背景技术
[0002] 建筑业是拉动我国经济发展的支柱产业,据住建部统计:2009年以来,建筑业增加 值占国内生产总值的比重始终保持在6_ 5%以上。近年来国家从战略上确定推进建筑工业 化的发展,先后发布了系列政策文件。
[0003] 目前世界上发达国家建筑工业化水平比较高,如欧美国家建筑工业化达75%,瑞 典更是高达80%,日本也能达到70%,我国从50年代便开始推进建筑工业化,但因行业整 体水平不高,产品质量低下,90年代中断发展。目前中国建筑工业化率仅为3%-5%,且发 展不平衡,主要集中在经济发达的东部沿海地区,西部地区相对落后。我国建筑工业化水 平与欧美等发达国家的差距明显,建筑工业化水平差造成了我国建筑施工质量低、建筑垃 圾多、建筑能耗高等众多问题,不利于可持续发展。数据显示,目前我国建筑能耗占国家总 能耗30%,建筑垃圾占各类社会垃圾的45%,建筑能耗与建筑垃圾的问题亟待解决。
[0004] 建筑工业化是世界性的大潮流和大趋势,同时也是我国建筑业改革和发展的迫切 要求,政府也在不断倡导,其目的在于更新传统的房屋建造方式,实现绿色可持续发展,促 进建筑业的更新换代。工业化建筑包括不同材料:混凝土、钢材、木材。结合我国国情,仍然 是混凝土结构应用最广。混凝土结构传统建造方式是在施工现场对各类建筑原材料进行 加工、堆砌、浇筑成为建筑物。随着社会的发展,这种建造方式暴露出很多弊端:1)劳动力 需求大,“用工荒”导致人工成本增加;2)建筑垃圾污染环境;3)现场作业施工质量不稳定, 建造比较粗放;4)资源和能源消耗大,不利于节能减排;5)工业化程度不高、建设效率低 下。
[0005] 在混凝土结构中,框架结构或框架-剪力墙结构是应用最广泛的结构形式,因此, 提高建筑工业化率(装配率)的有效途径是解决钢筋混凝土框架结构的工业化建造技术难 题。框架结构是由梁和柱以钢筋相连接而成,构成承重体系的结构,要解决框架结构的工 业化建造技术难题,首先应实现框架结构梁柱间的合理拆分和拼装。
[0006] 如图1所示,为预制构件拆分方式和节点连接现有技术方案1;梁纵向受力钢筋在 灌浆套筒内搭接,通过套筒上的灌浆孔灌浆使预制梁和预制柱中的梁纵向受力钢筋连接 在一起,保证梁纵向受力钢筋拉应力的有效传递。然后在连接区段内(图1中虚线区域)二 次浇筑混凝土,使预制梁和预制柱连接为整体。

[0079]如图10-15所示,在装配式框架结构的施工过程为:安装预制柱—吊装主梁—吊装 次梁—吊装叠合楼板—浇筑叠合层—进行上层结构施工;在预制柱1和预制梁2连接时,预 制梁2通过两端的牛腿段搭接头8对应搭接在两根预制柱2上暗牛腿段3的预制梁搭接头5 上,牛腿段搭接头8与预制梁搭接头5搭接后,将牛腿段搭接头8上的牛腿连接钢板9和预制 梁搭接头5上的预制梁连接钢板6连接。牛腿连接钢板9和预制梁连接钢板6均为设置在接 头处的下端面,一个接头至少有两个端面,因为在装配式框架结构的施工过程,在预制柱1 和预制梁2连接完成后,还需要在框架梁上进行,吊装叠合楼板—浇筑叠合层—进行上层 结构施工;在浇筑叠合层的工艺中需要在梁上架设预埋箍筋27,预埋箍筋27是和预制梁浇 筑在一起的,在后续的浇筑叠合层中,会将预埋箍筋27浇筑在叠合层29内,从而在接头(梁 和柱)的上端面不需要设置牛腿连接钢板9和预制梁连接钢板6,预制梁2的上面会通过浇 筑叠合层实现一体连接,从而节省预制柱1和预制梁2连接成本。

1. 装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,包括预制柱(1)和预制梁(2),其 特征在于:所述预制柱(1)上环绕设有至少一件暗牛腿段(3),所述暗牛腿段(3)内设有牛腿 纵向加强筋(4),在暗牛腿段(3)外端设有预制梁搭接头(5),所述预制梁搭接头(5)的下端 面预埋有预制梁连接钢板(6),所述预制梁连接钢板(6)与牛腿纵向加强筋(4)连接; 所述预制梁(2)内设有预制梁纵向加强筋(7),预制梁(2)的两端分别设有与预制梁搭 接头(5)相配合的牛腿段搭接头(8),所述牛腿段搭接头⑻的下端面预埋有牛腿连接钢板 (9),所述牛腿连接钢板⑼与预制梁纵向加强筋⑺连接; 所述预制梁(2)通过两端的牛腿段搭接头(8)对应搭接在两根预制柱(2)上暗牛腿段 (3)的预制梁搭接头(5)上,牛腿段搭接头⑻与预制梁搭接头(5)搭接后,将牛腿段搭接头 ⑻上的牛腿连接钢板⑼和预制梁搭接头⑸上的预制梁连接钢板⑹连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述牛腿段搭接头(8)与预制梁搭接头(5)的搭接面铺设有柔性垫(10)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述柔性垫(10)采用橡胶垫。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述牛腿段搭接头(8)和预制梁搭接头(5)均为阶梯形搭接头。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述预制梁连接钢板(6)后侧的暗牛腿段(3)上预设有螺栓连接安装口(11);所述牛腿 连接钢板(9)后侧的预制梁(2)上也预设有螺栓连接安装口(11)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述预制柱(1)内预埋有预制柱加强筋(22),在预制柱(1)两端头上至少有一端设有预 制柱钢板(23),所述预制柱钢板(23)与预制柱加强筋(22)连接,在预制柱钢板(23)的环面 上均布设有连接通孔(24),所述连接通孔(24)对应的预制柱(1)上预设有螺栓连接安装槽 (25),当需要将两根预制柱(1)进行连接时,两根预制柱(1)端头的预制柱钢板(23)对接后, 通过螺栓(26)安装在连接通孔(24)内实现两根预制柱(1)的连接。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接结构,其特征在 于:所述牛腿段搭接头⑻与预制梁搭接头⑸搭接后,将牛腿段搭接头⑻上的牛腿连接钢 板⑼和预制梁搭接头⑸上的预制梁连接钢板⑹通过接头螺栓(12)连接,连接完成后,在 暗牛腿段(3)和预制梁(2)上对应的螺栓连接安装口(11)内用水泥砂浆填充。
8. 装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接方法,其特征在于,包括步骤: 在预制构件厂整体浇筑由预制柱⑴和暗牛腿段⑶组成的预制构件 在预制构件厂浇筑预制梁(2);预制梁(2)通过两端的牛腿段搭接头(8)对应搭接在两 根预制柱(1)上暗牛腿段(3)的预制梁搭接头(5)上,牛腿段搭接头(8)与预制梁搭接头(5) 搭接后,将牛腿段搭接头(8)上的牛腿连接钢板(9)和预制梁搭接头(5)上的预制梁连接钢 板⑹连接。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的装配式建筑框架结构的预制柱和预制梁连接方法,其特征在 于,所述暗牛腿段浇筑包括以下步骤: 步骤1)制备暗牛腿段浇筑钢模(13); 步骤2)在预制柱(1)上浇筑暗牛腿段位置预设有牛腿纵向加强筋(4),将暗牛腿段浇筑 钢模(13)安装在预制柱(1)的浇筑钢模上浇筑暗牛腿段位置; 步骤3)在暗牛腿段浇筑钢模(13)的上端面和下端面钻孔,通过螺栓固定预制梁连接钢 板⑹; ' 步骤4)通过预制梁连接钢板⑹上预留的螺纹孔固定连接钢筋(14); 步骤5)在中间连接钢筋(14)上插入泡沫板(15)用于预制螺栓连接安装口 Q D ; 步骤6)采用钢筋连接套筒(I6)使连接钢筋(14)与牛腿纵向加强筋⑷一一对接; 步骤7)向暗牛腿段饶筑钢模(I3)内饶筑混凝土。
