Corrugated paper cutting stacks integrative equipment, its characterized in that: comprises a dividing mechanism (1) and a stacking mechanism (2) which are arranged in sequence; the cutting mechanism (1) comprises a transverse cutting mechanism (11) and a longitudinal cutting mechanism (12) which are sequentially arranged according to a feeding direction, wherein the transverse cutting mechanism (11) comprises a transverse cutting mechanism frame (111), an electric wheel saw (112), a carrier roller (113), a conveying roller (114) and a conveying roller driving mechanism (115) for driving the conveying roller (114) to rotate; the upper part of the transverse cutting mechanism frame (111) is provided with a transverse guide groove (1111) extending along the width direction of the corrugated paper tape (31), the electric wheel saw (112) is adjustably arranged on the transverse guide groove (1111), the rotating shaft of the electric wheel saw (112) is parallel to the width direction of the corrugated paper tape (31), the carrier roller (113) is rotationally connected to the lower part of the transverse cutting mechanism frame (111) and is opposite to the electric wheel saw (112) in the up-down direction, and the conveying roller (114) is rotationally connected to the lower part of the transverse cutting mechanism frame (111) and is positioned at the upper and lower sides of the carrier roller (113); the slitting mechanism (12) comprises a front press roller set (121 a), a slitting cutter mechanism (122) and a rear press roller set (121 b) which are sequentially arranged according to a feeding direction, wherein the front press roller set (121 a) and the rear press roller set (121 b) comprise a pair of press rollers (1211) which are arranged up and down, a space smaller than the thickness of a corrugated paper tape (31) is reserved between the two press rollers (1211), the slitting cutter mechanism (122) comprises an upper die-cutting roller (1221) which is opposite up and down, a lower die-cutting roller (1222) and a slitting driving mechanism which drives the upper die-cutting roller (1221) and the lower die-cutting roller (1222) to reversely and synchronously rotate, a slitting cutter (12211) which extends along the width direction of the corrugated paper tape (31) is formed on the roller surface of the upper die-cutting roller (1221), and meanwhile a groove (12221) which is matched with the slitting cutter (12211) is reserved on the roller surface of the lower die-cutting roller (1222); the stacking mechanism (2) comprises an input conveying belt (21), a paper receiving platform (23) and an output conveying belt (24) which are sequentially in butt joint, wherein a feeding end of the input conveying belt (21) is in butt joint with the slitting mechanism (12), a paper separating mechanism (22) is arranged between a discharging end of the input conveying belt (21) and the paper receiving platform (23), the paper separating mechanism (22) comprises a rack (221), a swing arm (222) pivoted on the rack (221), a branch mechanism conveying roller (223) rotationally connected to the lower part of the rack (221), a guide roller (224) rotationally connected to the free end of the swing arm (222), a cross bar (225) arranged at the free end of the swing arm (222), a plurality of elastic pressing strips (2251) arranged on the cross bar (225), a rack lifting mechanism (227) driving the rack (221) to lift and a swing mechanism (226) driving the swing arm (222) to swing; the paper receiving platform (23) comprises a paper receiving conveyer belt (231) arranged on the upper surface of the paper receiving platform (23), a movable positioning baffle (232) and a fixed positioning baffle (233) which are arranged on the side part of the paper receiving platform (23), wherein the movable positioning baffle (232) is opposite to the paper separating mechanism (22), the fixed positioning baffle (233) is opposite to the output conveyer belt (24), and the movable positioning baffle (232) is further provided with a movable positioning baffle (232) translation mechanism for driving the movable positioning baffle (232) to translate along the direction vertical to the plate surface;
the transverse rod (225) is pivoted with the free end of the swing arm (222) and is provided with a pressing bar swinging mechanism (228) for driving the elastic pressing bar (2251) to swing, the pressing bar swinging mechanism (228) comprises a connecting rod (2281) and a swinging air cylinder (2282), two ends of the connecting rod (2281) are respectively hinged with the end part of the transverse rod (225) and a piston rod of the swinging air cylinder (2282), and a cylinder body of the swinging air cylinder (2282) is hinged with the swing arm (222); and a limiting structure (2221) is arranged on the lower side of the swing arm (222), and when the free end of the swing arm (222) swings to the lowest position, the limiting structure (2221) is contacted with the rack (221).
