背景技术

为实现上述目的之一，本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种治疗输卵管不通的外用中药，包括以下质量组分：柴胡42-48克；枳实22-28克；赤芍23-27克；丹参27-33克；路路通53-58克；皂刺24-27克；川红花22-28克；淫羊藿21-29克；泽兰40-50克；威灵仙8-12克；陈皮62-68克；天花粉11-14克；当归22-26克；红藤12-17克；桂枝5-15克；附子8-13克；水蛭8-13克；大黄8-12克；穿山甲10-20克；虻虫10-20克；透骨草85-88克；蒲公英80-85克；茯苓8-12克；三棱7-13克；莪术8-12克。

A.取配方量的组份在烘干臭氧消毒柜内烘干30至60分钟，得干燥药物；
B.将烘干后的药物混合粉碎，粉碎细度25～45目，得干燥药粉；
C.将干燥药粉装入棉布袋内。
本发明的有益效果在于：

3.本发明制作使用简便，将配方量组分混合处理成粉末状装入棉袋即可，使用时将棉袋隔水加热，水蒸透约30-40分钟后取出后，在双侧输卵管、小腹下部(子宫位置)可循环交替外敷，即可将药份充分渗透进入人体，到达患处，最大限度发挥药效。
4.本发明使用范围广，除有效治疗输卵管多种原因阻塞不通导致的不孕症外，还能有效治疗炎症、积水、粘连、梗阻、结核、先天性、卵巢囊肿、良性肿瘤等症状。

将上述配方量的组份在烘干臭氧消毒柜内烘干30分钟，得干燥药物；
将烘干后的药物混合粉碎，粉碎细度25目，得干燥药粉，并装入棉布袋。
实施例2
称取以下质量组分：柴胡45克；枳实25克；赤芍25克；丹参30克；路路通55克；皂刺25克；川红花25克；淫羊藿25克；泽兰45克；威灵仙10克；陈皮65克；天花粉12克；当归24克；红藤15克；桂枝9克；附子10克；水蛭11克；大黄10克；穿山甲15克；虻虫14克；透骨草85克；蒲公英83克；茯苓10克；三棱10克；莪术10克。
将上述配方量的组份在烘干臭氧消毒柜内烘干35分钟，得干燥药物；
将烘干后的药物混合粉碎，粉碎细度35目，得干燥药粉，并装入棉布袋。
实施例3
称取以下质量组分：柴胡48克；枳实28克；赤芍27克；丹参33克；路路通58克；皂刺27克；川红花28克；淫羊藿29克；泽兰50克；威灵仙12克；陈皮68克；天花粉4克；当归26克；红藤17克；桂枝15克；附子13克；水蛭13克；大黄12克；穿山甲20克；虻虫20克；透骨草88克；蒲公英85克；茯苓12克；三棱13克；莪术12克。
将上述配方量的组份在烘干臭氧消毒柜内烘干60分钟，得干燥药物；
将烘干后的药物混合粉碎，粉碎细度45目，得干燥药粉，并装入棉布袋。
禁忌：外敷药，严禁内服。治疗期间保持心情舒畅，不宜劳累，忌食生冷、辛辣、烟酒。
本发明的用药方法如下：此药系病侧处外敷药，每周使用一包(200
克)，先将200克药粉用温水调成团块状，不要过湿，略干，然后将药装入棉布袋(尺寸：18×12cm)并封口。使用前将200克一袋的外敷通隔水蒸透约30-40分钟后取出，注意勿伤皮肤，在下腹部即双侧输卵管、小腹下部(子宫位置)可循环交替外敷40-60分钟，温度下降时可在药袋上放热水袋加热，月经期停用，一日一次。90天为一个疗程。
经过1个疗程治疗观察，碘油造影拍片，双侧输卵管通畅或已怀孕者为治愈；一侧输卵管通畅或阻塞显著好转者为有效；治疗前后无变化者为无效，所治疗76例中，70例治愈或有效，其中43例妊娠，妊娠率为56.58％；6例无效，无效率为7.81％，总有效率为92.19％。治疗中发现：“输卵管外敷通”对由于炎症、积水、梗阻、粘连、结核等所致的输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症有良好的作用，对卵巢囊肿、包块、良性肿瘤等宜有良好效果。而且随着病情程度轻重，时间的长短应坚持治疗，当第一个疗程有显效时，坚持第二个疗程就会解决问题。

1.一种治疗输卵管不通的外用中药，其特征在于，包括以下质量组分：柴胡42-48克；枳实22-28克；赤芍23-27克；丹参27-33克；路路通53-58克；皂刺24-27克；川红花22-28克；淫羊藿21-29克；泽兰40-50克；威灵仙8-12克；陈皮62-68克；天花粉11-14克；当归22-26克；红藤12-17克；桂枝5-15克；附子8-13克；水蛭8-13克；大黄8-12克；穿山甲10-20克；虻虫10-20克；透骨草85-88克；蒲公英80-85克；茯苓8-12克；三棱7-13克；莪术8-12克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗输卵管不通的外用中药，其特征在于，包括以下质量组分：柴胡45克；枳实25克；赤芍25克；丹参30克；路路通55克；皂刺25克；川红花25克；淫羊藿25克；泽兰45克；威灵仙10克；陈皮65克；天花粉12克；当归24克；红藤15克；桂枝9克；附子10克；水蛭11克；大黄10克；穿山甲15克；虻虫14克；透骨草85克；蒲公英83克；茯苓10克；三棱10克；莪术10克。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的疗输卵管不通的外用中药的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
A.取配方量的组份在烘干臭氧消毒柜内烘干30至60分钟，得干燥药物；
B.将烘干后的药物混合粉碎，粉碎细度25～45目，得干燥药粉；
C.将干燥药粉装入棉布袋内。
