[0002]局温合金是局温结构材料的一种,指的是在600°C以上高温服役,承受较大复杂应 力,并具有表面稳定性的铁基、镍基或钴基奥氏体金属材料。高温合金具有较高的强度,良 好的抗氧化和抗热腐蚀性能和优异的疲劳性能、塑性等综合性能,是提高航空航天发动机 和工业燃汽轮机使用性能、降低能耗和延长服役寿命的关键材料,是支持交通运输、能源动 力、航空航天、国防科技以及国家重大工程持续发展的基础。
[0003]钴基高温合金具有良好的高温热强性、高温抗氧化性,常用于航空发动机涡流板、 燃烧室内壁、耐热垫块等高温部件。在1〇5〇〜1300°C高温下,钴基高温合金比铬镍高温合金 具有更高的蠕变强度和极限强度,高温下烧损要小得多。
[0004]目前,国内外钴基合金垫块多采用铸造的方法生产,存在着成分与组织偏析等缺 陷。与钴基铸造高温合金相比,钴基变形高温合金由于热锻等机械变形加工工艺可以使合 金的铸态结构破碎并得到晶粒细微的纤维状组织,避免了粗晶、疏松等缺陷,具有更高的强 度和軔性,抗腐蚀性能也进一步得以提高。但是,由于钴基高温合金的合金化程度高、热变 形抗力大、可变形温度窄,因此热加工成形难度较大,是目前面临的一项技术难题。
[0005] 20世纪70年代初期金属材料半固态加工技术的出现为解决上述问题带来了希望。 所谓半固态加工就是对具有一定液相组分的固液混合浆料进行压铸、挤压或模锻成形,是 一种介于普通铸造(纯液态)和锻压(纯固态)之间的精确成形方法。自发现半固态金属的特 性以来,经过多年的探索研究,半固态金属成形技术已经得到了迅速发展,成为材料加工行 业最为活跃的研宄和开发领域之一。
[0006] 金属材料的半固态成形是在液固两相状态下进行的,与全液体成形或全固体成形 相比,金属半固态成形技术具有一系列的优点:
[0007] (1)在重力下,重熔加热后的半固态金属坯料的粘度很高,可以方便地机械搬运, 也便于实现自动化操作;在高速剪切作用下,半固态金属坯料的粘度又可迅速降低,便于成 形。
[0008] (2)半固态金属成形的生产效率很高,如美国阿卢马克思工程金属工艺公司 (Alumax Engineered Metal Processes,Inc)在半固态锻造错合金汽车制动总栗体时,每 小时生产150件,而利用金属型铸造通用的铸件,每小时只能生产24件。
[0009] ⑶半固态成形时,金属在充型过程中,不易发生喷派,减轻了合金的氧化和裹气, 提高了铸件的致密性。因此,可以通过热处理来进一步提高铸件的力学性能,其强度比液态 金属的压铸件高。
[0010] (4)金属浆料或坯料在充型前已析出一半左右的初生固相,减少了凝固收缩,铸件 具有更少的收缩孔洞,能够承受更高的液体压力。
[0011] ⑸半固态金属浆料或坯料不存在宏观偏析,因而铸件也不存在宏观偏析,其性能 更均匀。
[0012] (6)半固态金属浆料或坯料的固相分数可以在一定范围内调整,借此改变半固态 金属浆料或坯料的表观粘度,可适应不同铸件的成形要求。
[0013] (7)利用半固态金属可以进行机械零件的近终(Net-Shape)成形,可大幅度减少零 件毛坯的机械加工量,降低生产成本。
[0014] ⑻半固态金属浆料或坯料的充型温度低,减轻了模具的热冲击,提高了模具的寿 命。
[0015] ⑼加热半固态金属坯料比熔化金属炉料可节约能源25%〜30%。

[0019] 我国从80年代后期开始,在国家自然科学基金、863和973等计划的支持下,先后有 单位开展了这方面的研究工作。如北京有色金属研究总院、重庆大学、北京科技大学等。在 半固态加工成形技术的基础理论研究方面取得了很大进展,并自行设计和开发了不同类型 的试验设备,甚至与企业合作进行试生产。尽管如此,与国外早己实现半固态成形的规模化 生产相比,我国在应用上依然有着很大差距。
[0020] 总结国内外半固态成形的研宄可以发现,现阶段半固态成形技术主要应用在镁铝 合金等轻金属领域,在钢铁材料上也有少量应用,对于熔点较高、液固相线温度区间窄的高 温合金如钴基高温合金,尚未有相关研究报道。
发明内容
[0021] 本发明的目的在于提出一种新的能克服高温合金传统铸造成形存在疏松、组织不 均匀等问题的半固态触变成形工艺。
[0022] 一种加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形的工艺方法,所述工艺步骤为:
[0023] (1)在9〇〜110°C对金属原料预处理后,采用加热炉将金属原料熔化,保温静置20 〜30分钟;金属原料为钴合金原料,金属原料中各个组分的质量百分比为:碳〇.〇9〜 0.43%,硅0.47〜1.83%,锰0• 46〜1.07%,铬25.92〜28.59%,镍 14.80〜18.91%,鹤0.02 〜3.24%,铌0• 01〜1.27%,钼0• 09〜2.62%,铁9_42〜26.98%,其余为钴。按照钴元素质 量百分比分为C〇20、C〇40和C〇50;
[0024] (¾对熔融液态金属进行电磁搅拌,将搅拌金属浆料浇入带冷却系统的模具中快 速冷却,得到成分组织均匀、性能优异的触变成形坯料,可对坯料进行锯切得到理想的尺寸 大小,以便于存储和运输;

[0034]本发明的积极进步效果在于,对于高熔点材料,触变成形工艺由于自动化程度高 且容易控制而更为适宜。在触变成形过程中,半固态金属合金的触变特性能够得到充分利 用。这种工艺方法能够获得与传统工艺不同的显微组织,相比于传统的铸造成形工艺方法, 产品内部致密,不会产生气孔、疏松等缺陷,具有较多的球状晶体,确保了产品具有良好的 内部结构和机械性能。本发明的的工艺方法,对压机的性能要求减小,使用较小压力即可成 形复杂结构零件。得到的毛坯产品不需要进行复杂的表面处理,具有极佳的形状和表面平 整性,经济效益显著。

[0038] (2)对熔融液态金属进行电磁搅拌,将搅拌金属浆料浇入带冷却系统的模具中快 速冷却,得到成分组织均匀、性能优异的触变成形坯料,可对坯料进行锯切得到理想的尺寸 大小,以便于存储和运输;
[0039] (3)对上述坯料加热至适当温度范围,使其有适量液相出现;
[0040] (4)保温20秒后,压力成形,成形速率为10〜40mm/s,成形过程中对坯料持续加热 保温。

[0042] —种加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形的工艺方法如图1所示,本实施例使用 半固态触变成形方法制备加热炉低温段垫块材料C〇20。本实施例的具体步骤如下:
[0043] A1,采用加热炉将金属原料熔化,保温静置20〜30分钟,对熔融液态金属进行电磁 搅拌,金属原料为钴合金原料;液态金属原料中各个组分的质量百分比为:碳0.40〜 0.43%,硅1_ 15〜1.83%,锰0_88〜1.07%,铬27.62〜28.14%,镍17.10〜18.60%,钨0_02 〜3.24%,铌0.01 〜1.27%,钼0.02〜2.62%,铁24.88〜29.47%,其余为钴。
[0044] B2,将保温金属浆料浇入带冷却系统的模具中快速冷却,得到触变成形坯料,可对 坯料进行锯切得到理想的尺寸大小,以便于存储和运输;

[0057] A1,采用加热炉将金属原料熔化,保温静置20〜30分钟,对熔融液态金属进行电磁 搅拌,金属原料为钴合金原料;液态金属原料中各个组分的质量百分比为:碳0.07〜 0• 18%,硅0.83〜1.19%,锰0.52〜0.80%,铬24_98〜28.14%,镍 10.78〜11.50%,钨0-02 〜3.24%,铌 0.01 〜1.27%,钼0.02 〜0.88%,铁 7.84〜13.63%,其余为钴。
[0058] B2,将保温金属浆料浇入带冷却系统的模具中快速冷却,得到触变成形坯料,可对 坯料进行锯切得到理想的尺寸大小,以便于存储和运输;

Claims (9)
1.一种加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于,工艺步骤为: (1) 在90〜110°C对金属原料预处理后,采用加热炉将金属原料熔化,保温静置20〜30 分钟;金属原料为钴合金原料,金属原料中各个组分的质量百分比为:碳〇. 09〜0.43%,硅 0.47 〜1.83%,锰0.46〜1.07%,铬25.92 〜28.59%,镍 14.80〜18.91%,钨0.02〜3.24%, 铌0.01〜1.27%,钼0.09〜2.62%,铁9.42〜26.98%,其余为钴;按照钴元素质量百分比分 为C〇20、C〇40和C〇50; (2) 对熔融液态金属进行电磁搅拌,将搅拌金属浆料浇入带冷却系统的模具中快速冷 却,得到成分组织均匀、性能优异的触变成形坯料,对坯料进行锯切得到理想的尺寸大小, 以便于存储和运输; ⑶对上述坯料加热至适当温度范围,使其有液相出现,形成半固态浆料; ⑷保温20秒后,压力成形,成形速率为10〜40mm/s,成形过程中对坯料持续加热保温。
2.按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 步骤(1)中的加热炉为中频感应加热炉,无气氛保护,样品熔炼温度为1550〜1590°C。
3.按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, C〇20合金完全熔化温度为1550〜1570°C,C〇40合金完全熔化温度为1570〜1590°C,C〇50合 金完全熔化温度为1570〜1590°C。
4. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 所述步骤⑵中的电磁搅拌器与低频电源相连,该电磁搅拌器的功率为5〜15kW,频率为1〜 50Hz,搅拌速度为50〜500rpm。
5. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 步骤⑵中所述金属浆料浇注温度为1520〜1540°C,采用水冷快速冷却。
6. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 用触变成形方法制备钴合金垫块时,需要进行半固态坯料二次感应加热,将感应加热后半 固态坯料放入模具中再挤压、锻造或压铸成形。
7. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 步骤(3)中的温度范围采用差示扫描量热法确定,测试时,采用单盘DSC EC2000,升温速率 10K/min,测得其液固相线温度区间为1333.1〜1404 • 8°C ;液相体积分数控制在10 %〜 35%〇
8. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, C〇20合金半固态浆料温度为1353〜1363°C,C〇40合金半固态浆料温度为1354〜1366°C, C〇50合金+固态楽料温度为1363〜1376°C。
9. 按照权利要求1所述的加热炉用钴合金垫块半固态触变成形工艺方法,其特征在于, 步骤⑷中对浆料加热至半固态温度保温20秒后压力成形,成形速率为10〜40mm/S,成形压 力为100〜800KN,保压1〇〜15s,成形过程中对坯料持续加热保温。
