本发明属于塑料加工的技术领域,具体公开了一种塑料切割装置。包括机架,机架上设有若干用于夹紧塑料的夹紧块,机架上还设有导轨盒,导轨盒的顶部、底部和其中一个侧面开口,导轨盒的底部设有盖板,盖板的一端铰接在导轨盒的侧壁底部并设有电磁铁,盖板的另一端与导轨盒的底部卡接,塑料切割装置还包括导轨、移动柱和电机,导轨可拆卸连接在盖板的顶部,导轨上开有滑槽,移动柱的底部转动连接有磁性圆珠,移动柱的下部设有可插入滑槽的支杆,移动柱的上部设有挡板和弹簧,电机滑动连接在挡板上且与弹簧固定连接,电机的输出端上连接有切割刀,切割刀位于夹紧块的下方。本发明的目的在于提供一种能够进行曲线切割的塑料切割装置。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料加工的技术领域,具体公开了一种塑料切割装置。
背景技术
塑料切割装置大多是对塑料进行直线型的切割,能够对塑料进行曲线型切割的切割机大多是使用激光再配合控制单元来进行切割,其原理是利用激光光束照射到塑料上产生的高温使得塑料瞬间融化,而这样的方式会导致未被切割的地方也因高温产生变形,导致塑料变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够进行曲线切割的塑料切割装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:塑料切割装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有若干用于夹紧塑料的夹紧块,所述机架上还设有导轨盒,所述导轨盒的材质为不导磁的不锈钢,导轨盒的顶部、底部和其中一个侧面开口,导轨盒的底部设有盖板,所述盖板的一端铰接在导轨盒的侧壁底部并设有电磁铁,盖板的另一端与导轨盒的底部卡接,所述塑料切割装置还包括导轨、移动柱和电机,所述导轨可拆卸连接在盖板的顶部,导轨上开有滑槽,所述移动柱的底部转动连接有磁性圆珠,移动柱的下部设有可插入滑槽的支杆,移动柱的上部设有挡板和弹簧,所述弹簧位于挡板的上方,所述电机滑动连接在挡板上且与弹簧固定连接,所述电机的输出端上连接有切割刀,所述切割刀位于夹紧块的下方。
本基础方案的工作原理在于:本方案中,导轨可拆卸连接在盖板的顶部,所以用户可根据加工需求的不同,预制不同走向的导轨,导轨制作好后将其连接在盖板上且将导轨的出口处安装在靠近电磁铁的地方,将盖板盖合上即可。然后将移动柱上的支杆插入到导轨中,使移动柱位于导轨的进口处。启动电机,电机会带动切割刀旋转,对塑料进行切割,然后使电磁铁通电,由于移动柱的底部转动连接有磁性圆珠,所以磁性圆珠会在电磁铁的吸引下向前移动,所以移动柱就会沿着导轨的方向移动,移动柱上的电机和切割刀也会沿着导轨的方向移动,将塑料切出导轨的形状。在切割刀移动时,移动的角度过大可能会发生的切割刀被塑料卡住的现象。当切割刀被卡住后,此时移动柱还是在向前移动,所以切割刀会给电机施加压力,电机就会压缩弹簧,弹簧在形变时会给电机施加反向的压力,使得电机能继续向前移动。
本基础方案的有益效果在于:1.本方案中的导轨是可拆卸连接在盖板上的,所以用户可根据不同的加工需求来预制不同走向的导轨。而切割刀的切割方向就是沿着导轨的走向,塑料切出的线型就是导轨走向的线型,所以本基础方案可以对塑料进行曲线型的切割加工。2.当切割刀在进行曲线切割时,切割刀的移动角度变化过大会导致切割刀被抵住,而本方案中电机与弹簧连接,当切割刀被抵住时,由于移动柱在继续向前移动,所以切割刀会给电机施加压力,电机就会压缩弹簧,弹簧在形变时会产生会对电机施加一个反向压力,使得电机能够继续向前移动。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选,所述机架上还设有风机,风机位于夹紧块的下方。在切割刀对塑料进行切割时,会产生大量碎屑,这些碎屑可能会掉落到导轨内,影响移动柱正常移动。采用本方案,风机能够将碎屑向上吹起,使碎屑无法掉落到导轨内,保证了移动柱的正常工作。同时,切割刀在切割塑料时会与塑料产生摩擦,导致塑料升温变形,而本方案中的风机还能对塑料进行冷却降温,避免了上述问题的产生。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选,所述夹紧块上设有防滑层。采用本方案能够防止塑料水平移动。
优选方案三:作为基础方案的优选,所述切割刀上设有若干锯齿。使用圆形的刀片对塑料进行切割时,刀片与塑料一直接触,使得塑料受到的摩擦时间长,容易产生高温导致变形,同时圆形刀片切割时还容易打滑,采用锯齿进行切割,塑料散热快,不易打滑,同时还便于排出碎屑。
优选方案四:作为优选方案三的优选,所述锯齿可拆卸连接在切割刀上。当锯齿磨损过多时,可将锯齿拆卸下来,更换上新的锯齿。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:机架1、夹紧块2、导轨盒3、盖板4、电磁铁5、导轨6、移动柱7、电机8、磁性圆珠9、挡板10、弹簧11、切割刀12、锯齿13。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例塑料切割装置,包括机架1和导轨盒3,导轨盒3设置在机架1上。导轨盒3的材质为不导磁的不锈钢。机架1的上端还设有若干成对的夹紧块2,两个夹紧块2上均设有螺孔和防滑层。机架1上还设有风机,风机位于挡板10的下方,风机的出风口对准塑料。导轨盒3的顶壁、底板和一个侧壁打开,其底部设有盖板4,盖板4的右端与导轨盒3的右侧壁铰接,盖板4的左端与导轨盒3的左端卡接。盖板4上设有电磁铁5,电磁铁5靠近盖板4与导轨盒3的铰接处。盖板4上还可拆卸连接有导轨6,导轨6上设有滑槽。塑料切割装置还包括移动柱7,移动柱7的底部转动连接有磁性圆珠9,移动柱7的下部设有支杆,支杆插入到导轨6的滑槽内。移动柱7的上部设有挡板10和弹簧11,挡板10位于夹紧块2的下方,弹簧11位于挡板10的上方,挡板10上滑动连接有电机8,电机8与弹簧11固定连接。电机8的输出端上设有切割刀12,切割刀12上设有锯齿13。
具体实施时,根据用户所需切割的线型不同,预制不同走向的导轨6,然后将导轨6的支杆插入到滑槽中。将塑料放置在夹紧块2上,使用螺栓插入到上下两个夹紧块2的螺孔中使其固定。然后启动电机8和风机,再给电磁铁5通电。此时电机8上的切割刀12触碰到塑料时就能对塑料进行切割,同时电磁铁5会吸引磁性圆珠9向前移动,切割刀12会随着磁性圆珠9的移动而移动,当磁性圆珠9移动到导轨6末端时,切割刀12也就完成了切割。当切割刀12被塑料抵住时,电机8会压缩弹簧11,弹簧11会给电机8一个反向的压力,使得电机8和切割刀12能够继续向前移动。

1.塑料切割装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有若干用于夹紧塑料的夹紧块,其特征在于:所述机架上还设有导轨盒,所述导轨盒的材质为不导磁的不锈钢,导轨盒的顶部、底部和其中一个侧面开口,导轨盒的底部设有盖板,所述盖板的一端铰接在导轨盒的侧壁底部并设有电磁铁,盖板的另一端与导轨盒的底部卡接,盖板上设有导轨、移动柱和电机,所述盖板和导轨的材质为不导磁的不锈钢,所述导轨可拆卸连接在盖板的顶部,导轨上开有滑槽,所述移动柱的底部转动连接有磁性圆珠,移动柱的下部设有可插入滑槽的支杆,移动柱的上部设有挡板和弹簧,所述弹簧位于挡板的上方,所述电机滑动连接在挡板上且与弹簧固定连接,所述电机的输出端上连接有切割刀,所述切割刀位于夹紧块的下方。
