背景技术
目前在汽车配件加工过程中，需要用吊运装置将半成品运送至下一工序处，目前吊运装置采用的吊运机构为普通吊钩，在吊运产品半成品时，需要人工将吊钩挂在产品上，不仅费时费力，而且自动化程度低，生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种产品吊运装置用吊运机构。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案为：一种产品吊运装置用吊运机构，包括气缸、导向筒和活动卡勾，所述气缸内安装有可伸缩的气缸轴，所述气缸轴的外围位于气缸头部安装有导向筒，所述导向筒的左右两侧各设有一组限位槽，所述气缸轴的头部焊接有支撑板，所述支撑板上通过传动轴安装有两组活动卡勾，所述每组活动卡勾均穿过限位槽。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果为：本发明能代替人工完成对产品半成品的转运，省时省力，能够实现连续作业，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括气缸1、导向筒2和活动卡勾3，所述气缸1内安装有可伸缩的气缸轴4，所述气缸轴1的外围位于气缸1头部安装有导向筒2，所述导向筒2的左右两侧各设有一组限位槽5，所述气缸轴4的头部焊接有支撑板6，所述支撑板6上通过传动轴7安装有两组活动卡勾3，所述每组活动卡勾3均穿过限位槽5。
工作原理：本发明在工作前，两组活动卡勾3处于闭合状态，需要吊运产品半成品时，启动气缸1，使气缸轴1向下运动通过气缸轴1头部支撑板6及传动轴7带动活动卡勾3打开，将产品勾住后，再控制气缸轴1向上运动，使活动卡勾3逐渐闭合，即可将产品半成品吊住。

1.一种产品吊运装置用吊运机构，其特征在于：包括气缸、导向筒和活动卡勾，所述气缸内安装有可伸缩的气缸轴，所述气缸轴的外围位于气缸头部安装有导向筒，所述导向筒的左右两侧各设有一组限位槽，所述气缸轴的头部焊接有支撑板，所述支撑板上通过传动轴安装有两组活动卡勾，所述每组活动卡勾均穿过限位槽。
