本发明属于塑料制品技术领域,特别是涉及一种塑料制品加固方法,包括以下步骤:对塑料制品进行退火处理;对经过退火处理的塑料制品进行除油处理;对经过除油处理的塑料制品进行除电和除尘处理;将步骤3处理后的塑料制品表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为1~6mm;向经步骤4处理后的塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物,形成涂覆层;向经步骤5处理后的塑料制品的涂覆层表面热喷涂金属丝,形成金属涂层;将步骤6处理后塑料制品烘干,即得。经过本发明的处理,极大地增强了塑料制品的表面性能,如耐磨性、耐热性、耐侯性、耐蚀性等。

一种塑料制品的加固方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种塑料制品的加固方法。
背景技术
塑料是一类具有可塑性的合成高分子材料。它与合成橡胶、合成纤维形成了当今日常生活不可缺少的三大合成材料。具体地说,塑料是以天然或合成树脂为主要成分,加入各种添加剂,在一定温度和压力等条件下可以塑制成一定形状,在常温下保持形状不变的材料。塑料制品业是我国轻工业的支柱产业。目前,我国的塑料制品行业面临着发展机遇,但也会遇到许多挑战,这需要以市场、企业为主导,政府在加以政策引导,一起向塑料制品强国迈进。有些塑料本身就是单纯的树脂,如聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯等,称为单一组分塑料。有些塑料除了合成树脂之外,还含有其他辅助材料,如增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂、各种填料等,称为多组分塑料。塑料金属化的主要目的和优点有:(1)获得金属光泽以提高装饰性能,并弥补树脂成型过程中产生的花斑、气饱缺陷。(2)提高塑料制品的表面性能,如耐磨性、耐热性、耐侯性、耐蚀性等。(3)改善制件的吸水、吸湿性。(4)提高制件的力学性能。(5)使塑料具有金属的导电性能。(7)减轻产品重量,降低成本。塑料表面金属化的方法分为干法和湿法两种。干法主要包括真空蒸镀、气相喷涂、涂敷导电层等;湿法主要包括液相喷涂和化学镀等。然而,这些方法都存在金属层和基材之间结合力不足这一缺点,这是因为塑料与其表面覆盖金属层之间的键合力十分微弱,与金属覆盖层之间的结合强度低,金属层容易剥落,影响使用效果,严重制约了其广泛的使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种塑料制品的加固方法,以解决现有技术的塑料制品金属层易脱落的技术问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种塑料制品加固方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料制品进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料制品进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料制品进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料制品表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为1~6mm;
S5,向经步骤4处理后的塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物,形成涂覆层;
S6,向经步骤5处理后的塑料制品的涂覆层表面热喷涂金属丝,形成金属涂层;
S7,将步骤6处理后塑料制品烘干,即得。
所述步骤1中,将塑料制品加热到50~70℃,并保持1.5~3h。
所述步骤2中,对塑料制品用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤3中,采用等离子风机对着塑料制品的 表面吹气,持续时间为10~20分钟。
本发明的有益效果在于:经过本发明的处理,极大地增强了塑料制品的的表面性能,如耐磨性、耐热性、耐侯性、耐蚀性等。并改善了制件的吸水、吸湿性,使金属层更稳定,不易脱落。

实施例一
一种塑料制品加固方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料制品进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料制品进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料制品进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料制品表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为1mm;
S5,向经步骤4处理后的塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物,形成涂覆层;
S6,向经步骤5处理后的塑料制品的涂覆层表面热喷涂金属丝,形成金属涂层;
S7,将步骤6处理后塑料制品烘干,即得。
所述步骤1中,将塑料制品加热到50℃,并保持1.5h。
所述步骤2中,对塑料制品用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。

所述步骤2中,对塑料制品用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤3中,采用等离子风机对着塑料制品的 表面吹气,持续时间为15分钟。

1.一种塑料制品加固方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料制品进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料制品进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料制品进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料制品表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为1~6mm;
S5,向经步骤4处理后的塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物,形成涂覆层;
S6,向经步骤5处理后的塑料制品的涂覆层表面热喷涂金属丝,形成金属涂层;
S7,将步骤6处理后塑料制品烘干,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料制品加固方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中,将塑料制品加热到50~70℃,并保持1.5~3h。
