本发明公开了一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板和加强板,其特征在于,所述航空铝板一侧面连接加强板,航空铝板的厚度为0.3~1.5mm,所述加强板的厚度为0.2~20mm,所述加强板为无机树脂板或冲孔钢板;本发明经过将航空铝板和加强板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板和加强板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板;本发明采用将超薄航空铝板与加强板牢固结合的结构,显著提高复合铝板强度,彻底解决金属复合板鼓包、变形、磕碰损伤等难题,避免运输安装过程中损坏,为保温装饰板的施工安装提供了极大的方便。

一种高强度复合铝板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于工程装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度复合铝板及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝装饰板具有良好的建筑物装饰效果,对墙面起较好的遮掩和保护作用,在建筑装饰装修中,它不仅可以装饰建筑表面,同时还起到保护被饰面免受雨雪等的侵蚀的作用,但是建筑外环境比较恶劣,对装饰板的强度的要求极高,为满足装饰的强度要求,往往需要采用铝单板的厚度较厚,造成了制造成本增高和资源浪费等诸多问题,同时大大增加安装过程中的费用,且铝单板在大风恶劣环境下,极易共振,引起固定结构的松动,存在较大的安全隐患甚至引起严重的安全事故;而现有广泛使用的复合了铝板的保温复合一体板,具有质轻、保温效果好的优点,但是其高昂的造价、因强度较低而频繁发生的空骨和变形现象,限制了其进一步的发展应用;频繁产生鼓包、变形、磕碰损伤等诸多问题,即使提高铝板厚度也无法避免这些问题的产生,在生产、运输和安装过程中造成了严重的资源浪费,重大的经济损失,对于材料的交付、使用产生了极大的制约作用,铝装饰板的结构稳定性亟待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度复合铝板及其制备方法,显著提高复合铝板强度,彻底解决技术复合板鼓包、变形、磕碰损伤的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板和加强板,所述航空铝板一侧面连接加强板,航空铝板的厚度为0.3~1.5mm,所述加强板的厚度为0.2~20mm,所述加强板为无机树脂板或冲孔钢板。
优选的,所述无机树脂板为硅酸钙板、水泥纤维板或玻镁防火板。
优选的,所述冲孔钢板的厚度为0.2~3mm,所述无机树脂板的厚度为3~20mm。
一种高强度复合铝板的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将航空铝板和加强板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板和加强板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用真空状态下高温熔合工艺,将超薄航空铝板与无机树脂板胶结压合,显著提高复合铝板强度,彻底解决金属复合板鼓包、变形、磕碰损伤等难题,避免运输安装过程中损坏,为保温装饰板的施工安装提供了极大的方便。

一种高强度复合铝板的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将航空铝板20和加强板10相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板20和加强板10压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
实施例1
一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板20和硅酸钙板,所述航空铝板20一侧面连接硅酸钙板,航空铝板20的厚度为0.3mm,所述硅酸钙板的厚度为4mm。
将航空铝板20和硅酸钙板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板20和硅酸钙板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
实施例2
一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板20和水泥纤维板,所述航空铝板20一侧面连接水泥纤维板,航空铝板20的厚度为0.5mm,所述水泥纤维板的厚度为5mm。
将航空铝板20和水泥纤维板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板20和水泥纤维板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
实施例3
一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板20和玻镁防火板,所述航空铝板20一侧面连接玻镁防火板,航空铝板20的厚度为0.8mm,所述玻镁防火板的厚度为6mm。
将航空铝板20和玻镁防火板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板20和玻镁防火板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
实施例4
一种高强度复合铝板,包括航空铝板20和冲孔钢板,所述航空铝板20一侧面连接冲孔钢板,航空铝板20的厚度为1mm,所述冲孔钢板的厚度为0.3mm。
将航空铝板20和冲孔钢板相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板20和冲孔钢板压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。

2.一种高强度复合铝板,其特征在于,所述无机树脂板为硅酸钙板、水泥纤维板或玻镁防火板。
3.一种高强度复合铝板,其特征在于,所述冲孔钢板的厚度为0.2~3mm,所述无机树脂板的厚度为3~20mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合铝板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:将航空铝板(20)和加强板(10)相对面涂胶粘剂,然后将航空铝板(20)和加强板(10)压合为一体,制得高强度复合铝板。
