As shown in fig. 1-5, a multi-adaptive trunk whitewashing machine comprises a frame 1, a storage device 2, a pipeline transportation device 3, a driving device 4 and a spraying device 5, wherein the storage device 2, the pipeline transportation device 3, the driving device 4 and the spraying device 5 are all arranged on the frame 1, the storage device 2 is used for containing spraying liquid, the pipeline transportation device 3 is used for conveying the spraying liquid to the spraying device 5, the spraying device 5 is used for spraying the spraying liquid, the spraying device 5 comprises a spraying rod 51, a spraying pipe, a rotary supporting device, a supporting plate 52 and a lifting device, the spraying pipe is a hollow pipe with an upper end opening and a lower end being closed, a plurality of nozzles 60 are arranged on the spraying pipe, the spraying rod 51 is used for fixedly supporting the spraying pipe, in the embodiment, standard fan-shaped nozzles are adopted, the caliber of the nozzles is wide, the spraying shape is in a fan shape with various angles, the fan-shaped section of the spraying can generate a tapered edge, in the embodiment, 6 fan-shaped nozzles are vertically arranged on the spraying rod, and the spraying shape can be connected into a perfect liquid surface;

The medicine water tank and the clean water tank are detachably connected with the frame through screws, and the medicine water tank or the clean water tank can be detached through rotating the screws, so that the medicine water tank or the clean water tank can be thoroughly cleaned or replaced with other types of water tanks.
The pipeline transportation device 3 comprises a water pump 31 and a three-way switching valve 32, wherein three ports of the three-way switching valve 32 are respectively connected with a liquid outlet of the medicine water tank 21, a liquid outlet of the clean water tank 22 and an input end of the water pump 31 through connecting water pipes, and an output end of the water pump 31 is connected with an upper end inlet of a spraying pipe through a water outlet pipe.
The water outlet pipe is also provided with a pressure reducing valve 33 and a flow regulating valve 34.
As shown in fig. 3, the rotary supporting device includes a fixed split ring 53, a rotary split ring 54, and balls, where the fixed split ring 53 and the rotary split ring 54 are circular rings with one open side, the fixed split ring 53 is fixed on the supporting plate 52, the rotary split ring 54 is sleeved over the fixed split ring 53 and can slide along the fixed split ring 53, and the balls are disposed between the fixed split ring 53 and the rotary split ring 54.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the driving device 4 includes a driving motor 41, a vertical transmission gear set, a chain transmission gear set, a bevel gear transmission set and a horizontal transmission gear 40, where the driving motor 41 is used to drive the vertical transmission gear set to rotate and drive the chain transmission gear set to rotate, the chain transmission gear set is used to drive the horizontal transmission gear 40 to rotate by driving the bevel gear transmission set to rotate, the rotating split ring 54 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical teeth 50, the cylindrical teeth 50 can be meshed with the horizontal transmission gear 40, and the horizontal transmission gear 40 is used to drive the rotating split ring 54 to rotate;
the driving motor 41 is fixed on the supporting plate 52, the output shaft is horizontally arranged, the vertical transmission gear set comprises a first vertical transmission gear 42 and a second vertical transmission gear 43, the first vertical transmission gear 42 is arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor 41 and is meshed with the second vertical transmission gear 43, the second vertical transmission gear 43 is fixed in the middle of the connecting rod 44, the chain transmission gear set comprises a driving gear 45 and a driven gear 46, the outer sides of the driving gear 45 and the driven gear 46 are meshed with a chain 47, the driving gear 45 is arranged at two ends of the connecting rod 44, the bevel gear transmission set comprises a vertical bevel gear 48 and a horizontal bevel gear 49, the driven gear 46 coaxially rotates with the vertical bevel gear 48, the horizontal bevel gear 49 is meshed with the vertical bevel gear 48, and the horizontal bevel gear 49 coaxially rotates with the horizontal transmission gear 40.
In the embodiment, the stirring device, the water pump and the driving motor are powered by the power device, the power device comprises a small gasoline generator and a DC-DC converter, and the DC-DC converter reduces the power generated by the small gasoline generator to a proper voltage value to power the stirring device, the water pump and the driving motor, so that the outdoor long-time operation is adapted.
As shown in fig. 3, the spray rod 51 is fixed on the rotary supporting device by a telescopic device, and the telescopic device can drive the spray rod 51 to move in the horizontal direction, so as to adjust the position of the spray rod 51 in the horizontal direction.
The telescopic device comprises a sleeve 55, a screw rod, a knob 56 and a piston 57, wherein the piston 57 is arranged in the sleeve 55 and is in threaded connection with the screw rod, the sleeve 55 and the screw rod are horizontally arranged, the knob 56 is fixed at the bottom of the screw rod, a limiting device is arranged on the inner side of the sleeve 55 and is used for limiting the piston 57 not to rotate in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the screw rod, and the piston 57 can be driven to move in the horizontal direction by rotating the knob 56.
The lifting device comprises two lifting frames 58, the lifting frames 58 are composed of two mutually hinged rods, the threaded fixing rods 59 penetrate through middle hinge points of the two lifting frames 58, the threaded fixing rods 59 are used for adjusting the distance between the middle hinge points of the two lifting frames 58, the lower ends of the lifting frames 58 are hinged to the machine frame 1, and the upper ends of the lifting frames 58 are hinged to the lower portion of the supporting plate 52.
The lower part of the frame 1 is provided with a roller 11, and the rear part of the frame 1 is also provided with a push handle 12.
When the white coating machine is used, white coating liquid is poured into a medicine water tank, a stirring device is started, the stirring device continuously stirs the white coating liquid in the medicine water tank, the white coating liquid is prevented from precipitating, a filter screen is further arranged at a liquid outlet of the medicine water tank, a water outlet pipe is prevented from being blocked while the medicine effect is ensured, a pushing handle is pushed to push the white coating machine to the front of a trunk, the trunk enters the inside of a fixed split ring and a rotating split ring from the openings of the fixed split ring and the rotating split ring, a lifting device is adjusted by a rotating threaded fixed rod, the angle between a spraying rod and the trunk is adjusted by pushing the rotation of a supporting plate, and the distance between the spraying rod and the trunk is adjusted by a telescopic device, so that the spraying rod is approximately parallel to the axis of the trunk and has proper distance;
and then the three-way switching valve is regulated to the liquid outlet of the liquid medicine box to be connected with the input end of the water pump, the water pump pumps the white liquid to the spraying pipe, the nozzle on the spraying pipe sprays the white liquid to the trunk, the driving motor of the driving device is started, the driving device drives the rotary opening ring to rotate, the spraying rod drives the spraying pipe to spray the white liquid along the trunk, the spraying pressure and the flow of the white liquid can be regulated by the pressure reducing valve and the flow regulating valve in the spraying process, and the spraying rod can rotate back and forth along the tree by controlling the rotating speed and the direction of the driving motor so as to spray the white liquid on the whole body of the tree.
After the spraying is finished, the whitewashing machine is pushed to leave the trunk, the three-way switching valve is regulated to be connected with the liquid outlet of the clean water tank and the input end of the water pump, the water pump pumps clean water to the spraying pipe, and the clean water is sprayed out from the nozzle on the spraying pipe so as to clean the pipeline and facilitate the next use.
