本发明公开了一种路灯综合一体式太阳能智能充电桩,包括:底座,所述底座的底部可拆卸连接于灯柱的顶部,所述灯柱上通过支撑杆固定连接有照明灯,所述底板的一侧固定有充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体的顶部固定有蓄电池;固定板,所述固定板的两侧均固定有液压缸,所述液压缸的顶部转动连接于转杆,所述转杆贯穿导向板,所述导向板固定在固定架的两侧,是所述固定架上安装有太阳能光伏板,所述太阳能光伏板通过导线连接于蓄电池,所述底座上安装有液压泵。本发明通过连通管,使得与连通管相连的各个液压缸内压力保持同步,通过控制液压泵的旋转方向,可以驱动固定架带动太阳能光伏板进行旋转,调整太阳能光伏板的倾角,提高太阳能转化效率。

技术领域
本发明属于充电桩装置技术领域,具体涉及一种路灯综合一体式太阳能智能充电桩。
背景技术
太阳能(Solar Energy),一般是指太阳光的辐射能量,在现代一般用作发电。自地球形成生物就主要以太阳提供的热和光生存,而自古人类也懂得以阳光晒干物件,并作为保存食物的方法,如制盐和晒咸鱼等。但在化石燃料减少下,才有意把太阳能进一步发展。太阳能的利用有被动式利用(光热转换)和光电转换两种方式。太阳能发电一种新兴的可再生能源。充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。为增加太阳能的使用,人们将太阳能应用在充电桩上,充电桩的输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间、费用数据打印等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。
太阳能光伏板通过接收太阳光,将光能转化成电能存储在蓄电池中进行使用,由于现有的太阳能光伏板通常为固定式结构,不能随着太阳的方位进行调整,造成太阳光接收效率降低,影响电能转换效率,而且在冬季和夏季,太阳高度角差距明显,近一步降低了发电效率。因此,提出一种路灯综合一体式太阳能智能充电桩,解决太阳能转化效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种路灯综合一体式太阳能智能充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种路灯综合一体式太阳能智能充电桩,包括:
底座,所述底座的底部可拆卸连接于灯柱的顶部,所述灯柱上通过支撑杆固定连接有照明灯,所述灯柱的底部固定在底板上,所述底板的一侧固定有充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体的顶部固定有蓄电池;
固定板,所述固定板固定在底座上,所述固定板的两侧均固定有液压缸,所述液压缸的顶部转动连接于转杆,所述转杆贯穿导向板,所述导向板固定在固定架的两侧,是所述固定架上安装有太阳能光伏板,所述太阳能光伏板通过导线连接于蓄电池,所述底座上安装有液压泵。
优选的,所述灯柱上还固定有遮阳板。
优选的,所述照明灯为LED照明灯,所述照明灯顶部固定有光控开关,所述照明灯通过导线依次连接光控开关和蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过导线与充电桩本体和液压泵电性连接。
优选的,所述底座和灯柱顶部之间通过法兰连接。
优选的,所述固定架下表面中心线上固定有上耳板,所述固定板上表面中心线上固定有下耳板,所述上耳板与下耳板之间通过转轴转动连接。
优选的,所述导向板上设置有导向槽,所述导向槽的延伸方向与固定架的转动中心垂直。

本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、在太阳能光伏板的作用下,将接收的太阳能转变成电能存储在蓄电池中,通过蓄电池分别对充电桩本体、照明灯和液压泵进行供电,照明灯由光控开关自动控制,使其在光线不足时对周围进行照明;
2、通过连通管,使得与连通管相连的各个液压缸内压力保持同步,可以同时将液压油同时抽出或泵入对与连通管相连的多个液压缸,保证各个液压缸同时进行伸缩以及具有相同的伸缩长度;
3、通过控制液压泵的旋转方向,可以驱动固定架带动太阳能光伏板进行旋转,调整太阳能光伏板的倾角,提高太阳能转化效率。

固定板10,所述固定板10固定在底座9上,所述固定板10的两侧均固定有液压缸13,所述液压缸13的顶部转动连接于转杆14,所述转杆14贯穿导向板15,所述导向板15固定在固定架11的两侧,是所述固定架11上安装有太阳能光伏板12,所述太阳能光伏板12通过导线连接于蓄电池3,所述底座9上安装有液压泵19。
所述灯柱1上还固定有遮阳板2,遮阳板2位于充电桩本体4的正上方,可以对充电桩本体4进行防护,避免受到阳光暴晒和雨水的浸泡,降低充电桩本体4的老化速度,有利于延长使用寿命。
所述照明灯6为LED照明灯,所述照明灯6顶部固定有光控开关7,所述照明灯6通过导线依次连接光控开关7和蓄电池3,所述蓄电池3通过导线与充电桩本体4和液压泵19电性连接,通过光控开关7自动对照明灯6进行控制,使其在光线不足时对周围进行照明,液压泵19由单片机控制进行驱动,可以通过单片机控制液压泵19的电流方向以及通电时间,进而改变液压缸13的高度,使得固定架11上的太阳能光伏板12自动调整方向朝向太阳。
所述底座9和灯柱1顶部之间通过法兰18连接,利用法兰18方便底座9的装卸,便于后期维护更新,操作方便。

具体的,使用时,在太阳能光伏板12的作用下,将接收的太阳能转变成电能存储在蓄电池3中,通过蓄电池3分别对充电桩本体4、照明灯6和液压泵19进行供电,照明灯6由光控开关7自动控制,使其在光线不足时对周围进行照明,通过液压泵19将一侧的液压缸13内的液压抽出,这一侧液压缸13收缩,下拉转杆14使得转杆14沿着导向槽推动导向板15的一端下降,并将液压油泵入另一侧的液压缸13中,这一侧的液压缸13伸出,上推转杆14沿着导向槽推动导向板15进行上升,使得固定架11沿着转轴21旋转,通过反向驱动液压泵19,可以使得固定架11反转,调整太阳能光伏板12的倾角,提高太阳能转化效率。
