Description

用于制造胶带的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造胶带、尤其是用于包覆细长物品的卷绕带、优选用于包覆汽车中的电缆线束的卷绕带的装置,包括用于供应胶带的带状纺织载体的存储单元和用于将至少条状的粘合剂涂层施加到载体的至少一侧上的涂层单元。此外,本发明涉及一种例如可借助这种装置制造的胶带、尤其是用于包覆细长物品的卷绕带、优选用于包覆汽车中的电缆线束的卷绕带,该胶带包括带状纺织载体和在载体的至少一侧上的至少条状的粘合剂涂层,所述载体配备有至少一个切边和/或穿孔。
背景技术
例如在EP 1108769 A2中描述了一种用于制造上述设计的胶带的装置。在此使用由无纺材料制成的载体,所涉及的载体配备有穿孔。基于这些穿孔,如此制造的胶带可在希望的位置上被撕开。穿孔在当前通过热粘合制造。
上述结构的胶带和尤其是卷绕带通常用于包覆在汽车中的电缆线束。这例如在DE10329994 A1中被详细描述。WO2012/048912A1的技术方案是类似方法。在两种情况下,载体都配备有一个或多个粘合剂条,其仅覆盖载体面的一小部分。
例如在本申请人的WO2013/024150A2中描述了具有条状粘合剂涂层的胶带的制造。在此通常首先使由纺织材料制成的载体幅材从存储单元退绕并且随后供应给涂层单元。借助涂层单元在载体幅材上沿其纵向延伸通过涂覆粘合剂产生一个或多个粘合剂条。最后,载体幅材沿纵向方向被切割成多个单胶带。
在例如可通过辊切机进行的或在事后进行的切割过程中可在相关纵向边缘或横向边缘和因此在切边上出现所谓的散边。在例如由无纺布或织物制成的带状纺织载体中的这种散边或脱线有时在加工、即包覆细长物品时才观察到。由此可在例如借助所涉及的胶带制造软管包套时产生问题或者简单增加了加工难度。
而且所提及的现有技术通常使用辊切机(其确保切边上干净的切口)工作。此外,粘合剂涂层常常确保不出现所描述的散边,至少在粘合剂涂层延伸至所涉及的纵向边缘或横向边缘上时不出现。但由于在实践中越多越多地使用条状的粘合剂涂层工作,而其并不覆盖载体的整个侧面,因此纵向边缘常常不具有粘合剂涂层。因此在相关纵向边缘上可出现所描述的散边。有时也会在穿孔中观察到类似的散边。为此现有技术迄今没有提供令人满意的解决方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所基于的技术任务是这样进一步改进这种用于制造胶带的装置,使得观察到毫无问题的切边和穿孔。尤其是,在带状纺织载体中不应再观察到在实践中常常出现的散边。另外,应实现相应构造的胶带。
为了解决该技术任务,一种同类型的用于制造胶带的装置在本发明范围中的特征在于,除了存储单元和涂层单元之外设有超声波单元和/或激光单元,用于在载体中制造穿孔和/或切边。
超声波单元通常利用声波刀和相对置的砧台工作。载体被引导通过声波刀和砧台之间。砧台通常进行20kHz以上的振动。原则上,声波刀也可进行这种振动。也可想到,砧台和声波刀都被激发进行下面将详细提到的振动。
在本发明范围中优选的、激发砧台或声波砧台进行振动的方案中有利的是,在此情况下可并排设置多个相应设计的超声波单元并且在此使用一个唯一的砧台或声波砧台工作。也就是说,在此情况下只需激发该同一砧台或声波砧台进行振动。与此相应,相应相对置的声波刀通常不进行振动。由此减少装置方面的费用,因为对于连续的砧台或声波砧台只需一个激发单元。
为了在声波刀中和可选地在砧台中产生振动,通常使用所谓的逆压电效应、电致伸缩工作。即,超声波单元在此情况下配备有高频发生器,其输出侧产生的交流电压连接到陶瓷或石英晶体板上。因此陶瓷或石英晶体板以相应频率进行振动。
当所涉及的石英晶体板或陶瓷板限定声波刀或与声波刀耦合时,则声波刀也可进行相应振动。由于振动的幅度通常在微米范围内,因此大多需要超声波发生器作为声波刀,借助其产生较大的振幅。所涉及的振动在此通常以机械纵波的形式存在,其在超声波发生器的自由端部上被反射。这样确定超声波发生器的长度,使得其是振动波长一半的倍数,从而整体上在超声波发生器内和因此在声波刀内产生驻波。
在任何情况下,所使用的具有声波刀和相对置的砧台的超声波单元能够以相对于传统切割刀减小的切割力沿例如纵向方向切割所涉及的纺织载体幅材。当然,借助超声波单元也可沿横向方向切割带状纺织载体。此外,根据本发明超声波单元也可用于进行具有中断部的小切割,因此在载体中制出希望的穿孔。
在所有这些情况下,通常同时焊接切边或穿孔。在此始终不产生烧焦的边缘和燃烧气体。与原则上也可能的、但不要求保护的水射流切割相比,根据本发明使用超声波单元和/或激光单元通常具有以下优点,即在两种情况下避免载体幅材或由其制造的载体湿透。也就是说,无需使用昂贵的干燥方法。此外,无论是超声波(切割)单元还是激光单元如今均可特别简单且低成本地实现。
所使用的激光(束)单元通常是红外激光器,其通常以脉冲模式工作。由所涉及的激光器发出的激光束可借助可移动的反射元件偏转并被引导到载体幅材上。另外,通常设有用于聚焦的光学器件。由此可选择性地为带状纺织载体配备希望的沿纵向方向或横向方向的切边以及穿孔。同时在此优选使用的红外激光器通常确保切边或穿孔经受希望的附加焊接。这也适用于穿孔,这表示在实践中通常实现为短切口的穿孔在其穿孔边缘上几乎没有或仅有少许散边。所使用的红外激光器通常是CO2激光器。但原则上也可使用Nd:YAG激光器。在此可这样设定或调谐强度或照射持续时间,使得整体不会观察到烧焦的边缘。
超声波单元和/或激光单元通常构造成相对于通过的载体是可调节的。调节在此可大致垂直于载体的通过方向进行。由此可选择性地将超声波单元和/或激光单元放置在载体上并再次远离载体。但此外,超声波单元和/或激光单元通常也可沿通过方向和/或横向于通过方向调节。横向于载体通过方向的调节可能性例如实现了借助超声波单元和/或激光单元沿横向方向切割载体。在相同的方向上也可以这种方式制出相应的穿孔。
此外,已证明有利的是,超声波单元和/或激光单元沿载体的通过方向设置在涂层单元上游。也就是说,带状纺织载体首先被切割和/或穿孔并且随后才在涂层单元中被涂覆粘合剂。该措施在粘合剂涂层仅条状地被施加到载体的相应涂层侧上并且例如并非是全表面的时尤为有利。这是因为在此切边或穿孔基本上不具有粘合剂。
当粘合剂全表面地被施加到涂层侧上时,超声波单元和/或激光单元也可沿载体的通过方向设置在涂层单元下游。该措施当然也可在涂层单元仅用于在载体的涂层侧上条状涂覆粘合剂时实现。
超声波单元和/或激光单元可配备有附加的边缘焊接单元。该边缘焊接单元确保附加地焊接切边和/或穿孔或穿孔边缘。但通常这种边缘焊接单元是不必要的,因为超声波单元和激光单元都自动在切割或穿孔过程中确保切边或穿孔边缘的附加焊接。就此而言,超声波单元和激光单元都根据组合式焊接/分离方法工作或用作组合式焊接/分离单元。
这种组合式焊接/分离方法基本上无接触地进行。这是因为激光单元和超声波单元都不对载体施加压力。如果带状纺织载体或载体幅材为了其制造具有先前施加的条状粘合剂涂层,则在所描述的组合式焊接/分离方法之后已经批量制成希望的胶带并且可直接用于进一步加工。
用于制造胶带的带状纺织载体通常由载体幅材制成。载体幅材位于存储单元上。为了制造载体,载体幅材大多沿纵向方向被切割成多个单胶带。如此产生的切边因此是纵向切边、即以这种方式制造的带状纺织载体的纵向边缘。通过使用超声波单元和/或激光单元同时焊接所涉及的切边。由此可靠地避免了可能的散边或脱线。
在本发明范围中使用的带状纺织载体是由纺织基底材料制成的载体。所提到的纺织基底材料是被编织、针织、编结或以其它方式接合的幅面材料。这也包括无纺布或无纺织物。即,本发明既包括例如构造为织物的纺织载体也包括由无纺织物制成的载体。另外,也可使用由针织物、编结物、缝编物等制成的纺织载体。也可想到例如由组合物、如包括织物和附加的无纺织物作为层压件制成的纺织载体。
此外,带状纺织载体除了粘合剂涂层之外还可配备有附加的涂层。作为粘合剂涂层,已经证明施加热熔粘合剂或丙烯酸粘合剂特别有效。这是因为这可毫无问题地借助至少一个喷嘴施加到带状纺织载体上。另外,这种热熔粘合剂可特别简单且有利地以条状施加到所涉及的载体上。
可能的附加涂层例如是漆涂层、泡沫涂层、膜涂层等。此外,所涉及的纺织载体主要由塑料纤维构成或制成。但原则上也可一同加工天然纤维、如棉纤维。但在这种情况下必须确保塑料纤维的重量比例占主要部分。
由于根据本发明使所涉及的纺织载体至少在相应切边区域中或在穿孔区域中经受所提到的附加焊接。在此情况下就此而言存在于纺织载体中的塑料纤维熔化或熔合。以这种方式产生或多或少光滑的切边或光滑的穿孔边缘。由此不产生脱线或散边的危险。所涉及的塑料纤维的焊接或熔接可特别简单地实现,因为用于制造纺织载体的塑料通常具有约100℃至最高300℃范围内的熔点并且优选具有80℃至200℃范围内的熔点。
通过使用激光单元和/或超声波单元总体借助所描述的装置提供配备有至少一个切边或穿孔或穿孔边缘的胶带,所述切边或穿孔或穿孔边缘被附加地焊接。在此本发明基于下述认识:在超声波切割时不可避免地产生温度,该温度至少在切边或穿孔边缘的区域中超过带状纺织载体的所使用的塑料纤维的熔点。由此实现希望的对切边的附加焊接。这同样适用于激光单元。
通过这种方式既可沿纵向方向又可沿横向方向限定无散边的切边。这同样适在载体中制出的穿孔。在此情况下在制出穿孔时不可避免地产生的穿孔边缘被附加地焊接。在此情况下本发明也利用了在借助超声波单元(激光装置)制出这种穿孔时不仅在载体中沿纵向或横向方向产生小切口,而且也借助超声波单元(激光装置)同时焊接界定穿孔切口的穿孔边缘。
由此再次避免了在该区域中的散边,使得以该方式制造的胶带能够很容易例如沿穿孔或穿孔切口被撕开。在此情况下例如已证明以规则的间距横向于纵向延伸在相应载体中制出所涉及的穿孔或穿孔切口是有效的。由此,以该方式实现的胶带可毫无问题地用手横向撕开。这甚至也适用于具有否则不能用手撕开的载体或由这种载体材料制成的胶带。
实际上,观察到的可用手撕开性通常对应于10N/cm或更小的横向撕裂力。该横向撕裂力根据本发明也可实现于(无穿孔)不可用手撕开的载体中。本发明通过沿载体的相应横向方向附加地制出穿孔或穿孔切口来实现这点。当穿孔分别沿载体横向方向连续地并且彼此间以相应小的间距制出在载体中时,之后可在如此制成的胶带中提供多个可能的横向撕开线。对于替代或附加于超声波单元使用激光单元的情况观察到相同的优点和效果。其中可见重要优点。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中示出一种装置,借助该装置由载体幅材1在输出侧制造出一个或多个胶带2。胶带2是如在根据图3的俯视图中原理性示出的胶带。如下面将详细解释的那样,载体幅材1是平面纺织幅材并且可沿其纵向方向被切割成多个胶带2。为此目的,沿纵向方向切割载体幅材1,以便限定具有相配载体3的单胶带2。
胶带2在其基本结构中包括已经提到的载体3和至少一个施加在载体3上的粘合剂条4或条状粘合剂涂层4。粘合剂涂层4施加在载体3的至少一侧上。在根据图3的实施例的范围内,粘合剂条4仅设置在载体3的作为涂层侧的上侧上。原则上也可在下侧或在两侧上设置附加的粘合剂条4。另外,在本发明的范围内不仅可使用仅覆盖载体3的涂层侧的一部分、如最多50%的粘合剂条4。而且也可将所涉及的载体3的涂层侧全表面地配备粘合剂条4。
载体3和因此限定载体3的载体幅材1是带状纺织载体3。该带状纺织载体3可由织物或无纺布制成。在此主要使用塑料纤维作为载体3的材料。原则上也可使用由包括织物和无纺布的层压件制成的载体3。载体3的单位面积重量在当前介于100g/m2至300g/m2之间的范围内。原则上也可想到更大的单位面积重量。
粘合剂条4是借助所谓的热熔粘合剂或丙烯酸盐基热熔粘合剂施加在载体3的涂层侧上的粘合剂条。为此设置将在下面更详细描述的涂层单元6。涂层单元6可配备有掩模或相应成形的喷嘴,以便在载体3的涂层侧上限定图3所示的粘合剂条4。
借助根据图1的装置,从存储单元5开始供应载体幅材1。在根据图1所示的示例中,载体幅材1在相关装置中首先借助超声波单元9、10穿孔,然后被涂层并且接着被切割成单胶带2。借助所示超声波单元9、10的穿孔也可在切割之后进行。超声波单元9、10的两个基本位置在图1中示出。通常将用于在载体幅材1中制出穿孔的超声波单元9、10沿图1中的箭头标示的、载体幅材1的通过方向R设置在涂层单元6或喷嘴上游。出于该原因,在该位置上的超声波单元9、10以实线示出,而超声波单元9、10的在载体幅材1被切割成胶带2之后的另一第二可选位置以虚线示出。在此情况下超声波单元9、10沿载体3的通过方向R位于涂层单元6下游。
但原则上例如一方面穿孔和涂层以及另一方面穿孔和经涂层的载体幅材1的切割也可在相互分开的装置中进行。明确地说,本发明甚至也包括在分开的装置中一方面首先进行穿孔并且另一方面随后进行涂层和切割成胶带。
存储单元5通常是存储卷绕辊,载体幅材1卷绕到其上。载体幅材1构造为纺织平面幅材,其在当前构造为织物幅材、无纺织物幅材等或也可构造为由织物/无纺布构成的组合式层压件幅材。此外,在本发明的范围中,除了粘合剂条4之外,载体幅材1也可配备有其它涂层、如漆涂层、膜涂层等。但这并未详细示出。
载体幅材1的总宽度是或可以是图3中所示的胶带2的总宽度A的数倍。实际上,载体幅材1的宽度例如可以是3A至20A,其中,A为胶带2的宽度A。
从存储单元5开始,载体幅材1首先被供应给超声波单元9、10。在本实施例中借助超声波单元9、10在载体幅材1中制出穿孔。穿孔在本实施例中并且非限制性地是横向穿孔。这些横向穿孔可在图3的胶带2的俯视图中通过相应的横向穿孔线11看出。借助这种横向穿孔线11或横向穿孔可将否则不能用手撕开的胶带2构造成可用手撕开的,这在本发明的范围中对应于对于横向撕开胶带2总共所需的不大于10N/cm的横向撕裂力。
借助超声波单元9、10现在横向于载体3或载体幅材1的通过方向R在其中以规则的间距制出所述横向穿孔或相应的横向穿孔线11。为此可使用多个横向于载体3或载体幅材1设置的超声波单元9、10。但也可使用一个(唯一的)超声波单元9、10,其为了制出横向穿孔而横向于载体3或载体幅材1的通过方向R移动。也就是说,超声波单元9、10构造成相对于载体3是可调节的,如图1中的相应箭头所示。在此不仅可垂直于载体3而且也可横向于载体调节,即总体上进行三维调节。超声波单元9、10由刀或声波刀9和相对置的砧台10组成。砧台10大多是声波砧台,即砧台10被置于振动。载体3或载体幅材1被引导通过声波刀9和砧台或声波砧台10之间。
由于声波刀9或砧台或声波砧台10通常以20kHz以上的频率振动,因此一方面不会听到相应的频率并且另一方面这样设计,使得在所涉及的声波刀9和载体幅材1或载体3之间的表面摩擦最小。基于该最小的表面摩擦,载体幅材1被割开或切口。从而产生穿孔切口。通过超声波单元9、10横向于通过方向R的移动可以规则的间距在载体3或载体幅材1中限定多个这种穿孔切口,从而以这种方式形成图3中所示的横向穿孔或多个这种横向穿孔线11。
通过使声波刀9在超声波范围内进行已经提到的振动,在声波刀9与所涉及的纺织材料之间的接触区域中同时加热载体幅材1或载体3。由于载体幅材1和因此载体3主要由塑料纤维制成,因此在通过表面摩擦产生的温度下至少在分别包围穿孔或穿孔切口的穿孔边缘的区域中的所涉及的塑料纤维熔化。在此,本发明基于以下认识:在制出穿孔或各单个穿孔切口时通过声波刀9的振动提供的声能足以加热在各单个穿孔切口的区域中的相应穿孔边缘并且以这种方式确保所希望的在相关穿孔边缘上的焊接。
同样,超声波单元9、10也可替代地或附加地用于通过纵向切割经涂层的载体幅材1来产生单胶带2。在此情况下,超声波单元9、10代替在图1的范围中示出的切割装置7、8,其在当前由旋转刀7和相配的相对置砧台8组成。通常设置多个旋转刀7和相配的砧台8,即彼此间以规则的在本实施例中相应于切割后的胶带2的宽度A的间距设置。如果在此使用超声波单元9、10,则由此产生相应的纵向切口并且在胶带2的相配纵向边缘3A、3B上的相应切边被所描述的表面摩擦加热。如已经关于穿孔切口和所制造的横向穿孔线11所描述的那样,在借助超声波单元9、10切割时,所涉及的在纵向边缘3A、3B上的切边以同样的方式被焊接。
如上所述,超声波单元9、10的声波刀9进行超声波振动。替代或附加地,也可激发相对置的砧台或声波砧台10进行超声波振动。在此情况下,所涉及的声波砧台10也进行超出听阈的超声波振动。因此甚至可省去声波刀9的振动。当然,本发明也包括声波刀9和声波砧台10均分别进行超声波振动的方案。
由于载体幅材1主要由塑料纤维制成,即在载体幅材1中的塑料纤维超过50重量%,因此借助超声波单元9、10在相应切边或穿孔边缘上产生的热量分别确保至少熔化一些塑料纤维。以这种方式在载体3的相应纵向边缘3A、3B上的切边区域中或在穿孔边缘上实现相关载体3的密封。由此防止相应切边或穿孔边缘能够散边。这有助于随后胶带2的加工和制造。
在超声波单元9、10和所制出的横向穿孔之后,被穿孔的载体幅材1通过一个或多个转向辊被引导,直至其到达先前已经提到的涂层单元6并且经过它。在本实施例中,涂层单元6仅仅是一个喷嘴,借助该喷嘴将图3中所示的粘合剂条4施加到载体3的涂层侧上或载体幅材1上。当然也可在涂层单元6中实现多于一个喷嘴。
借助图1的显示可见,相应涂层单元6或喷嘴横向于通过方向R和载体幅材1的纵向延伸而延伸。此外,载体幅材1在涂层单元6或喷嘴的区域中被垂直或近似垂直地引导。当然,这仅是示例性的、而非强制性的。通过在涂层单元6的区域中倾斜或垂直引导载体幅材1,可特别精确地制造粘合剂条4。这是因为在此本发明附加地利用了通常离开喷嘴的热熔粘合剂的重力。也就是说,所涉及的热熔粘合剂可以精确限定的边缘并且最终在没有侧向散边的情况下被施加到载体3的涂层侧上或在此被施加到载体幅材1上。
在任何情况下,载体幅材1经过所涉及的涂层单元6或喷嘴,使得相应由喷嘴而出的粘合剂形成图3中所示的粘合剂条4或在载体幅材1上形成多个这种粘合剂条4。
在对于每个事后待制造的宽度为A的胶带2在载体3的涂层侧上或在载体幅材1上施加在图3中所示的粘合剂条4之后,具有多个粘合剂条4的载体幅材1经过之前已经提到的切割装置7、8,所述粘合剂条相应于事后待由其制造的胶带2的数量。在本实施例中,切割装置7、8是刀架横梁,其沿其纵向延伸并且横向于通过的载体幅材1支承有多个旋转刀7。这些旋转刀7分别具有相应于事后待由其制造的胶带2的宽度A的间距A。
借助旋转刀7将载体幅材1沿纵向方向或通过方向R切割成单胶带2。为此相对于中间的载体幅材1与每个旋转刀7相对置地配设一个砧台8。砧台8在此可与刀7反向旋转,如图1中相应箭头所示。由此旋转刀7可沉入载体幅材1中并且在两个纵向边缘3A、3B上形成切边,该切边可在使用相应的刀7和砧台8的情况下散边。但如果代替切割装置7、8使用如图所示的超声波单元9、10,则附加地焊接带状载体3的纵向边缘3A、3B。即,代替切割装置7、8的超声波单元9、10是组合式焊接/分离单元。
当以这种方式将载体幅材1沿纵向方向切割成单胶带2之后,单胶带2可被卷绕到存储单元12上。在此情况下这可以是所谓的回绕卷绕器,其与本申请人已在WO2013/024150A2中进行的描述类似地构造和工作。
在任何情况下,载体幅材1都以高速被制造并且沿纵向方向和横向穿孔线11配备有光滑和干净的切口。在此相关切边和穿孔边缘同时被焊接或借助超声波密封或熔化。由此确保切边或穿孔边缘不会散边。根据具体应用,所使用的声波刀9可借助相应超声波发生器进行垂直、水平或连续地切割。当代替超声波单元9、10使用激光单元时,观察到相同的优点和效果。但这并未示出。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造胶带2、尤其是用于包覆细长物品的卷绕带、优选用于包覆在汽车中的电缆线束的卷绕带的方法,据此,由存储单元5供应带状纺织载体3并且随后借助涂层单元6将至少条状的粘合剂涂层4施加到载体3的至少一侧上,并且由此根据本发明附加地将超声波单元9、10和/或激光单元用于在载体3中制造穿孔和/或切边。

1.用于制造胶带(2)的装置,包括用于供应胶带(2)的主要由塑料纤维构成的带状纺织载体(3)的存储单元(5)和用于将至少是条状的粘合剂涂层(4)施加到载体(3)的至少一侧上的涂层单元(6),其特征在于,附加地设有构造成相对于通过的载体(3)可调节的超声波单元(9、10),用于在载体(3)中制造形式为横向穿孔(11)的穿孔,其中,超声波单元(9、10)能够沿通过方向(R)且横向于通过方向(R)调节,并且所述调节附加地垂直于载体(3)的通过方向(R)进行并且由此能够将超声波单元(9、10)放置在载体(3)上并再次远离载体(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波单元(9、10)包括声波刀和相对置的砧台,载体(3)被引导通过所述声波刀和相对置的砧台之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,至少所述砧台进行20kHz以上的振动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波单元(9、10)沿载体(3)的通过方向(R)设置在涂层单元(6)上游或下游。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波单元(9、10)配备有附加的边缘焊接单元。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波单元(9、10)构造为组合式焊接/分离单元。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述胶带(2)是用于包覆细长物品的卷绕带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述胶带(2)是用于包覆汽车中的电缆线束的卷绕带。
9.用于制造胶带(2)的装置,包括用于供应胶带(2)的主要由塑料纤维构成的带状纺织载体(3)的存储单元(5)和用于将至少是条状的粘合剂涂层(4)施加到载体(3)的至少一侧上的涂层单元(6),其特征在于,附加地设有构造成相对于通过的载体(3)可调节的激光单元,用于在载体(3)中制造形式为横向穿孔(11)的穿孔,其中,激光单元能够沿通过方向(R)且横向于通过方向(R)调节,并且所述调节附加地垂直于载体(3)的通过方向(R)进行并且由此能够选择性地将激光单元放置在载体(3)上并再次远离载体(3)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述激光单元沿载体(3)的通过方向(R)设置在涂层单元(6)上游或下游。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述激光单元配备有附加的边缘焊接单元。
12.根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述激光单元构造为组合式焊接/分离单元。
13.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述胶带(2)是用于包覆细长物品的卷绕带。
14.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述胶带(2)是用于包覆汽车中的电缆线束的卷绕带。
