The mahjong loading bracket is provided with a sensor for detecting the position state of the mahjong pushing swing rod or the mahjong pushing head. The rotation center of the mahjong pushing swing rod is concentric with the arc-shaped bending center of the mahjong storage groove, so that the direction of the pushing force is basically in the direction of the arc tangent line and basically coincident with the movement direction, the pushing force can be smaller (component force is reduced) under the same shape, the load of a motor is smaller, and the reliability is better.
In order to avoid the mahjong tiles on the table top of the mahjong machine from shifting up and down, the horizontally moving tile pushing head is provided with a plurality of tile pushing parts which are respectively contacted with two mahjong tiles which are overlapped up and down in the same pier, wherein the tile pushing part contacted with the lower-layer mahjong tiles protrudes out of the tile pushing part contacted with the upper-layer mahjong tiles, so that the tile pushing head pushes the multi-pier mahjong tiles in the tile storage groove, the upper-layer mahjong tiles lags behind the lower-layer mahjong tiles, and when the tile pushing head pushes the last mahjong tile in the tile storage groove to the inclined tile lifting supporting plate, the upper-layer mahjong tiles are level with the lower-layer mahjong tiles.

The mahjong tile stacking method comprises the following steps: 1) the card bearing block stays at a first height which is lower than the height of the card outlet of the card sending device, and bears a first mahjong card sent from the card sending device; 2) after the tile conveying detection device detects that the first tile is in place, the stacking and pushing driving mechanism drives the tile bearing block to descend and stay at a second height, at the moment, the top surface of the first tile on the tile bearing block is lower than the tile outlet of the tile conveying device, the tile bearing block bears a second tile conveyed from the tile conveying channel, and the second tile is stacked on the first tile; 3) after detecting that the second mahjong tile is in place, the stacking and pushing driving mechanism drives the tile pushing head to push the stacked mahjong tiles into the tile storage groove; 4) the card bearing block and the card pushing head are reset to the initial positions.
A mahjong stacking process of the mahjong machine is described in the following with reference to the attached drawings 4-13: when the card folding is not started, the card pushing head 501 or the card pushing swing rod 503 completely or partially blocks the card outlet of the card sending channel to wait for the card folding signal, as shown in fig. 4 and 5; when the mahjong machine receives the stacking signal, the tile pushing head 501 rotates to the tile outlet of the tile sending channel, and the tile sending device sends the first mahjong tile to the tile bearing block 401, as shown in fig. 6 and 7; the card delivery detector 412 detects that the first card is in place, and the card support block 401 descends to a second height to support a second card, as shown in fig. 8-11; then, the stacking and pushing driving mechanism drives the tile pushing head 501 to push a pile of mahjong tiles on the tile bearing block 401 into the tile storage groove, and the tile bearing block and the tile pushing head are reset to wait for the next stacking and pushing action, as shown in fig. 12 and 13.
The same set of stacking driving mechanisms as shown in the attached figures 4-13 are used, and the stacking process is different according to the initial position of the card pushing head: the initial position of the card pushing head gives way to a card outlet of the card sending device, the card bearing block stays at a first height, and the card sending device directly sends a first card to the card bearing block; when the mahjong machine receives the mahjong stacking signal, the mahjong bearing block descends to a second height to bear a second mahjong tile sent out from the mahjong sending channel, after the fact that the second mahjong tile is in place is detected, the mahjong pushing head pushes a pile of mahjong tiles on the mahjong bearing block into the mahjong storage groove, the mahjong bearing block and the mahjong pushing head reset, in the process that the mahjong bearing block resets to the first height, the mahjong pushing head retreats to block a mahjong tile outlet of the mahjong sending device and prevent the mahjong tile sending device from sending the mahjong tile, and after the mahjong bearing block resets to the first height, the mahjong pushing head completely lets out the mahjong tile outlet of the mahjong sending device. The mahjong tiles sent to the tile bearing block can be arranged in order.
In the two embodiments, the mahjong pushing head or the mahjong loading driving mechanism blocks the mahjong outlet of the mahjong conveying device to limit the mahjong discharging of the mahjong conveying device, so that the control of the motor in the mahjong machine can be simplified, and the error rate caused by frequent electric control can be reduced.
