Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
The gear of the fan can be accurately adjusted according to the change of the outdoor environment temperature, so that stable pressure can be kept when the unit operates, the noise of the unit during operation is reduced to the maximum extent, the energy-saving performance of the fan operation is improved, and the power consumption of the unit during operation is reduced.
In this example, a method for adjusting a gear of a fan is provided, as shown in fig. 1, and may include the following steps:
step 101: acquiring the temperature of a high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature;
step 102: according to the difference value between the temperature of the high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature, the gear of the fan is adjusted for the first time;
step 103: after the first adjustment, under the condition that the difference value between the temperature of the high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature meets the preset condition, the gear of the fan is subjected to second adjustment according to the current of the compressor.
In the above example, the gear of the fan is coarsely adjusted through the difference between the temperature of the high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature, and the gear of the fan is further finely adjusted through the difference between the temperature of the high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature. The control precision of the fan gears is improved, the running energy consumption of the fan is reduced, and the running energy saving performance of the fan and the running energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine are improved.
Considering that different environmental temperatures can correspond to different initial gears, the fan needs to be started before the compressor is started, after the fan is started, the fan can be kept running for a preset time (for example: 1.0min) at the initial gear, and then the fan gear control can be started. Specifically, before acquiring the temperature of the high-pressure sensor and the ambient temperature, the method may further include:
s1: responding to a received fan starting request, and acquiring an ambient temperature;
s2: determining an initial gear corresponding to the ambient temperature according to the ambient temperature;
s3: and controlling the fan to operate at the initial gear.
As shown in table 1 below, the initial gear corresponding to the ambient temperature, and the maximum difference and the minimum difference may be set as follows:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001469327280000051
The preset conditions may include: the duration that the difference between the high-pressure sensor temperature and the ambient temperature is between the maximum difference and the minimum difference corresponding to the current gear reaches a first preset duration.
Specifically, based on table 1, according to the difference between the temperature of the high pressure sensor and the ambient temperature, the first adjustment is performed on the gear of the fan, which may include:
1) when the difference is larger than the maximum difference corresponding to the current gear and the duration time reaches a second preset time length, increasing the gear of the fan;
2) and under the condition that the difference is smaller than the minimum difference corresponding to the current gear and the duration time reaches a third preset time length, the gear of the fan is lowered.
The second preset time length, the third preset time length and the like can be set according to actual needs, and specifically set numerical values can be selected according to conditions, which is not limited in the present application.
In order to enable the gear to be adjusted more finely, the gear of the fan can be further adjusted secondarily according to the current of the compressor, and specifically, during adjustment, the gear can be further adjusted based on control indexes such as the current of the compressor, the average current and the variance of the average current. For example, it may include:
s1: calculating the average variance of the instantaneous values of the currents according to the instantaneous values of the plurality of groups of compressor currents;
s2: under the condition that the average variance of the current instantaneous value is larger than the maximum average variance, maintaining the current gear unchanged;
s3: and under the condition that the average variance of the current instantaneous value is less than or equal to the maximum average variance, adjusting the gear of the fan according to the average current difference of the compressor.
Wherein, adjust the fan gear according to the average current difference of compressor, can include:
1) in the case that the average current difference of the compressors is smaller than a first threshold value, the gear is lowered;
2) when the average current difference of the compressors is larger than a second threshold value, the gears are adjusted to be high;
3) and maintaining the current gear unchanged under the condition that the average current difference of the compressor is greater than or equal to the first threshold and less than or equal to the second threshold.
Namely, the gear of the fan is finely adjusted according to control parameters such as the current of the compressor, the average current, the variance of the average current and the like.
The above-mentioned air conditioner fan gear adjusting method is described below with reference to a specific embodiment, however, it should be noted that this specific embodiment is only for better describing the present application, and should not be construed as an undue limitation to the present application.
In this example, an accurate and efficient fan gear adjustment control method is provided, and specifically, by combining multiple control indexes such as ambient temperature, exhaust pressure, heat exchange temperature difference, compressor current, average current variance, and the like, an efficient and accurate fan operation gear is effectively judged according to a preset control logic, and the fan gear is accurately adjusted according to the change of outdoor ambient temperature, so that stable pressure can be kept during unit operation, noise during unit operation is reduced to the maximum extent, energy saving performance during fan operation is improved, and power consumption during unit operation is reduced. Specifically, the following control logic can be used for controlling:
the case of operating in the cooling mode, as shown in fig. 2, may include:
1) fan gear initialization adjustment control
The fan is started before the compressor is started, the fan keeps running for 1.0min at an initial gear after the compressor is started, and then the fan can enter a fan gear control mode.
2) Draught fan gear rough type adjusting control
After maintaining operation in the initial gear for 1.0min, the exhaust pressure may be detected as shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001469327280000071
Then, according to the exhaust pressure PExhaust of gasesCorresponding saturation temperature THigh pressureAdjust the fan gear, it is specific:
a, if 30min is continuously detected, △ TAmin≤△T≤△TAmaxAnd the fan gear enters a fine adjustment mode, wherein the rough adjustment operation heat exchange temperature difference (△ T) at the current environment temperature is equal to the temperature (T) of the high-pressure sensorHigh pressure) -ambient temperature (T)Environment(s));
B, if 1.0min is continuously detected, △ T is more than △ TAmaxIf so, the fan is shifted up by one gear at the current gear; after each gear is adjusted, the gear is maintained for 1.0min, and if the condition is still met, the gear can be adjusted to be higher until the fan runs to the highest gear;
c, if 1.0min is continuously detected, △ T is less than △ TAminIf so, the fan is shifted down by one gear at the current gear; after each gear is adjusted and maintained for 1.0min, if the condition is still met, the gear can be adjusted down again until the fan runs to the lowest gear.
3) Fine adjustment control for fan gear
Specifically, if 30min is continuously detected, △ TAmin≤△T≤△TAmaxThen the fan gear exits the coarse adjustment mode (i.e., the fan gear control does not receive the heat exchange temperature difference △ T)AControl command) entering a fine adjustment mode, and if 10min is continuously detected, △ T is less than △ TAminOr △ T > △ TAmaxIf the fan gear is in the fine adjustment mode, the fan gear is controlled to be in the rough adjustment mode;
the fine tuning control can be implemented according to the following logic:
fine adjustment control for determining meeting of fan gearUnder the conditions of system, the current of the compressor is continuously detected for 30s, and then the average value I is calculated1 averageAnd 15 sets of average variances S of instantaneous values of compressor currentsIaverage
If S isIaverage>SImean maxIf so, the fan keeps the current gear unchanged;
if S isIaverage≤SImean maxIf the current gear is lower than the current gear, the fan is adjusted to be lower by one gear, and then the current of the compressor is continuously detected for 30s again to calculate the average value I2 averageAnd 15 sets of average variances S of instantaneous values of compressor currentsIaverage
If △ I (average current difference of compressor) < m is detected, the fan is adjusted down by one gear at the current gear, the calculation is detected again, and the operation is repeated in a cyclic mode, wherein △ I is I1 average-I2 average
If the detection △ I is larger than n, the fan is lifted by one gear at the current gear, and the detection calculation is carried out again to circulate;
if m is detected to be less than or equal to △ I and less than or equal to n, the current gear of the fan is kept unchanged.
By the method, the problems of high energy consumption, high noise and poor control precision of the fan during operation can be solved, the control precision of the fan gears is improved, the constantly required air quantity is ensured, the stable operation pressure of the unit can be ensured, and the reliability is effectively improved. According to the required air quantity, the gear of the fan is reduced under the condition of meeting the performance and reliability requirements, and the running noise of the unit can be reduced to the greatest extent; the running energy consumption of the fan is reduced, the running energy conservation of the fan is improved, and the running energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine is improved.
In the embodiment, extensive adjustment is realized by adopting the control indexes of the constant-time heat exchange temperature difference of the exhaust pressure and the ambient temperature. And the fine adjustment is realized by innovatively adopting control indexes of compressor current, average current and average current variance. The running energy consumption of the fan is reduced, the gear control precision of the fan is improved, and the running energy saving performance of the fan and the running energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine are improved.
