Abstract
本发明公开了一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,涉及假发加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽蒸制,立即转移到拉伸仪上进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于70‑80℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于60‑70℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在40‑50℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。本发明以辫子发为原料,首尾发丝一致,通过拉伸、护理改善人发的细度,进而改善其柔顺性,且采用的柔顺剂具有软化的效果,能够保护发丝发质柔顺持久的同时对发质损伤小,使假发具有较好的光泽度和韧性,柔顺不易打结,手感好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及假发加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活品质的不断提高,人们在装扮上的消费也逐年增加,假发作为爱美人士的装扮品之一,其用量也日益增加,因此也带动了发制品行业迅速发展。目前大多数假发是以真发发把为原料来进行加工生产的。
在加工过程中,由于发丝上鳞片层的定向摩擦效应,易打结难以梳理,且亚洲人的发质相对较粗、容易毛躁,且人发纤维鳞片层致密,一般采用含氯氧化试剂如DCCA等进行脱鳞片处理。然而鳞片经处理后剥离,无法对组成人发实体主要部分的皮质层进行保护,易发生损伤,进而导致假发相关产品的使用寿命大为缩短。此外,在加工过程中采用的柔顺剂尚存在以下缺陷:对假发的柔顺持久作用力差,发丝柔软度一般,且对发质有一定的损伤,常采用的硅油柔顺剂油性太大,光泽度太亮,不易清洗,手感效果一般且不逼真。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺。
本发明提出的一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽蒸制,立即转移到拉伸仪上进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于70-80℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于60-70℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在40-50℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
优选地,所述蒸汽蒸制的温度80-90℃,时间为30-40min。
优选地,所述预拉伸沿着一个方向拉伸。
优选地,所述还原试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:巯基乙酸3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-1%,余量为水。
优选地,所述氧化试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:过氧化氢3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-1%,余量为水。
优选地,所述柔顺剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:八甲基环四硅氧烷4-8%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5%、琥珀酸0.5-1%、海藻酸钠1-3%、硬脂酸三乙醇胺季铵盐2-5%,余量为水。
有益效果:本发明以辫子发为原料,首尾发丝一致,经蒸汽蒸制预拉伸后,发丝上的鳞片层变的疏松,有利于还原试剂的渗透,打开发丝蛋白质纤维上的二硫键,利于后续拉伸的顺利进行,采用氧化试剂能够使得被破坏的二硫键重新形成,达到固定定性的目的,通过拉伸、护理改善人发的细度,进而改善其柔顺性,且采用的柔顺剂具有软化的效果,能够保护发丝发质柔顺持久的同时对发质损伤小,使假发具有较好的光泽度和韧性,柔顺不易打结,手感好,使用寿命长。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽蒸制,立即转移到拉伸仪上进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于70℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于60℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在40℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽于80℃下蒸制30min,立即转移到拉伸仪上,沿着一个方向进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于75℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于65℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在45℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
其中,还原试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:巯基乙酸3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2%,余量为水。
氧化试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:过氧化氢3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2%,余量为水。
柔顺剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:八甲基环四硅氧烷4%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、琥珀酸1%、海藻酸钠1%、硬脂酸三乙醇胺季铵盐5%,余量为水。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽于85℃下蒸制35min,立即转移到拉伸仪上,沿着一个方向进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于75℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于65℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在50℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
其中,还原试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:巯基乙酸4.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,余量为水。
氧化试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:过氧化氢5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,余量为水。
柔顺剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:八甲基环四硅氧烷6%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、琥珀酸0.8%、海藻酸钠1.2%、硬脂酸三乙醇胺季铵盐3%,余量为水。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽于90℃下蒸制40min,立即转移到拉伸仪上,沿着一个方向进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于80℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于70℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在50℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
其中,还原试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:巯基乙酸6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,余量为水。
氧化试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:过氧化氢6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,余量为水。
柔顺剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:八甲基环四硅氧烷8%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、琥珀酸0.5%、海藻酸钠3%、硬脂酸三乙醇胺季铵盐2%,余量为水。

1.一种高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将辫子发梳理通顺,用蒸汽蒸制,立即转移到拉伸仪上进行预拉伸,然后采用还原试剂于70-80℃下浸泡处理,拉伸,采用氧化试剂于60-70℃下浸泡固定,最后用柔顺剂在40-50℃下进行护理,漂洗,干燥,即得高柔顺度的顺发发把。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述蒸汽蒸制的温度80-90℃,时间为30-40min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述预拉伸沿着一个方向拉伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述还原试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:巯基乙酸3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-1%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述氧化试剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:过氧化氢3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-1%,余量为水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高柔顺度的顺发发把的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂由以下质量百分数的原料组成:八甲基环四硅氧烷4-8%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱3-6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5%、琥珀酸0.5-1%、海藻酸钠1-3%、硬脂酸三乙醇胺季铵盐2-5%,余量为水。
