Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a label printer without base paper logistics label in the present application includes a base 10, a flip cover 20 hinged on the base 10; a paper outlet is formed at the end part between the base 10 and the flip cover 20; a paper roll clamping mechanism 30 is arranged in the middle of the base 10; the base 10 forms a paper feeding channel 11 between the paper roll clamping mechanism 30 and a paper outlet; a conveying bottom roller 12 is arranged on the base 10 near the paper outlet; the surfaces of the paper feeding channel 11 and the conveying bottom roller 12 are coated with anti-sticking paint. In this embodiment, the release coating is polytetrafluoroethylene, that is, teflon treatment is performed on the surfaces of the paper feed path 11 and the conveying bottom roller 12. In other embodiments, the release coating may be other materials having release properties.
In a preferred embodiment, the paper feeding path 11 is provided with a sensing electric eye 15 near the paper outlet. The sensing electric eye can be used for multitasking, the sensing electric eye 15 senses whether the first paper at the paper outlet is removed or not, and if the first paper is not removed, other papers wait for printing; if the first sheet is removed, the other sheets are printed sequentially.
In a preferred embodiment, a sensor 13 for sensing the conveying length of the printing paper is arranged at the middle part of the paper feeding channel 11, and a cutter 16 is arranged at the position of the paper feeding channel 11 near the paper outlet; the controller of the printer controls the cutter 16 to cut the printing paper by receiving the signal of the sensor 13. The arrangement of the sensor and the cutter enables the application to print logistics labels of any length. In this embodiment, the sensor is a distance sensor, and in other embodiments, the sensor may be an infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, or other sensors that can sense a transmission distance.
Preferably, the paper feeding channel 11 is protruded with anti-sticking ribs 14 at both sides of the sensor 13. The antiseized muscle 14 can protect sensor 13 to avoid being pasted by the label on the one hand, influences the printing, in addition, when the sensor is located the initial position of paper feed passageway, antiseized muscle 14 also can play the effect of holding up the label paper, prevents to paste in the base other places outside the paper feed passageway when just being carried out.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the paper roll clamping mechanism 30 comprises a slideway 31 arranged perpendicular to the paper roll conveying direction, an adjusting column 32 fixed in the middle of the slideway 31, adjusting sliders 33 connected to both ends of the slideway by springs, and two supporting columns 34 slidably clamped in the slideway and respectively positioned between the adjusting sliders 33 and the adjusting columns 32; the opposite surfaces of the two support columns 34 are convexly provided with annular flanges 35 for clamping the paper scroll; the middle lower part of the adjusting column 32 is sleeved with a spring ring 36, and the upper part of the adjusting column is connected with an adjusting cover 37 in a threaded manner; the adjusting cover 37 is an end cover with a threaded blind hole at the bottom; an adjusting ring 38 sleeved outside the adjusting column 32 is fixed on the top of the spring ring 36; the outer circumferential surface of the adjusting ring 38 is connected to the bottom of the support column 34 by a link 39. In the prior art, when the printer is used for paper rolls with different widths, the paper rolls with different widths are supported by adjusting two opposite supporting columns. In the above technical solution of the present application, the adjusting cover 37 is screwed to move downwards, so as to press the adjusting ring 38 to move downwards, and the adjusting ring belt moves the connecting rod 39 to press downwards so as to push the two supporting columns 34 to separate, so as to clamp the wider paper roll; when it is desired to reduce the distance between the support poles 34 for a narrow roll, the adjustment cap 37 is screwed upward.
As shown in FIG. 3, in a preferred embodiment the link 39 comprises an upper link 39-1 having a bottom end hinged to the bottom of the support column 34, a lower link 39-2 having a top hinged to the adjusting ring 38, and an insert 39-3 interposed between the upper link 39-1 and the lower link 39-2; the bottom surface of the upper connecting rod 39-1 is provided with a slot extending along the length direction; the bottom surface of the lower connecting rod 39-2 is extended with an inserting piece inserted into the inserting slot. The above-mentioned connection mode of the upper link 39-1 and the lower link 39-2 allows the length of the entire link to be adjustable, thereby making the paper roll clamping mechanism 30 applicable to a wider range of paper rolls.
In a preferred embodiment the lower link 39-2 is provided with stops perpendicular to the insert on both sides of the insert; and a gap for inserting the slot is formed between the baffle and the inserting sheet. The baffle is designed to prevent the insert from sliding off between the upper link 39-1 and the lower link 39-2 when the printer is placed in an inclined position.
In a preferred embodiment the height of the flap is less than the thickness of the lower link 39-2.
