背景技术
化工原料可分为有机化工原料和无机化工原料。有机化工原料可分为可以分为烷烃及其衍生物、烯烃及其衍生物、炔烃及衍生物、醌类、醛类、醇类、酮类、酚类、醚类、酐类、酯类、有机酸、羧酸盐、碳水化合物等。在现有技术中,许多化工原料一般都要通过析晶、离心等工序得到湿品,再经过干燥、混料、冷却、包装后成为成品;现有的化工原料干燥混合设备往往干燥不均匀,混料不彻底,不环保并且效率低下,不能满足现代化工生产的需要;因此,我们需要一种化工原料高效干燥混合装置。

针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理且使用方便的化工原料高效干燥混合装置。

本发明通过正向搅拌装置和反向搅拌装置的设置,利用正向搅拌片对罐体中的化工原料进行正向搅拌,利用反向搅拌片对罐体中的化工原料进行反向搅拌,从两个方向上同时对化工原料进行搅拌,利于提高化工原料的混合质量,加快工作效率,且利于化工原料进行充分干燥;通过干燥装置的设置,利用热风机向进气管中鼓入热空气,热空气通过反向搅拌轴和反向搅拌片内部设置的气体流道,从反向搅拌片表面均布的喷气孔中喷出,便于扩大热空气的喷洒面积,从而与化工原料进行充分接触,利于加快化工原料的干燥速度;通过抽湿装置的设置,将化工原料干燥过程中产生的湿气抽出,便于加快化工原料的干燥速度,且通过过滤罐内部设置的活性炭吸附板对湿气中的化工原料粉尘进行吸附,防止化工原料粉末随湿气一起排出污染环境。

请参阅图5,本发明中,所述抽湿装置4由抽湿管37、过滤罐38和抽湿机36组成;所述抽湿管37一端与罐体1顶端连通,且连通处设置有挡料板34;所述过滤罐38和抽湿机36设置在抽湿管37上,且过滤罐38内部设置有三层活性炭吸附板35;通过抽湿装置4的设置,将化工原料干燥过程中产生的湿气抽出,便于加快化工原料的干燥速度,且通过过滤罐38内部设置的活性炭吸附板35对湿气中的化工原料粉尘进行吸附,防止化工原料粉末随湿气一起排出污染环境。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种化工原料高效干燥混合装置,包括罐体、抽湿装置、进料管、干燥装置、底座和排料管;其特征在于,所述罐体设置成两端连通的空心圆柱体,内部设置为干燥腔,且水平放置;所述左端盖和右端盖通过螺栓和螺母的相互旋合与罐体固定连接,且在连接处设置有密封圈,且罐体、左端盖和右端盖均由不锈钢材料制成;所述进料管设置在左端盖左上方,进料管和干燥腔连通;所述排料管设置在罐体底面中部,且排料管上设置有挡料板;所述抽湿装置设置在罐体顶端中心线上;所述干燥腔内设置有正向搅拌装置和反向搅拌装置;所述干燥装置固定设置在左端盖左侧;所述正向搅拌装置包括驱动电机、正向搅拌轴和正向搅拌片组成;所述正向搅拌轴与右侧固定板固定连接,右侧固定板端部与正向搅拌片的一端固定连接;所述正向搅拌片的另一端与左侧固定板的端部固定连接;所述左侧固定板中部设置有套筒;所述套筒活动设置在反向搅拌轴上;所述反向搅拌装置包括反向搅拌轴、反向搅拌片、喷气孔和气体流道;所述反向搅拌轴一端与干燥装置连接,另一端通过双面轴承与正向搅拌轴连接;所述反向搅拌轴和反向搅拌片内部设置有气体流道;所述干燥装置包括旋转电机、传动盒和进气管;所述传动盒固定在左端盖外表面上,且传动盒内部设置有第一齿轮和第二齿轮;所述第一齿轮与旋转电机的主轴固定连接,旋转电机固定在传动盒外表面上;所述第二齿轮与第一齿轮相互啮合,且第二齿轮右端与反向搅拌轴固定连接,左端与进气管活动连接;所述进气管与传动盒固定连接,且进气管上设置有热风机;所述抽湿装置由抽湿管、过滤罐和抽湿机组成;所述抽湿管一端与罐体顶端连通,且连通处设置有挡料板;所述过滤罐和抽湿机设置在抽湿管上,且过滤罐内部设置有三层活性炭吸附板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化工原料高效干燥混合装置,其特征在于,所述罐体左端开口处设置有左端盖,右端开口处设置有右端盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化工原料高效干燥混合装置,其特征在于,所述底座设置在罐体下方,且罐体通过支撑柱和底座固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化工原料高效干燥混合装置,其特征在于,所述驱动电机通过减速器与正向搅拌轴的一端连接,且驱动电机和减速器固定在右端盖上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的化工原料高效干燥混合装置,其特征在于,所述反向搅拌轴表面均布有若干反向搅拌片,反向搅拌片表面均布有若干喷气孔。
