背景技术
葡萄(学名:Vitis vinifera L.)为葡萄科葡萄属木质藤本植物,小枝圆柱形,有纵棱纹,无毛或被稀疏柔毛,叶卵圆形,圆锥花序密集或疏散,基部分枝发达,果实球形或椭圆形,花期4-5月,果期8-9月。葡萄是世界最古老的果树树种之一,葡萄的植物化石发现于第三纪地层中,说明当时已遍布于欧、亚及格陵兰。葡萄原产亚洲西部,世界各地均有栽培,世界各地的葡萄约95%集中分布在北半球。
葡萄的营养成分葡萄不仅味美可口,而且营养价值很高。成熟的浆果中葡萄含糖量高达10%-30%,以葡萄糖为主。葡萄中的多种果酸有助于消化,适当多吃些葡萄,能健睥和胃。葡萄中含有矿物质钙、钾、磷、铁以及多种维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C和维生素P等,还含有多种人体所需的氨基酸,常食葡萄对神经衰弱、疲劳过度大有裨益。研究发现,葡萄比阿司匹林能更好地阻止血栓形成,并能降低人体血清胆固醇水平,降低血小板的凝聚力,对预防心脑血管病有一定作用。每天食用适量的鲜葡萄,不仅会减少心血管疾病的发病风险,还特别有益于那些局部缺血性心脏病和动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者的健康。鲜葡萄中的黄酮类物质,能“清洗”血液,防止胆固醇斑块的形成。葡萄越呈黑色,含黄酮类物质越多,但若将葡萄皮和葡萄籽一起食用,对心脏的保护作用更佳。
为了满足市场需求,广西很多地方都种植有葡萄;然而,经研究发现,葡萄树苗的健壮程度与移植成活率的高低有着直接关系。如何低成本、高成活率、短时间地培育出葡萄健壮的树苗是当前葡萄种植亟待解决的重要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用凉粉加工厂的下脚料为主要原料制备巨峰葡萄树苗培育基,制备成本低,培育出来的葡萄树苗茎秆粗壮,提高葡萄树苗移植的成活率,散枝快,挂果快,甜度高。
为了解决上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种葡萄树苗培养基,其原料包括以下重量份数:凉粉草渣50-65份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒30-40份、蚕沙25-30份、玉米棒渣碎粒15-20份、糖蜜15-20份、塘泥10-15份、黄泥土8-10份、甘蔗渣碎粒8-10份、桑枝碎粒8-10份、鬼针草碎粒5-10份、草碳土5-8份、菌种培养物3-6份、钾肥2-5份和磷肥2-3份。
所述的菌种培养物是将菌种放在培养基中培养得到的培养物,菌种和培养基的重量比为1:(60-80);所述的培养基由以下重量份原料制成:凉粉草渣30-45份、玉米粉15-25份、糖蜜3-5份、硫酸铜1-1.5份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份、硫酸亚铁1-3份、硫酸锌1-2份、尿素5-8份和碳酸氢铵5-8份;所述的菌种,由以下重量份的菌种组成:乳酸菌8-10份、产朊假丝酵母3-6份、枯草芽孢杆菌3-5份、固氮菌3-5份、哈茨木霉菌3-5份、嗜热链球菌2-3份、EM菌1-2份;培养过程为:将玉米粉、糖蜜、硫酸铜、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、尿素和碳酸氢铵混合均匀后,加入40-50℃的水搅拌成糊状,再加入菌种混合后,静置培养2-3天,最后加入凉粉草渣搅拌均匀,发酵一个星期后,即得。
葡萄树苗培养基的制备过程包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取凉粉草渣50-65份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒30-40份、蚕沙25-30份、玉米棒渣碎粒15-20份、糖蜜15-20份、塘泥10-15份、黄泥土8-10份、甘蔗渣碎粒8-10份、桑枝碎粒8-10份、鬼针草碎粒5-10份、草碳土5-8份、菌种培养物3-6份、钾肥2-5份和磷肥2-3份;
(2)将葡萄树枝叶碎粒、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥和磷肥混合均匀后,加入适量的水,至物料含水量为50-60%,堆放3-5天,得到预混料;堆放时不能日晒雨淋;
(3)将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,放入隧道发酵窑中发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃-28℃,有氧发酵25-35天,得到混合料;
(4)将混合料经过巴氏消毒8-12小时后,得到栽培基;消毒温度为55℃-65℃。
所述的隧道发酵窑地面上设置有多排通气口,通气口能通入压缩空气,定时对预混料进行通氧。隧道发酵窑的地面是水泥硬化地面,地面硬化前铺设好通气管,硬化时留有通气口,通气管能将压缩气体从通气口排出。隧道发酵窑的左面、右面和里面为隔墙,顶面设置有挡雨遮阳棚。本发明将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,将其从隧道发酵窑里面向外堆放在地面上,盖在通气口上面,通气管内的压缩气体从通气口排出,为物料提供氧气和保持物料发酵的温度。
凉粉草(学名:Mesona chinensis Benth.)为唇形科植物,茎下部伏地,上部直立,叶卵形或卵状长圆形,先端稍钝,基部渐收缩成柄,边缘有小锯齿,两面均有疏长毛;着生于花序上部的叶较小,呈苞片状,卵形至倒三角形,较花短,基部常带淡紫色,结果时脱落。总状花序柔弱,花小,轮生,萼小,钟状,2唇形,上唇3裂,下唇全缘,结果时或筒状,下弯,有纵脉及横皱纹;花冠淡红色,上唇阔,全缘或齿裂,下唇长椭圆形,凹陷;雄蕊4,花丝突出;雌蕊1,花柱2裂;花盘一边膨大。小坚果椭圆形。花期秋季末。分布于中国台湾,浙江,江西,广东,广西西部。凉粉草是一种重要的药食两用植物资源。凉粉草全草含多糖,有消暑、清热、凉血、解毒功能。民间常用其茎加水煎煮,再加稀淀粉制成冻( 俗称“凉粉”)食用,是消暑解渴的极佳食品。本发明采用的凉粉草渣是凉粉加工厂利用凉粉草加工凉粉,即加水煎煮后过滤得到的凉粉草渣。
蚕沙是蚕粪、蚕蜕和残余桑叶的堆积物,散发恶臭,污染水源,成为当地主要的环境污染物。据分析,蚕沙含有机物83.77~90.44%,灰分9.56~16.23%,总氮量1.91~3.60%。蚕沙所含游离氨基酸,曾找出亮氨酸、组氨酸等13种氨基酸,随着蚕儿长大,粪中亮氨酸与组氨酸含量亦渐增多。蚕沙含多量胡萝卜素。据化验100斤干蚕沙沤腐熟后,含氮 13.5 5%,磷 8.3 7%,钾 ID.15%,钙 1.16%,可改良土壤,田里施下一两蚕屎,可黑一平方尺泥土。同时还含有铜、铁、锰、锌等微量元素,为植物生长提供必需的营养成分。除此之外,蚕粪发酵后,还含有各类氨基酸、维生素、蛋白质、赤霉素、生长素、糖类、核酸、抗生素等,其中有不少生理活性物质,他们对农作物生长发育有调控作用、对作物病害有防治作用。
所述的甘蔗梢碎末,是在甘蔗收割季节,利用甘蔗与甘蔗叶之间的部分粉碎得到的碎末;甘蔗梢是收获甘蔗时砍下顶上2~3个嫩节和青绿色叶片的统称,俗称“甘蔗尾”,重量约为蔗重的10%,为甘蔗的副产品,含糖分、蛋白质,二十多种氨基酸、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素B6、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸等各种维生素。特别是甘蔗梢含有的糖分能够给幼苗提供足够的养料,促进生长。
桑枝碎粒是利用桑枝粉碎成直径大小小于0.5厘米的碎末;桑枝,拉丁学名:Morus alba L,为桑树的枝叶、桑枝、桑条、嫩桑枝、的总称。落叶灌木或小乔木,高3-15m。树皮灰白色,有条状浅裂;根皮黄棕色或红黄色,纤维性强。单叶互生;叶柄长l-2.5cm;叶片卵形或宽卵形,长5-20cm,宽4-10cm,先端锐尖或渐尖,基部圆形或近心形,边缘有粗锯齿或圆齿,有时有不规则的分裂,上面无毛,有光泽,下面脉上有短毛,腋间有毛,基出脉3条与细脉交织成网状,背面较明显;托叶披针形,早落。
鬼针草碎粒是利用鬼针草粉碎成1厘米以下长度的小段;鬼针草在广西的田间地头到处都是;鬼针草(学名:Bidens pilosa),一年生草本植物。分布非常广泛,中国大部分地区有分布。全草可作为中药使用。【归经】归肝、肺、大肠经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,散瘀消肿。用于阑尾炎,肾炎,胆囊炎,肠炎,细菌性痢疾,肝炎,腹膜炎,上呼吸道感染,扁桃体炎,喉炎,闭经,烫伤,毒蛇咬伤,跌打损伤,皮肤感染,小儿惊风、疳积等症。鬼针草一年生草本,茎直立,高30-100厘米,钝四棱形,无毛或上部被极稀疏的柔毛,基部直径可达6毫米。茎下部叶较小,3裂或不分裂,通常在开花前枯萎,中部叶具长1.5-5厘米无翅的柄,三出,小叶3枚,两侧小叶椭圆形或卵状椭圆形,长2-4.5厘米,宽1.5-2.5厘米,先端锐尖,基部近圆形或阔楔形,有时偏斜,不对称,具短柄,边缘有锯齿、顶生小叶较大,长椭圆形或卵状长圆形,长3.5-7厘米,先端渐尖,基部渐狭或近圆形,具长1-2厘米的柄,边缘有锯齿,无毛或被极稀疏的短柔毛,上部叶小,3裂或不分裂,条状披针形。头状花序直径8-9毫米,有长1-6(果时长3-10) 厘米的花序梗。总苞基部被短柔毛,苞片7-8枚,条状匙形,上部稍宽,开花时长3-4毫米,果时长至5毫米,草质,边缘疏被短柔毛或几无毛,外层托片披针形,果时长5-6毫米,干膜质,背面褐色,具黄色边缘,内层较狭,条状披针形。
葡萄树枝叶碎粒是利用修剪葡萄树得到的枝条粉碎至0.5里面以下大小的碎粒;利用巨峰葡萄枝叶粉碎得到的碎粒最佳。
玉米棒渣碎粒是用玉米棒渣粉碎成颗粒大小小于1里面的碎粒;玉米棒渣指的是玉米棒经脱粒后剩下的渣。
甘蔗渣碎粒甘蔗渣粉碎成长度小于2厘米以下的碎粒;甘蔗渣是甘蔗糖厂的副产物,一直以来都是作为燃料或造纸原料,造成了资源的大量浪费。栽培基中添加甘蔗渣,属于下脚料再利用的变废为宝项目,不对外排放废渣,绿色环保;甘蔗渣中含有大量的纤维素,经过发酵后的甘蔗渣,粗纤维可以降解,粗蛋白可以提高,其营养价值得到了提高,形成杨桃树成长所需的养分。
所述的乳酸菌(lacticacidbacteria,LAB)是-类能利用可发酵碳水化合物产生大量乳酸的细菌的通称。这类细菌在自然界分布极为广泛,具有丰富的物种多样性。它们不仅是研究分类、生化、遗传、分子生物学和基因工程的理想材料,在理论上具有重要的学术价值,而且在工业、农牧业、食品和医药等与人类生活密切相关的重要领域应用价值也极高。
所述的产朊假丝酵母又叫产朊圆酵母或食用圆酵母,拉丁名为Candidautilis,产朊假丝酵母的细胞呈圆形、椭圆形或腊肠形,大小为(3.5~4.5)um×(7~13)um;液体培养不产醭,管底有菌体沉淀。产朊假丝酵母能利用糖蜜、木材水解液等生产出人畜可食用的蛋白质,能调节动物肠道微生态平衡,提高饲料消化率,增强动物机体免疫力。产朊假丝酵母可以利用纤维质原料生产营养增富的发酵饲料,而稻草中就含有大量的纤维素。此外,由于产朊假丝酵母细胞富含维生素B和蛋白质,还能提供动物所需的部分营养物质。作为饲料酶添加剂酵母细胞壁裂解后可产生多种酶类,活的酵母细胞也可胞外分泌多种酶,如淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶等。
枯草芽孢杆菌,拉丁学名:Bacillussubtilis,是芽孢杆菌属的一种。枯草芽孢杆菌单个细胞0.7~0.8×2~3微米,着色均匀。无荚膜,周生鞭毛,能运动。革兰氏阳性菌,芽孢0.6~0.9×1.0~1.5微米,椭圆到柱状,位于菌体中央或稍偏,芽孢形成后菌体不膨大。菌落表面粗糙不透明,污白色或微黄色,在液体培养基中生长时,常形成皱醭。枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,可将体内酶原激活为有活性的酶,还可分泌-系列其他酶,如果胶酶、葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶等。
固氮菌,拉丁学名:LatinNameAzotobactersp,菌体杆状、卵圆形或球形,无内生芽孢,革兰氏染色阴性。严格好氧性,有机营养型,能固定空气中的氮素。包括固氮菌属、氮单孢菌属、拜耶林克氏菌属和德克斯氏菌属。固氮菌肥料多由固氮菌属的成员制成。
哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)的菌丝纤细无色,具分隔,多分枝。分生孢子梗从菌丝的侧枝上生出,对生或互生,一般有2-3次分枝,着生分生孢子的小梗瓶形或锥形。分生孢子多为球形,孢壁具小疣突,蓝绿色。在PDA培养基上菌落初为白絮状,后为暗绿色。
嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus thermophilus)来源于乳制品。嗜热链球菌:兼性厌氧或微好氧的革兰氏阳性菌,以两个卵圆型为一对的球菌连成约0.7到0.9纳米的长链。在选择性培养基,嗜热链球菌会长成米色的菌落。嗜热链球菌是同型发酵的细菌,发酵过程中,它产生L-乳酸和叶酸。在实验室条件下,嗜热链球菌可于45℃、缺氧情况下、在M17培养基(专门培养嗜热链球菌的可商业购买培养基)生长。
EM菌(Effective Microorganisms)是由大约80种微生物组成,EM菌由日本琉球大学的比嘉照夫教授1982年研究成功,于80年代投入市场。EM菌是以光合细菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌和放线菌为主的10个属80余个微生物复合而成的一种微生活菌制剂。作用机理是形成EM菌和病原微生物争夺营养的竞争,由于EM菌在土壤中极易生存繁殖,所以能较快而稳定地占据土壤中的生态地位,形成有益的微生物菌的优势群落,从而控制病原微生物的繁殖和对作物的侵袭。是生态农业的发展方向,更有利于农业的可持续发展。80年代末90年代初,EM菌已被日本、泰国、巴西、美国、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡等国广泛应用于农业、养殖、种植、环保等领域,取得了明显的经济效益和生态效益。本发明利用EM菌解决发酵过程中栽培料易被有害菌污染的问题,保证葡萄树苗的成长。
本发明葡萄树苗培养基的有益效果是:
本发明的葡萄树苗培养基采用凉粉草渣、葡萄树枝叶碎粒、蚕沙、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥份和磷肥发酵制成,土质疏松,透气性好,含氧丰富,播种或扦插培育葡萄树苗成活率高,且能提高葡萄树苗的抗寒能力,培育出来的葡萄树苗茎秆粗壮,提高葡萄树苗移植的成活率,挂果快。本发明的培养基利用凉粉加工厂的下脚料为主要原料,属于废料再利用的变废为宝项目,不对外排放废渣,绿色环保;凉粉草全草含多糖,有消暑、清热、凉血、解毒功能,利用凉粉草渣为主要原料能促进葡萄树苗根部微生物生长;培养基中还添加有葡萄树枝叶碎粒,经过发酵后,培养基中含有与葡萄树近亲元素,提高葡萄树苗的营养吸收能力,添加鬼针草碎粒提高葡萄树苗的抗旱能力,降低因运输造成的葡萄树苗的死亡率,与其它原料的协同作用能缩短葡萄树的挂果时间。
具体实施方式
为了更加详细的介绍本发明,下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
采用以下步骤即可制备得到葡萄树苗培养基:
(1)按重量份取凉粉草渣50份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒30份、蚕沙25份、玉米棒渣碎粒15份、糖蜜18份、塘泥13份、黄泥土9份、甘蔗渣碎粒9份、桑枝碎粒9份、鬼针草碎粒7份、草碳土6份、菌种培养物5份、钾肥3份和磷肥2份;
(2)将葡萄树枝叶碎粒、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥和磷肥混合均匀后,加入适量的水,至物料含水量为50-60%,堆放3-5天,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,放入隧道发酵窑中发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃-28℃,有氧发酵25-35天,得到混合料;
(4)将混合料经过巴氏消毒8-12小时后,得到栽培基;消毒温度为55℃-65℃。
所述的隧道发酵窑地面上设置有多排通气口,通气口能通入压缩空气,定时对预混料进行通氧。隧道发酵窑的地面是水泥硬化地面,地面硬化前铺设好通气管,硬化时留有通气口,通气管能将压缩气体从通气口排出。隧道发酵窑的左面、右面和里面为隔墙,顶面设置有挡雨遮阳棚。
所述的菌种培养物是将菌种放在培养基中培养得到的培养物,菌种和培养基的重量比为1:60;所述的培养基由以下重量份原料制成:凉粉草渣30份、玉米粉15份、糖蜜3份、硫酸铜1份、磷酸二氢钾3份、硫酸亚铁1份、硫酸锌1份、尿素5份和碳酸氢铵5份;所述的菌种,由以下重量份的菌种组成:乳酸菌8份、产朊假丝酵母3份、枯草芽孢杆菌3份、固氮菌3份、哈茨木霉菌3份、嗜热链球菌2份、EM菌1份;培养过程为:将玉米粉、糖蜜、硫酸铜、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、尿素和碳酸氢铵混合均匀后,加入40-50℃的水搅拌成糊状,再加入菌种混合后,静置培养2-3天,最后加入凉粉草渣搅拌均匀,发酵一个星期后,即得。
实施例2
采用以下步骤即可制备得到葡萄树苗培养基:
(1)按重量份取凉粉草渣60份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒35份、蚕沙27份、玉米棒渣碎粒18份、糖蜜16份、塘泥13份、黄泥土9份、甘蔗渣碎粒9份、桑枝碎粒9份、鬼针草碎粒6份、草碳土7份、菌种培养物5份、钾肥4份和磷肥2.5份;
(2)将葡萄树枝叶碎粒、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥和磷肥混合均匀后,加入适量的水,至物料含水量为50-60%,堆放3-5天,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,放入隧道发酵窑中发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃-28℃,有氧发酵25-35天,得到混合料;
(4)将混合料经过巴氏消毒8-12小时后,得到栽培基;消毒温度为55℃-65℃。

所述的菌种培养物是将菌种放在培养基中培养得到的培养物,菌种和培养基的重量比为1:70;所述的培养基由以下重量份原料制成:凉粉草渣40份、玉米粉20份、糖蜜4份、硫酸铜1.3份、磷酸二氢钾4份、硫酸亚铁2份、硫酸锌1.5份、尿素7份和碳酸氢铵6份;所述的菌种,由以下重量份的菌种组成:乳酸菌9份、产朊假丝酵母4份、枯草芽孢杆菌4份、固氮菌4份、哈茨木霉菌4份、嗜热链球菌2.5份、EM菌1.5份;培养过程为:将玉米粉、糖蜜、硫酸铜、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、尿素和碳酸氢铵混合均匀后,加入40-50℃的水搅拌成糊状,再加入菌种混合后,静置培养2-3天,最后加入凉粉草渣搅拌均匀,发酵一个星期后,即得。
实施例3
采用以下步骤即可制备得到葡萄树苗培养基:
(1)按重量份取凉粉草渣65份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒40份、蚕沙30份、玉米棒渣碎粒20份、糖蜜20份、塘泥15份、黄泥土10份、甘蔗渣碎粒10份、桑枝碎粒10份、鬼针草碎粒10份、草碳土8份、菌种培养物6份、钾肥5份和磷肥3份;
(2)将葡萄树枝叶碎粒、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥和磷肥混合均匀后,加入适量的水,至物料含水量为50-60%,堆放3-5天,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,放入隧道发酵窑中发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃-28℃,有氧发酵25-35天,得到混合料;

应用实施例
1、广西武宣县黄某某,她自己培育葡萄树苗。黄某某无意中得到本发明的葡萄树苗培养基,在同等的外部条件下,利用本发明的培养基和传统的培养基上培育分别培育20株葡萄树苗。用本发明葡萄树苗培养基培育出的葡萄树苗比用传统培养基培育的葡萄树苗平均高出8.5厘米,茎秆粗6毫米,主枝条多2条。黄某某将栽培得到的树苗在武宣县利用同等条件种植,移植葡萄树苗后,利用剩余的培养基堆在青枣树的根部,用本发明葡萄树苗培养基培育出的葡萄树挂果时间比用传统的培养基培育出的葡萄树的挂果时间提前差不多20天;种植得到的葡萄给十位朋友品尝,一致认为用本发明葡萄树苗培养基培育出的葡萄树长出的巨峰葡萄更甜。

Claims (4)
1.一种葡萄树苗培养基,其特征在于:它的原料包括以下重量份数:凉粉草渣50-65份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒30-40份、蚕沙25-30份、玉米棒渣碎粒15-20份、糖蜜15-20份、塘泥10-15份、黄泥土8-10份、甘蔗渣碎粒8-10份、桑枝碎粒8-10份、鬼针草碎粒5-10份、草碳土5-8份、菌种培养物3-6份、钾肥2-5份和磷肥2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄树苗培养基,其特征在于:所述的菌种培养物是将菌种放在培养基中培养得到的培养物,菌种和培养基的重量比为1:(60-80);所述的培养基由以下重量份原料制成:凉粉草渣30-45份、玉米粉15-25份、糖蜜3-5份、硫酸铜1-1.5份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份、硫酸亚铁1-3份、硫酸锌1-2份、尿素5-8份和碳酸氢铵5-8份;所述的菌种,由以下重量份的菌种组成:乳酸菌8-10份、产朊假丝酵母3-6份、枯草芽孢杆菌3-5份、固氮菌3-5份、哈茨木霉菌3-5份、嗜热链球菌2-3份、EM菌1-2份;培养过程为:将玉米粉、糖蜜、硫酸铜、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、尿素和碳酸氢铵混合均匀后,加入40-50℃的水搅拌成糊状,再加入菌种混合后,静置培养2-3天,最后加入凉粉草渣搅拌均匀,发酵一个星期后,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄树苗培养基,其特征在于:其制备过程包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取凉粉草渣50-65份、葡萄树枝叶碎粒30-40份、蚕沙25-30份、玉米棒渣碎粒15-20份、糖蜜15-20份、塘泥10-15份、黄泥土8-10份、甘蔗渣碎粒8-10份、桑枝碎粒8-10份、鬼针草碎粒5-10份、草碳土5-8份、菌种培养物3-6份、钾肥2-5份和磷肥2-3份;
(2)将葡萄树枝叶碎粒、玉米棒渣碎粒、糖蜜、塘泥、黄泥土、甘蔗渣碎粒、桑枝碎粒、鬼针草碎粒、草碳土、菌种培养物、钾肥和磷肥混合均匀后,加入适量的水,至物料含水量为50-60%,堆放3-5天,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料与凉粉草渣和蚕沙混合均匀后,放入隧道发酵窑中发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃-28℃,有氧发酵25-35天,得到混合料;
(4)将混合料经过巴氏消毒8-12小时后,得到栽培基;消毒温度为55℃-65℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葡萄树苗培养基,其特征在于:所述的隧道发酵窑地面上设置有多排通气口,通气口能通入压缩空气,定时对预混料进行通氧。
