Abstract
The application discloses a pneumatically controlled clutch with adjustable output torque force, which comprises a machine base and a central shaft, wherein the machine base is connected with the central shaft to serve as a fixed support of the clutch, a cavity structure is formed inside the machine base to form an airtight chamber, an air inlet is arranged below the machine base and communicated with the airtight chamber, a positioning groove is formed in the upper opening of the machine base, and the positioning groove is meshed with a piston for positioning; the piston is assembled on the central shaft and is positioned in the airtight chamber; a plane bearing is arranged between the piston and the driven wheel, a brake pad is additionally arranged on the lower surface of the driven wheel, and the driven wheel is separated from the driving wheel by a reset spring; the driven wheel and the driving wheel are both provided with bearings at the inner circle and are assembled on the central shaft through the bearings. The clutch with the adjustable output torque in the pneumatic control is simple in structure, stable and reliable in operation and convenient to automatically control.
Description
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present application relate to mechanical friction clutch transmission devices, and more particularly, embodiments of the present application relate to a pneumatically controlled clutch with adjustable output torque.
Background
The clutch is a device with the engaging or disengaging function when the driving part and the driven part transmit power or move on the coaxial line, the pneumatic clutch is a device which is connected by air pressure and is released by a reset spring, compared with other clutches, the pneumatic clutch has a plurality of advantages, even the pneumatic clutch has the same function and has very superior performance, but the prior pneumatic clutch has complex structure, is not stable enough to operate, can not cope with different torque output environments, has the free rotation state of the output shaft during disengagement, has no positioning and locking functions, is not beneficial to manually loading and unloading workpieces, can not automatically load and unload workpieces, needs to increase a positioning device, and is very inconvenient to apply.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims at overcoming the defects in the background technology and provides the clutch which has simple structure, stable and reliable operation, asynchronous output and convenient automatic control.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the application adopts the following technical scheme: the clutch with the pneumatic control and adjustable output torque comprises a machine base and a central shaft, wherein the machine base is connected with the central shaft to serve as a fixed support of the clutch, a cavity structure is formed in the machine base to form an airtight chamber, an air inlet is arranged below the machine base and communicated with the airtight chamber, a positioning groove is formed in the upper opening of the machine base, and the positioning groove is meshed with a piston for positioning; the piston is assembled on the central shaft and is positioned in the airtight chamber; a plane bearing is arranged between the piston and the driven wheel, a brake pad is additionally arranged on the lower surface of the driven wheel, and the driven wheel is separated from the driving wheel by a reset spring; the driven wheel and the driving wheel are both provided with bearings at the inner circle and are assembled on the central shaft through the bearings.
The further technical scheme is as follows: the four positioning grooves are distributed at the upper opening of the machine base at 90 degrees.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the pneumatically controlled clutch with adjustable output torque comprises a machine base 1 and a central shaft 2, wherein the machine base 1 is connected with the central shaft 2 to serve as a fixed support of the clutch, a cavity structure is formed inside the machine base 1 to form an airtight chamber 4, an air inlet 3 is arranged below the machine base 1, the air inlet 3 is communicated with the airtight chamber 4, a positioning groove 5 is formed in the upper opening of the machine base 1, and the positioning groove 5 is meshed with a piston 6 for positioning; the piston 6 is assembled on the central shaft 2 and is positioned in the airtight chamber 4; a plane bearing 8 is arranged between the piston 6 and the driven wheel 10, a brake block 11 is additionally arranged on the lower surface of the driven wheel 10, and the driven wheel 10 is separated from a driving wheel 13 by a reset spring 12; the driven wheel 10 and the driving wheel 13 are provided with bearings 9 at the inner circle, and are assembled on the central shaft 2 through the bearings 9.
More preferably, the number of the positioning grooves 5 is four, and the positioning grooves are distributed at the upper opening of the machine base 1 at 90 degrees; sealing grooves 7 are formed in the inner side and the outer side of the piston 6; the lower surface of the driving wheel 13 is provided with an anti-slip module 14; the equipment assembly is provided with a retainer ring 15 and a locking buckle 16, wherein the retainer ring 15 and the locking buckle 16 are fixed through the central shaft 2.
The application provides a pneumatically controlled clutch with adjustable output torque force, which mainly comprises a frame, a sealing part, a driven part and a transmission part. When the pneumatic type pneumatic pressure driving device works, the pneumatic chamber 4 is firstly ventilated, the piston 6 is moved through air pressure, the thrust is transmitted to the driven wheel 10 through the plane bearing 8, the return spring 12 is compressed to enable the driven wheel 10 to be in contact with the driving wheel 13, the driven wheel 10 and the driving wheel 13 are rotated together through friction, and stable output is achieved, so that the pneumatic type pneumatic pressure driving device is in a normal working state. When the air-break device is stopped, the driven wheel 10 and the driving wheel 13 are rapidly separated by the return spring 12, and meanwhile, the brake pad 11 below the driven wheel 10 is tightly contacted with the machine base 1 through the return spring 12, so that the air-break device can rapidly brake.

Claims (2)
1. A pneumatically controlled clutch with adjustable output torque, characterized in that: the clutch comprises a base (1) and a central shaft (2), wherein the base (1) is connected with the central shaft (2) to serve as a fixed support of a clutch, a cavity structure is formed in the base (1) to form an airtight chamber (4), an air inlet (3) is formed in the lower portion of the base (1), the air inlet (3) is communicated with the airtight chamber (4), a positioning groove (5) is formed in the upper opening of the base (1), and the positioning groove (5) is meshed with a piston (6) for positioning; the piston (6) is assembled on the central shaft (2) and is positioned in the airtight chamber (4); a plane bearing (8) is arranged between the piston (6) and the driven wheel (10), a brake block (11) is additionally arranged on the lower surface of the driven wheel (10), and the driven wheel (10) and the driving wheel (13) are separated by a reset spring (12); the driven wheel (10) and the driving wheel (13) are provided with bearings (9) in the inner ring and are assembled on the central shaft (2) through the bearings (9);
the four positioning grooves (5) are distributed at the upper opening of the machine base (1) at 90 degrees;
sealing grooves (7) are formed in the inner side and the outer side of the piston (6);
the lower surface of the driving wheel (13) is provided with an anti-slip module (14), and the anti-slip module (14) can be replaced.
2. A pneumatically controlled adjustable output torque clutch as defined in claim 1, wherein: the novel anti-theft lock is characterized by further comprising a retainer ring (15) and a locking buckle (16), wherein the retainer ring (15) and the locking buckle (16) are fixed through the central shaft (2).
