Bamboo products refer to products made by taking bamboo as a processing raw material, and are mostly daily necessities, such as bamboo baskets, bamboo sieves, bamboo strakes, bamboo baskets, bamboo steamers, pot brooms, bamboo dustpans, bamboo rakes, bamboo baskets, bamboo carrying poles, bamboo chopsticks, bamboo brooms, bamboo hats, bamboo plaques, bamboo baskets, bamboo wallboards, bamboo mats, bamboo beds, bamboo stools, bamboo chairs, bamboo reclining chairs, chopping boards, summer sleeping mats, tea mats, curtains and the like; the bamboo product is produced by processing bamboo, breaking the cut bamboo, cutting into pieces or making strips, and processing into product by bamboo product manufacturing process; the existing bamboo board chipping operation mainly comprises the steps of manually and manually chipping bamboo boards by using a cutter, so that the bamboo board chipping speed is low, the efficiency is low, the workload of manual chipping is large, and the waste generated after chipping the same bamboo board is more, which is not beneficial to saving material manufacturing cost and labor cost; meanwhile, because the bamboo chips are manually operated, the thickness of the cut bamboo chips is uneven, and the subsequent processing is influenced; in summary, there are drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a chain plate type automatic bamboo board slicing device, which can automatically transport bamboo boards, slice bamboo chips step by using a cutter, and control the thickness of the bamboo chips.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the chain plate type automatic chipping bamboo board processing device comprises a transportation module, a chipping module and a collecting module; the transportation module comprises a rotating gear, a chain, a positioning strip and a supporting plate; the rotating gear is provided with a chain wheel, the rotating gear is connected with the chain in an installing mode, a shell is designed on the rotating gear, a front panel and a rear panel are designed on the shell, the shell is fixedly installed on the outer side of the rotating gear, a positioning piece is designed between the shell and the center of the rotating gear, a supporting frame is designed on the shell, and the rotating gear is in transmission connection with a motor; the chain is of an annular chain structure, and two ends of the chain are in transmission connection with the rotating gear; the positioning strip is designed to be long, the positioning strip is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the chain, and the fixing direction of the positioning strip is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the chain; the supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the upper half part of the annular chain, and the upper end surface of the supporting plate is in contact with the lower end surface of the chain; the chipping module comprises a positioning frame and a cutter; the positioning frame is provided with a vertical fixing rod and a positioning rod vertically fixed at the upper end of the fixing rod, and the fixing rod is vertically fixed at the upper end of the front panel of the shell; the cutter uses a turning tool, the width of the cutter is consistent with that of the bamboo board, the left end of the cutter is designed to be a cutting edge, the right end of the cutter is vertically fixed on the left side of the fixed rod, the fixing direction of the cutter is consistent with the transmission direction of the chain, and the upper end face of the cutter is designed to be an inclined face; the collecting module comprises a side basket and a bottom basket; the side basket is fixedly installed below the rear panel of the shell, and the bottom basket is fixedly installed below the right end of the transportation module.
Preferably, the chipping modules are designed into four groups, the height difference between every two adjacent cutters is designed to be one fourth of the height of the bamboo board, the chipping modules are distributed at equal intervals, and the chipping modules are fixedly installed at the top of the shell from top to bottom in a left-to-right sequence.
Preferably, a compression roller is designed at the left end of the chipping module, the compression roller is made of a smooth metal material, a fixing support is designed on the compression roller, and the fixing support is vertically fixed at the upper end of the shell.
Preferably, the distance between the positioning strips is consistent with the length of the bamboo board, and the distance between every two adjacent positioning strips is smaller than the length size of the bamboo board.
Preferably, the positioning strip is made of an elastic rubber material; the supporting plate is made of a metal material, the upper end face of the supporting plate is designed to be a smooth metal face, and lubricating oil is designed on the upper end face of the supporting plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the chain plate type automatic chipping bamboo board processing device is used, because the distance between the positioning strips is consistent with the length of a bamboo board, and the distance between every two adjacent positioning strips is smaller than the length size of the bamboo board, a user can manually place the bamboo board on the fixed part of the positioning strips, the user starts a motor, the rotating gear rotates to drive the chain to rotate along with the rotation of the rotating gear, and therefore the bamboo board is driven to move; when the bamboo board moves to the front end of the chipping module, the left end of the chipping module is provided with a press roll which is made of smooth metal materials, a fixing support is arranged on the press roll and is vertically fixed at the upper end of the shell, so that the bamboo board can be positioned and moved under the action of the press roll and the positioning strips, meanwhile, the upper end of the bamboo board is extruded and chipped under the action of the cutter, the chipped part of the bamboo board moves to the upper side of the cutter and slides into the collecting module under the action of the inclined surface at the upper end of the cutter, and the automatic chipping function is achieved; the rest part moves to the lower side of the cutter, enters the next chipping module, and is limited by the lower end face of the cutter when the bamboo board moves; the bamboo splinters are divided into equal-height bamboo splints gradually under the action of the splinter modules and finally fall into the collecting module to achieve the effect of controlling thickness splinter.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chipping modules 2 are designed into four groups, the height difference between every two adjacent cutters is designed to be one fourth of the height of the bamboo board 5, the chipping modules 2 are distributed at equal intervals, and the chipping modules 2 are fixedly installed at the top of the outer shell from top to bottom in the order from left to right; it is used for cutting the bamboo board 5 into bamboo chips with uniform thickness.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pressing roller 4 is designed at the left end of the chipping module 2, the pressing roller 4 is made of a smooth metal material, and a fixing bracket is designed on the pressing roller 4 and is vertically fixed at the upper end of the housing; the bamboo board 5 is positioned in the vertical direction, so that the bamboo board 5 can be sliced conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the distance between the positioning strips 11 is consistent with the length of the bamboo board 5, and the distance between every two adjacent positioning strips 11 is smaller than the length dimension of the bamboo board 5; the function of the bamboo board is to facilitate the installation and the positioning of the bamboo board 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning strip 11 is made of an elastic rubber material; the supporting plate 13 is made of a metal material, the upper end surface of the supporting plate 13 is designed to be a smooth metal surface, and lubricating oil is designed on the upper end surface of the supporting plate 13; its function is to reduce the friction between the chain and the support plate 13, providing a supporting force for the chain.
