本发明公开了一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,所述的墙体托换方法是在隔震层位置处将型钢翼缘板卡入墙体并填充混凝土,再用螺栓和缀板连接墙体两侧的型钢,使原有墙体、混凝土和型钢形成钢‑砌体组合梁。在隔震支座处,下缀板扩大为隔震支座的预埋钢板,同时沿组合梁截面方向增加横向钢板与组合梁的型钢焊接,形成一个四周外包钢板,内填充混凝土的隔震支墩。此外,在钢‑砌体组合梁外伸出墙面的型钢翼缘处设置抗剪连接件并与新增或加固的隔震层楼板相连。本发明的既有砌体结构隔震加固墙体托换方法,施工工期短,托换构件的截面较小,施工过程中不需要增设临时支撑,施工安全可靠。

本发明涉及本发明涉及一种用于建筑物的加固方法,尤其涉及一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,属于抗震加固领域。
背景技术
采用隔震技术对建筑物加固,是在建筑物底部与上部结构之间设置隔震层,从而延长结构周期,减小上部结构的地震作用。因此,在既有砌体结构进行隔震加固时,需要在设置隔震支座的位置,将原有砌体结构墙体拆除,上部荷载通过新增托换梁传递到隔震支座及基础,因此,托换梁非常重要。目前国内对砌体结构进行隔震加固时,主要采用钢筋混凝土双夹梁或单夹梁,但采用钢筋混凝土双夹梁或单夹梁进行托换,存在一些不足之处:大量采用湿作业,施工工期较长;新增梁的尺寸较大,不可避免地超出承重墙体,影响建筑布局和外观;同时,施工中也需要进行临时支撑。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种施工方便,梁截面尺寸较小,施工中不需要或少量临时支撑,完成后不影响建筑美观的砌体结构隔震加固托换方法,本发明提出一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,包括步骤:
步骤一:墙体开用于嵌入型钢的翼缘板的卡槽、螺栓孔洞和缀板孔洞,同时对型钢开螺栓孔洞,型钢的腹板上的孔洞与墙体孔洞要保持相同尺寸,并对腹板高度范围内的墙体凿毛,在墙体的卡槽、螺栓孔洞和缀板孔洞处涂抹结构胶;
步骤二:安装型钢,型钢的翼缘板要卡入墙体凹槽中,穿入螺栓和缀板,缀板焊接在两边型钢的下翼缘板上,墙体和型钢间距内浇筑混凝土,形成钢-砌体组合梁;
步骤三:当混凝土强度达到设计强度的75%以上时,拆除隔震支座处墙体,并设置千斤顶;
步骤四:钢-砌体组合梁在隔震支座处沿组合梁截面方向增加横向钢板,并与组合梁的型钢焊接,钢-砌体组合梁在隔震支座上、下支墩处形成一个四周外包钢板的形式,再内填充混凝土,形成钢管混凝土柱墩,下缀板作为隔震支座的预埋钢板,定位预埋钢板和预埋套筒,并浇筑隔震支座上、下支墩;
步骤五:复核上预埋钢板和下预埋钢板的水平度和标高,若与原设计有偏差,用比原设计强度高一等级的高强砂浆调整,等砂浆强度达到设计强度的75%时,安装隔震支座;
步骤六:加固隔震层楼板,在钢-砌体组合梁外伸出墙面的型钢翼缘处设置抗剪连接件并与隔震层楼板相连,使楼板与梁共同工作;
步骤七:当隔震层楼板达到设计强度的75%以上,拆除钢-砌体组合梁下的墙体和千斤顶,对外露的钢表面进行防锈、防火处理。
进一步地,在步骤二中,钢-砌体组合梁是采用型钢外包砖砌体,型钢与砖砌体通过型钢翼缘板与墙体的抗剪键、对拉螺栓的压力、缀板的拉结力和内填黏结材料的黏结力,使得钢构件与砌体之间能够协调变形,共同工作。一方面,钢构件可约束砌体,提高砌体强度,另一方面,砌体结构可防止钢构件发生局部和整体失稳。
进一步地,在步骤六中,若原楼板为素混凝土或预制楼板,可直接拆除后重新做隔震层楼板,若原楼板为现浇混凝土板,可在原楼板上、下部增设钢筋并浇筑混凝土。
本发明的有益效果在于,与现有技术相比,本发明的既有砌体结构隔震加固墙体托换方法,施工工期短,托换构件的截面较小,施工过程中不需要增设临时支撑,施工安全可靠。

本发明一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法是采用型钢外包砖砌体,型钢与砖砌体通过型钢翼缘与墙体的抗剪键、对拉螺栓的压力、缀板的拉结力和内填黏结材料的黏结力,使钢构件与砌体之间能够协调变形,共同工作,形成钢-砌体组合托换梁,一方面,钢构件可约束砌体,提高砌体强度,另一方面,砌体结构可防止钢构件发生局部和整体失稳。
本发明的技术方案如图1所示,本发明一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,包括步骤:
钢-砌体组合托换梁主要由型钢、缀板、预应力螺栓、填充混凝土和原有墙体构成。型钢高度选用与砌体整皮数相同,型钢翼缘嵌入墙体灰缝20~30mm,型钢与墙体之间填充混凝土或结构胶,再用对拉螺栓将两侧型钢或钢板拉结,对拉螺栓间距250~300mm,成梅花状布置,墙体下部间隔250~300mm穿缀板,缀板与型钢焊接,缀板与墙体洞口处灌注改性环氧树脂或结构胶。构造如图2和图3所示,图2和图3中1为原墙体,2为预应力螺栓,3为填充混凝土,4为增大截面钢板,5为型钢,6为连接螺栓套筒,7为穿墙缀板,8为上预埋钢板,9为上连接钢板,10为隔震支座,11为连接螺栓,12为下连接钢板,13为下预埋钢板,14为下支墩,15为拟拆除墙体。
在隔震支座处,钢-砌体组合梁截面增大,形成隔震支墩。钢-砌体组合梁的下部缀板按隔震支座预埋钢板做法,钢-砌体组合梁垂直于梁长度方向也设置钢板,因此,在隔震支座处形成类似于钢管混凝土柱的形式,如图4-图6所示。在图4-图6中,1为原墙体,2为预应力螺栓,3为填充混凝土,4为增大截面钢板,5为型钢,6为连接螺栓套筒,8为上预埋钢板,9为上连接钢板,10为隔震支座,11为连接螺栓,12为下连接钢板,13为下预埋钢板,14为下支墩,16为原基础,17为预应力螺栓孔洞,18为横向钢板。
通常隔震层楼板需要加固,若原楼板为素混凝土或预制楼板,可直接拆除后重新做隔震层楼板,若原楼板为现浇混凝土板,可在原楼板上、下部增设钢筋并浇筑混凝土,无论哪种方式,都要将钢-砌体组合梁与隔震层楼板相连,使楼板与梁共同工作,改善梁的受力,增加隔震层楼板的刚度和整体性。对于钢-砌体组合托梁与楼板的连接形式,如图7所示,在图7中,1为原墙体,20为抗剪连接件,21为隔震层板,2为预应力螺栓,5为型钢,3为填充混凝土,7为穿墙缀板,15为拟拆除墙体。
采用本发明所述的钢-砌体组合梁,施工工艺如下:
(1)将拟拆除承重砖墙需要设置梁和隔震支墩的墙体表面抹灰清理干净,清理尺寸应稍大于梁和隔震支墩的几何尺寸;
(2)在墙体上放线,开齿槽,将型钢安装到对应的墙体两侧,型钢齿槽与墙体的连接处灌注结构胶;
(3)按照缀板间隔位置,在墙体开洞,安装好缀板,在缀板与墙体的连接处灌注结构胶,并将缀板与型钢焊接;
(4)在型钢与墙体的连接处灌注混凝土,型钢预留设计要求的对拉螺栓孔,用螺杆呈梅花状对拉固定,且采用电焊焊死螺帽防止松动,使型钢与砖砌体可靠连接;
(5)当灌注的黏结材料达到固化后,将隔震支座对应位置处的墙体局部拆除,支撑千斤顶;
(6)安装隔震支座;
(7)加固隔震层楼板,若原楼板为素混凝土或预制楼板,可直接拆除后重新做隔震层楼板,若原楼板为现浇混凝土板,可在原楼板上、下部增设钢筋并浇筑混凝土,无论哪种方式,都要在钢-砌体组合梁外伸出墙面的型钢翼缘处设置抗剪连接件并与隔震层楼板相连,使楼板与梁共同工作。
(8)等隔震层楼板达到设计强度的75%以上,拆除钢-砌体组合梁下的墙体和千斤顶,对外露的钢表面进行防锈、防火处理。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
步骤一:墙体开用于嵌入型钢的翼缘板的卡槽、螺栓孔洞和缀板孔洞,同时对型钢开螺栓孔洞,型钢的腹板上的孔洞与墙体孔洞要保持相同尺寸,并对腹板高度范围内的墙体凿毛,在墙体的卡槽、螺栓孔洞和缀板孔洞处涂抹结构胶;
步骤二:安装型钢,型钢的翼缘板要卡入墙体凹槽中,穿入螺栓和缀板,缀板焊接在两边型钢的下翼缘板上,墙体和型钢间距内浇筑混凝土,形成钢-砌体组合梁;
步骤三:当混凝土强度达到设计强度的75%以上时,拆除隔震支座处墙体,并设置千斤顶;
步骤四:钢-砌体组合梁在隔震支座处沿组合梁截面方向增加横向钢板,并与组合梁的型钢焊接,钢-砌体组合梁在隔震支座上、下支墩处形成一个四周外包钢板的形式,再内填充混凝土,形成钢管混凝土柱墩,下缀板作为隔震支座的预埋钢板,定位预埋钢板和预埋套筒,并浇筑隔震支座上、下支墩;
步骤五:复核上预埋钢板和下预埋钢板的水平度和标高,若与原设计有偏差,用比原设计强度高一等级的高强砂浆调整,等砂浆强度达到设计强度的75%时,安装隔震支座;
步骤六:加固隔震层楼板,在钢-砌体组合梁外伸出墙面的型钢翼缘处设置抗剪连接件并与隔震层楼板相连,使楼板与梁共同工作;
步骤七:当隔震层楼板达到设计强度的75%以上,拆除钢-砌体组合梁下的墙体和千斤顶,对外露的钢表面进行防锈、防火处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,钢-砌体组合梁是采用型钢外包砖砌体,型钢与砖砌体通过型钢翼缘板与墙体的抗剪键、对拉螺栓的压力、缀板的拉结力和内填黏结材料的黏结力,使得钢构件与砌体之间能够协调变形,共同工作。
3.如权利要求1所述的既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,其特征在于,在步骤六中,在钢-砌体组合梁外伸出墙面的型钢翼缘处设置抗剪连接件,抗剪连接件采用栓钉形式,与隔震层楼板的钢筋焊接,使楼板与梁共同工作。
4.如权利要求1所述的既有砌体结构隔震加固的墙体托换方法,其特征在于,在步骤六中,若原楼板为素混凝土或预制楼板,可直接拆除后重新做隔震层楼板,若原楼板为现浇混凝土板,可在原楼板上、下部增设钢筋并浇筑混凝土。
