Technical Field
The invention relates to glass magnesium board production line equipment, in particular to a glass magnesium board push type three-dimensional storage device and a method, which are used for outputting a rolled glass magnesium board to a three-dimensional board frame for storing the glass magnesium board in a glass magnesium board production line.
Background
In the existing glass magnesium board production line, after the glass magnesium board is formed by rolling, a set of three-dimensional storage device is needed to place the glass magnesium board so as to be conveniently sent into a drying room for drying. The present used three-dimensional storage device is that a deep pit is dug at the tail part of the whole production line, the depth of the pit is equal to twice the height of a three-dimensional goods shelf for holding the glass magnesium board, a hydraulic lifter is placed in the pit, the three-dimensional goods shelf for holding the board is placed on the lifter, and the lifter rises for a certain distance after one board is fed, so that the next cell of the three-dimensional board shelf is aligned with the production line. After the three-dimensional plate frame is full, the whole production line is stopped, and the three-dimensional plate frame is transported from the elevator by using a crane or a forklift and then sent into the drying room. The method needs to stop the production line, so the production efficiency is low, and the abrasion of the whole production line is very large in continuous starting and stopping.
The invention discloses a glass magnesium board three-dimensional storage device for a glass magnesium board production line with the patent number of 201110297698.4, which comprises a board conveying device connected to the tail end of the production line, wherein the tail end of the board conveying device is provided with a pit capable of accommodating three lifting mechanisms, and the board conveying device is opposite to the middle of the pit. A flat trolley mechanism with the running direction perpendicular to the glass magnesium board conveying direction is arranged in the pit, two lifting frame mechanisms are fixedly mounted on a flat trolley in the flat trolley mechanism, a cage transporting trolley is arranged on each lifting frame mechanism, and a three-dimensional goods shelf for containing the glass magnesium boards is placed on the cage transporting trolley. This device has the following disadvantages: 1) the tail end of the plate conveying device is required to be provided with a pit capable of accommodating three lifting mechanisms, so that the occupied space is large, and the civil engineering is large during equipment installation; 2) when the three-dimensional goods shelf is full of the glass magnesium boards, the flat trolley needs to rapidly drive the three-dimensional goods shelf to move to another position in order to ensure that the glass magnesium board production line is not stopped, and the whole goods shelf is very heavy, so that the realization is difficult, and even the production line can be reluctantly ensured to be stopped by prolonging the beat of the production line, thereby reducing the production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the pushing type three-dimensional storage device for the glass magnesium boards is provided, after one three-dimensional storage rack is filled with the glass magnesium boards, all the glass magnesium boards can be rapidly pushed to another free three-dimensional storage rack, and the production line can be guaranteed to run without stopping.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a glass magnesium plate push type three-dimensional storage device which comprises a longitudinal rolling conveying mechanism, a transverse three-dimensional plate frame mechanism, a longitudinal three-dimensional plate frame mechanism and a baffle mechanism.
The longitudinal rolling conveying mechanism comprises a support frame, a longitudinal roller, a longitudinal transmission motor, a rolling bearing seat, a longitudinal roller double-row chain wheel, a longitudinal roller single-row chain wheel and a longitudinal chain, the rolling bearing seat is arranged on the support frame in pairs in parallel at equal intervals, the longitudinal roller is arranged in the rolling bearing seat through a rolling bearing, the longitudinal roller is arranged at one end of the longitudinal roller, the longitudinal double-row chain wheel is adjacent to the longitudinal double-row chain wheel, the longitudinal chain wheel is connected with the longitudinal chain in a transmission mode, the single-row chain wheel is arranged on an output shaft of the longitudinal transmission motor, and the single-row chain wheel.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
the pushing type three-dimensional glass magnesium plate storage device provided by the invention is convenient to realize efficient automatic production, is simple and convenient to operate, and greatly improves the production efficiency. The concrete advantages are that: 1) after one three-dimensional plate frame is filled with the glass magnesium boards, the filled glass magnesium boards do not need to be pushed to another position rapidly, and the production line can be ensured to run without stopping; 2) the outlets of the transverse rolling conveying mechanism and the longitudinal rolling conveying mechanism are respectively provided with a pit which can accommodate a lifting mechanism of a transverse or longitudinal three-dimensional plate frame lifting machine, the occupied space is small, and the civil engineering is small during equipment installation.

As shown in fig. 13, the rack sliding groove 13 includes an upper portion and a lower portion, each of the upper portion and the lower portion includes two sliding ways arranged side by side, and upper and lower ends of the rack i 14 and the locking rack ii 26 are respectively located in the two sliding ways of the upper portion and the lower portion of the gear sliding groove 13.
The method of the glass magnesium board push type three-dimensional storage device comprises the following steps:
firstly, the longitudinal three-dimensional plate frame 1 and the transverse three-dimensional plate frame 2 are both in a low-position state, so that the baffle 21 is also in a low-position state, and the outlet of the longitudinal rolling mechanism is opened;
secondly, the longitudinal rolling and conveying mechanism starts to work, the processed glass magnesium boards are transmitted to the longitudinal rolling and conveying mechanism, the longitudinal transmission motor 12 drives the longitudinal roller 5 to rotate through chain transmission, the glass magnesium boards are sent into the longitudinal three-dimensional board frame 1, each time one glass magnesium board is sent, the longitudinal three-dimensional board frame mechanism works, and the longitudinal three-dimensional board frame lifting mechanism 32 lifts the longitudinal lifting supporting plate 33 and the longitudinal three-dimensional board frame 1 by a certain height so as to receive the next glass magnesium board;
thirdly, after the longitudinal three-dimensional plate frame 1 is filled, the longitudinal three-dimensional plate frame lifting mechanism 32 continues to ascend, the protrusion of the longitudinal lifting supporting plate 33 is in contact with the bottom of the rack I14, so that the rack I14 is driven to move upwards, the rack I14 moves upwards to drive the gear 29 to rotate, the gear 29 rotates to drive the cam shaft 30 and the cam 22 to rotate, the cam 22 rotates to lift the baffle 21, and the baffle 21 blocks the outlet of the longitudinal rolling conveying mechanism after being lifted;
fourthly, the transverse rolling conveying mechanism starts to work, the transverse transmission motor 8 rotates to drive the transverse roller 7 to rotate, after the processed glass magnesium board completely enters, an electric rod of the electric cylinder 17 extends out, the lifting frame 20 is lifted by the lifting plate 19, at the moment, the transverse roller 7 is higher than the longitudinal roller 5, the transverse roller 7 sends the glass magnesium board into the transverse three-dimensional board frame 2, then the electric rod of the electric cylinder 17 retracts, the lifting frame 20 is put down by the lifting plate 19, the next glass magnesium board is waited to enter, when one glass magnesium board is sent, the transverse three-dimensional board frame mechanism works, and the transverse three-dimensional board frame lifting mechanism 18 lifts the transverse lifting supporting board 3 and the transverse three-dimensional board frame 2 by a certain height so as to receive the next glass magnesium board;
