The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a waist support seat. When the user moves back and forth on the seat, the waist support can cling to the waist and the back of a human body to move synchronously, the waist is attached to the waist in real time, and the supporting force for the waist of the human body is increased.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a waist support seat comprises a waist support and an air spring, wherein the waist support is tightly attached to the waist and back of a human body when the waist and back move through the extension and retraction of the air spring so as to provide continuous and uniform support force.
In the technical scheme, the most important part is the movable waist support, when the sitting posture of a human body changes, for example, the human body leans forwards, the waist support can also move forwards and is close to the waist and back of the human body and tightly attached to the waist and back of the human body, and the supporting force to the human body is increased. And the forward and backward power of the waist support comes from the telescopic operation of the gas spring. In this technical scheme, power component does not use other drive methods but has injectd the air spring because the driving force of air spring lasts and even, can make the waist holds in the palm and can have an even and lasting promotion or holding power to the human body, and the comfort is stronger. Other driving components or elastic components, such as elastic columns and springs, are subject to hooke's law, and the supporting force provided by the driving components or elastic components is directly related to the deformation of the driving components or elastic components, and thus, the driving components or elastic components cannot provide continuous and uniform force during the movement process. In this technical solution, the structure, shape, connection relationship, etc. of the seat cushion, the armrest, and the chair leg are not specifically limited.
Preferably, the present invention includes a rotating shaft assembly and a transmission member, wherein the rotating shaft assembly includes a main shaft, the waist support rotates around the main shaft, and the rotation is achieved by the expansion and contraction of the gas spring through the transmission of the transmission member.
