本发明公开一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，具有防火、防潮功能，符合国家防火标准，其特征在于，包括呈蜂窝状的铝蜂窝芯及其两面对称设置的铝板，并在任意铝板的表面设置天然木皮；加工方法如下：首先，将铝蜂窝芯展开成规则的蜂窝状侧放，然后，分别在铝蜂窝芯的上、下表面铺设一层粘性胶膜，分别粘贴铝板，最后，在铝板表面抹刷一层环保水性胶，粘贴天然木皮且压实贴紧即可。本发明装饰效果理想，防火性能高，耐候性强，结构合理，实施容易，可靠性好，实用性强，适用范围广。本发明加工方法简单，加工无毒害气体挥发，具有环保的特点，市场潜力大。

Description

一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料，尤其涉及具有防火、防潮功能的装饰板，装饰效果理想，符合国家防火标准的一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着房地产业的高速发展，相应带动了装饰材料市场的发展，由于现有装饰材料普遍存在受潮、发霉、变形、变色、甚至于局部脱落，以及存在使用寿命短，可靠性差等缺点，有的存在质量较大、成本较高、不环保的特点，还有的拼装组合困难，装饰效果不理想等诸多缺点或者不足。于是，在现有装饰市场上出现了大量仿木的瓷砖、天花板、墙板等装饰材料，但是，仿木而并非真正的木质材料，而只是模仿其木纹而已，材料本身并未涉及丁点木材。而真正的木质装饰材料不仅成本高，还普遍不具备防火性能，不符合国家的相关防火标准，包括各种规格型号的复合板、夹板、指接板以及实木板等等。因此，随着科技的不断进步及产品的不断更新换代，现有装饰材料尤其包括装饰板材还有待进一步的改进与革新。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，具有防火、防潮功能，尤其具有天然木材的装饰效果，可以延长使用寿命，还增加了装饰材料的技术含量及附加值。
本发明的技术问题是按如下技术方案实现的：构造一种木皮饰面装饰板，其特征在于，包括呈蜂窝状的铝蜂窝芯及其两面对称设置的铝板，并在任意铝板的表面设置天然木皮，所述铝蜂窝芯包括若干层侧向连接的铝箔片，展开呈蜂窝状。
一种木皮饰面装饰板的加工方法如下：首先，将铝蜂窝芯展开成规则的蜂窝状侧放，然后，分别在铝蜂窝芯的上、下表面铺设一层粘性胶膜，分别粘贴铝板，最后，在铝板表面抹刷一层环保水性胶，粘贴天然木皮且压实贴紧即可。
按照本发明提供的一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，其特征在于，采用天然木皮、木质感强，安装方便， 具有防火、防潮、环保、重量轻、高强度不变形等特点，而适用于天花、墙身、防火门、橱柜门、衣柜门，还可回收再利用。
实现本发明的一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，具有如下优点：装饰效果理想，防火性能高，耐候性强，结构合理，实施容易，可靠性好，实用性强，适用范围广。 本发明加工方法简单，加工无毒害气体挥发，具有环保的特点，市场潜力大。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的一种木皮饰面装饰板，如图1所示，包括呈蜂窝状的铝蜂窝芯5及其两面对称设置的铝板3、30，并在铝板3的表面设置天然木皮1，铝蜂窝芯5包括若干层侧向连接的铝箔片，展开呈蜂窝状。在具体加工时，首先，将铝蜂窝芯5展开成规则的蜂窝状侧放，然后，分别在铝蜂窝芯5的上、下表面铺设一层粘性胶膜4、40，分别对应粘贴铝板3、30，最后，在铝板3的表面抹刷一层环保水性胶2，粘贴天然木皮1压实贴紧即可，参考如图1所示。采用天然木皮，其装饰木纹及质感具有实木的效果，而防火、防潮、使用寿命长。
本发明的木皮饰面装饰板，铝蜂窝芯具有尖锐，清晰的孔壁，无毛刺，适合高质量的芯对面材的粘接。在具体实施过程中，材料并不局限于铝蜂窝芯、铝板，可以采用其它材料，如不锈钢，甚至于塑料。
本发明的一种木皮饰面装饰板的加工方法，在具体实施时，也适用于不锈钢包边、铝单板包边，塑料板的表面粘贴天然木皮，金属型材的表面粘贴天然木皮等。
本发明的木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，于装饰行业用途广泛，发展需求量大，加工材料丰富，可工业化生产，适用于酒店、影剧院、大型商场、超市、地铁，车站候车室、游艇、游轮等对防火等级要求高的公共场所。实施容易，质量轻、强度高、施工方便，经久耐用，废料可以回收再利用，实用性强及适用范围广，还可做异形加长板，并可根据实际需要而拼装组合，方便、容易，结构牢固，使用寿命长，可靠性好，装饰效果理想，产品用途广泛，市场前景广阔。

1.一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，其特征在于，包括呈蜂窝状的铝蜂窝芯及其两面对称设置的铝板，并在任意铝板的表面设置天然木皮；
加工方法如下：首先，将铝蜂窝芯展开成规则的蜂窝状侧放，然后，分别在铝蜂窝芯的上、下表面铺设一层粘性胶膜，分别粘贴铝板，最后，在铝板表面抹刷一层环保水性胶，粘贴天然木皮且压实贴紧即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木皮饰面装饰板及其加工方法，其特征在于，铝蜂窝芯包括若干层侧向连接的铝箔片，展开呈蜂窝状。
