When the property management terminals 2 of different cells (or groups) send requests to the property management service server 3 through the cloud service program, for example, equipment is upgraded or a control instruction is issued, the property management service server 3 forms a control instruction for a management group code according to the management group code in the request information, and forwards the control instruction to the equipment server 5 which provides configuration management and information storage service for the management group code through the address server 4, and the corresponding equipment server 5 executes a final control instruction; irrelevant device servers 5 do not need to participate in the execution of the control instruction, so that the computing requirement of the cloud server group is reduced, and the running speed and the response speed of the cloud service system are improved.

Claims (4)

1. An access cloud service system, characterized in that: the system comprises access control equipment, a property management terminal and a cloud server group;
the access control equipment is accessed to the Internet and is provided with equipment codes, group codes and address server addresses; the property management terminal is accessed to the Internet and comprises a cloud service program, and a management group code and a property management service server address are set in the cloud service program; the cloud service program is also used for acquiring the equipment code and the group code of the access control equipment;
the cloud server group is connected with the access control equipment and the property management terminal through the Internet and comprises a property management service server, an address server and a plurality of equipment servers; the property management service server is connected with the address server, receives the access of the property management terminal, acquires an instruction and a file of an operator, generates a control instruction according to the instruction of the operator, and forwards the control instruction to the corresponding equipment server through the address server; the address server is respectively connected with each equipment server, only stores the address of each equipment server and the group code information managed by each equipment server, and is used for searching the corresponding equipment server address according to the group code and forwarding a control instruction and a file to the equipment server; the equipment server authorizes the corresponding access control equipment to establish long connection with the access control equipment according to the allocation of the address server to the access control equipment; the equipment servers are not connected with each other and are used for providing configuration management and information storage service for at least one group-coded access control equipment to form a corresponding relation that one equipment server at least manages all access control equipment of one cell; the equipment server comprises an initial equipment server, wherein the initial equipment server is used for providing configuration management and information storage service for the access control equipment with the group code being the initial group code so as to provide service support for the access control equipment which is not divided into specific cell groups;
the access control devices with the same group code are all provided with configuration management and information storage services by one device server.
2. The access cloud service system of claim 1, wherein: the access control equipment is provided with a two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code contains equipment codes and group code information of the access control equipment; the property management terminal is a movable handheld terminal, and the cloud service program has two-dimensional code scanning, GPS position acquisition and information input functions.
3. A method for registering an access control device in an access control cloud service system, which is used in the access control cloud service system as claimed in claim 2, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the entrance guard equipment is started on line after being installed on site, and the entrance guard equipment sends the equipment codes and the group codes to the address server through the Internet according to the address of the address server;
step 2: the address server searches for the address of an equipment server which provides configuration management and information storage service for the access control equipment with the group code according to the received group code, and the equipment server is used as an initial equipment server; sending the address of the initial equipment server to the access control equipment; meanwhile, the equipment code is sent to an initial equipment server so as to authorize the access control equipment to access the initial equipment server;
and step 3: the access control equipment sends a request to an initial equipment server according to the received address of the initial equipment server, long connection is established with the initial equipment server so as to register the access control equipment to the initial equipment server, and the initial equipment server provides configuration management and information storage service for the access control equipment;
and 4, step 4: the property management terminal scans the two-dimensional code to enable the cloud service program to obtain the equipment code and the group code of the access control equipment; meanwhile, the cloud service program acquires the GPS position of the access control equipment through the property management terminal;
and 5: the cloud service program forms registration request information of the access control equipment and sends the registration request information to the property management service server according to the address of the property management service server; the registration request information comprises equipment codes, group codes, GPS positions and the management group codes;
step 6: the property management service server creates a configuration instruction for replacing the group code of the access control equipment corresponding to the equipment code with a management group code according to the received registration request information; and the configuration instruction and the registration request information are simultaneously forwarded to an address server;
and 7: the address server simultaneously forwards the configuration instruction and the registration request information to the initial equipment server according to the group code in the received registration request information;
and 8: the initial equipment server creates a configuration file and an update instruction of the access control equipment according to the received configuration instruction and the registration request information, and sends the configuration file and the update instruction to the access control equipment; the configuration file comprises all registration request information contents except the group code; the updating instruction requires the access control equipment to be updated according to the configuration file;
and step 9: the access control equipment updates according to the received updating instruction and the configuration file so as to write the configuration file into the access control equipment as access control equipment information; when the group code is replaced by the management group code, the access control equipment is disconnected with the initial equipment server;
step 10: the access control equipment transmits the equipment code and the management group code to an address server through the Internet according to the address of the address server;
step 11: the address server searches for the address of an equipment server which provides configuration management and information storage service for the access control equipment of the management group code according to the received management group code, wherein the equipment server is a management equipment server; sending the address of the management equipment server to the access control equipment; meanwhile, the equipment code is sent to a management equipment server so as to authorize the access control equipment to access the management equipment server;
step 12: the access control equipment sends a request to the management equipment server according to the received address of the management equipment server, long connection is established with the management equipment server so as to register the access control equipment to the management equipment server, the access control equipment information is transmitted to the management equipment server, and the management equipment server provides configuration management and information storage service for the access control equipment; the registration procedure is ended.
4. The method for registering an access control device to an access control cloud service system according to claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the registration request information also comprises a building number or a community door number of the access control equipment which is manually input; the access control equipment information further comprises a building number or a community door number.
