Abstract

The invention provides a folding crane and a storage operating mechanism thereof, wherein the storage operating mechanism is arranged on a support piece arranged between two fixed supporting legs below a main body of the folding crane, and comprises: a fixing plate fastened to the support member, the fixing plate being provided with a first hole site; a pedal rotatably provided on the fixed plate; the rotating shaft assembly is provided with a shaft penetrating through the pedal and installed in the first hole position of the fixed plate, so that the pedal can rotate around the axis of the shaft to at least a first position and a second position, the pedal and the support piece are in a free state in the first position, and the support piece is jacked up by the pedal in the second position, and the folding lifting crane with the folding mechanism can be operated by one person to complete folding storage of the crane.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a storage operation mechanism of a folding crane, the storage operation mechanism being mounted on a support member located between two fixed legs below a main body of the folding crane, the storage operation mechanism comprising:
a fixing plate fastened to the support member, the fixing plate being provided with a first hole site;
a pedal rotatably provided on the fixed plate;
a spindle assembly having a shaft passing through the pedal and mounted in a first hole of the fixed plate such that the pedal is rotatably movable about an axis of the shaft to at least a first position in which the pedal is free from the support and a second position in which the pedal is raised against the support.
In some examples, the pedal is generally L-shaped in configuration, having a corresponding pair of webs along the direction of the fixed plate and an arm plate secured thereto, the webs being provided with holes for the axle.
In some examples, the armplate is provided with a securing hole for receiving a pedal onto the body of the folding crane.
In some examples, the accommodating operation mechanism further comprises at least one roller sleeved on the shaft of the rotating shaft assembly.
In some examples, the fixing plates are arranged in pairs.
In some examples, the pair of securing plates are integrally formed.
In some examples, the shaft of the spindle assembly is configured as a pin.
In some examples, the latch is provided with a receptacle and a torsion spring latch passing through the receptacle.
According to the invention, a folding crane comprising any of the aforementioned storage operating mechanisms is also proposed.
By the technical scheme, the storage operating mechanism can enable a user to slightly lift the fixed support leg through the pedal, so that the compression state between the fixed support leg and the extension support leg (namely the movable folding support leg) is released, and a person can conveniently take out the bolt from the storage operating mechanism, and the operation is convenient. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a folding crane according to the present disclosure includes a main body of the crane and a storage operation mechanism provided below the main body, wherein the storage operation mechanism is capable of being stored in a tilted state. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the main body portion of the crane has a boom assembly, a hinge assembly, a hydraulic assembly, etc. of a general crane, and further has fixing legs 15, extension legs (i.e., storable legs) foldable to be stored in upper portions of the fixing legs, and a support 17 provided between the 2 fixing legs 15.
With reference to fig. 1-3, and 4-5, the stowing operation mechanism is operable by a user from the stowed condition to the open condition and then into the use condition (fig. 3) to slightly jack up the support 17 of the crane and slightly jack up the fixed leg 15, so that the compression between the fixed leg 15 and the extension leg 16 (i.e., the movably foldable leg) is released, thereby facilitating one person to remove the T-shaped latch 13 therefrom for operation without requiring 2 persons to perform simultaneous operations.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the folding crane storage operating mechanism includes a fixed plate 1, a pedal 2, and a rotating shaft assembly 3.
The fixed plates 1 are fastened to the supporting members 17, and the fixed plates 1 are oppositely provided with first hole sites 1A, respectively.
A pedal 2 rotatably provided on the fixed plate 1.
The rotating shaft assembly 3 is provided with at least one shaft penetrating through the pedal 2 and installed in a first hole position between the pair of fixed plates 1, so that the pedal 2 can rotate around the shaft of the rotating shaft assembly 3 to at least a first position and a second position, the pedal and the supporting piece are in a free state in the first position, the pedal jacks up the supporting piece in the second position, the effect of jacking up the fixed supporting leg is achieved, and the plug pin 13 is conveniently pulled out by one person.
In some embodiments, the receiving and operating mechanism of the present invention may be provided with one fixed plate, or may be provided with a plurality of fixed plates in pairs, the function of which is to provide rotational support and mounting of the pedal, the fixed plates being provided at two opposite intervals in the embodiments shown in fig. 1-6 as an exemplary illustration.
In connection with fig. 6, in this embodiment, the shaft 5 of the shaft assembly 3 penetrates the pedal 2 and then is located between the shaft and the corresponding first hole on the fixing plate 1, and in a specific embodiment, the shaft is configured as a pin, on which a hole (not shown) and a torsion spring pin 6 that can be inserted into the hole are provided, so as to fix the relative position of the shaft assembly with respect to the fixing plate, and in fig. 6, a washer 7 is preferably further provided and installed at one end of the pin to enhance the stability of the position of the pin.
Referring to fig. 6, the pedal 2 has an L-shaped overall structure and includes a pair of corresponding connection plates (2 a, 2 b) along the direction of the fixing plate and an arm plate 2c fixed thereto, and the connection plates are provided with holes adapted to the shaft assembly.
In connection with the figures, the connection plates 2a, 2b are arranged outside the fixing plate 1.
In some embodiments, the accommodating operation mechanism may be provided with a combination mechanism of a plurality of the above pedals and a fixing plate.
In some embodiments, the armplate 2c is provided with a fixing hole for receiving the pedal onto the body of the folding crane. As shown in fig. 6, a fixing block 12 is provided on the main body of the crane, and when the pedal is turned and stored, the fixing hole on the arm plate 2c is adapted to the fixing block 12. When the crane needs to be folded and stored, the pedal is rotated out of the fixed block 12, then a user steps on the front end of the pedal 2 by feet, the pedal 2 is stepped on to be parallel to the ground, at the moment, the fixed support legs of the crane slightly leave the ground, the suspension arm of the crane descends to the lowest position through an oil return valve (existing design) of the crane, then the T-shaped plug 13 inserted into the two fixed support legs 15 is pulled out, the two foldable support legs (extension support legs 16) are folded, and then the plug is inserted into the extension support legs to fix the extension support legs, so that storage is completed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the accommodating operation mechanism further comprises at least one roller 4, which is located between a pair of fixing plates and sleeved on the shaft of the rotating shaft assembly. Therefore, if the stored crane is required to be moved, the pedal 2 can be further turned upwards to be stored, the roller 4 is grounded, the pedal 2 is stored in the fixed block 12 to prevent the pedal from falling, and the folded crane can be freely moved at the moment.

Claims (7)

1. A storage operating mechanism of a folding crane, characterized in that the storage operating mechanism is mounted on a support member in the middle of two fixed legs below a main body of the folding crane, the storage operating mechanism comprising:
a fixing plate fastened to the support member, the fixing plate being provided with a first hole site;
a pedal rotatably provided on the fixed plate;
a spindle assembly having a shaft passing through the pedal and mounted in a first hole of the fixed plate such that the pedal is rotatably movable about an axis of the shaft to at least a first position in which the pedal is free from the support and a second position in which the pedal is lifted up against the support; the pedal is of an L-shaped structure as a whole, and is provided with a pair of corresponding connecting plates along the direction of the fixed plate and an arm plate fixed with the connecting plates, and the connecting plates are provided with hole sites matched with the shaft;
the shaft of the rotating shaft assembly is configured as a bolt.
2. The storage operation mechanism of the folding crane according to claim 1, wherein the arm plate is provided with a fixing hole for storing the pedal in the body of the folding crane.
3. The storage operating mechanism of a folding crane according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising at least one roller sleeved on the shaft of the rotating shaft assembly.
4. The storage operation mechanism of a folding crane according to claim 1, wherein the fixing plates on the storage operation mechanism are oppositely disposed in pairs.
5. The storage operation mechanism of a folding crane according to claim 4, wherein the pair of fixing plates are integrally formed.
6. The folding crane of claim 1, wherein the latch is provided with a hole and a torsion spring latch passing through the hole.
7. A folding crane having a storage operating mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
