底板1的一侧开设有与工件2槽口尺寸匹配的开槽10，对工件2的位置进行校正，方便下一步的加工操作。
其中，第一固定结构5包括固定卡片、压紧螺钉和螺钉，固定卡片顶端和一侧分别固定设有压紧螺钉与螺钉，方便对可调节千分尺4的固定和拆卸。
其中，第二固定结构7包括固定卡环和螺栓9，固定卡环的两侧贯穿设有螺栓9，方便对力矩扳手8的固定和拆卸，避免来回移动力矩扳手8，提高工作效率。
其中，可调节千分尺4的一端与工件2接触连接，工件2与可调节千分尺4的接触点为靠点，操作者可以通过可调节千分尺4快速且准确的对工件2进行校正，使得工件2上槽口与夹具底板1的开槽10对称及平行。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，具体操作时，首先操作者可以将工件2上的孔与夹具底板1上的固定芯棒3穿插连接，将工件置于夹具底板1上，然后将工件2的一侧与可调节千分尺4的一端接触，可调节千分尺4的一端为靠点，想要移动靠点，只要调节可调节千分尺4即可精确的调节靠点位置，这样就可以方便且快速的调节工件2上槽口与夹具底板1的开槽10对称及平行，然后操作者就可以拧动力矩扳手8，拧紧或者拧松工件2上的工件螺钉6，拧完力矩之后，由于力矩扳手8是固定在夹具底板1上的，所以不用拿下力矩扳手8就可以继续对工件2进行加工，减少了加工步骤，提高了加工效率（力矩扳手8在第二固定结构7中可有少许伸缩），在加工完全结束之后，第一固定结构5和第二固定结构7可以方便的将调节千分尺4和力矩扳手8拆下，使用更加灵活。

1.一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，包括夹具底板（1）、工件（2）和可调节千分尺（4），其特征在于，所述夹具底板（1）顶端的中部固定设有固定芯棒（3），所述固定芯棒（3）上套设有工件（2），所述夹具底板（1）顶端的一侧设有可调节千分尺（4），所述可调节千分尺（4）的中部通过第一固定结构（5）与夹具底板（1）的顶端固定连接，所述夹具底板（1）顶端的另一侧设有力矩扳手（8），所述力矩扳手（8）的中部通过第二固定结构（7）与夹具底板（1）固定，所述力矩扳手（8）的一端与工件（2）上的工件螺钉（6）螺纹连接；所述夹具底板（1）的一侧开设有与工件（2）槽口尺寸匹配的开槽（10）；所述可调节千分尺（4）的一端与工件（2）接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工件槽口加工专用夹具，其特征在于，所述第一固定结构（5）包括固定卡片、压紧螺钉和螺钉，所述固定卡片顶端和一侧分别固定设有压紧螺钉与螺钉。
