The sealing device provided by the invention drives the sealing belt to rotate through the rotation of the object, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing contact interaction transformation. Background
Current bore seals are increasingly sophisticated but do not have a long service life. Especially when sealing dynamic objects, the service life is greatly reduced due to the existence of friction. The traditional dynamic seal adopts an annular sealing lip. When relative movement exists, the sealing lip is easy to damage, and the service life is short. When the rod piece rotates at a high speed, the abrasion of the sealing ring caused by friction is inevitable, so that the sealing ring needs to be replaced in a short time, and the sealing effect is greatly reduced. This technique aims at carrying out the hole seal through the circulation sealing strip, when guaranteeing the leakproofness, improves life greatly. Through a feedback system, the rotating speed of the movable pulley is adjusted, and zero friction between the sealing belt and the movable pulley is kept, so that the service life of the sealing belt is prolonged. By adjusting the position of the pulley 7, the tension of the sealing belt is increased, thereby improving the sealing effect. The pulleys 1, 3, 7 serve as supports for the sealing band. Besides the pulley provided by the invention, the invention can replace any other mechanism capable of acting as a bracket; the closure sealing band 6 houses the core and serves to prevent the sealing band from breaking suddenly and the sealing system from collapsing during the sealing process. The existence of the fiber core can ensure that the sealing function is more stable. The thread pitch control means 4 serves to fix the groove pitch according to the band width of the seal tape 6 to improve the sealing effect.
The pulleys on the two sides are provided with motors 8, and the motors 8 are provided with control systems which receive the feedback of the rotating speed of the pulleys and control the motors to adjust the rotating speed; the real-time rotating speed of the object is matched with the corresponding rotating speed; the sealing belt and the two pulleys are relatively static (the friction force is 0), and the service life of the sealing belt is greatly prolonged.
When the sealing device works, the sealed rod piece 5 is sleeved into the threaded base body, the threaded base body is shown in figure 2, the sealing belt is wound in the threaded groove, the position of the pulley is adjusted, the sealing belt is straightened, pressure is applied to an object through the sealing belt, the tension of the sealing belt is increased, and therefore the sealing effect is achieved. The side surface of the thread is not vertical to the axis and is matched with the shape of the rhombic sealing strip, so that the sealing effect in the direction vertical to the axis is greatly improved.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a closure sealing strip with a circular core in the center of the cross-section for stabilizing the rubber strip and improving the stability of the seal. The sealing tape is made of PU (polyurethane) rubber, the mechanical property of the polyurethane rubber is very good, and the wear resistance and the high pressure resistance of the sealing tape are far superior to those of other rubbers. Aging resistance, ozone resistance and oil resistance are also quite good. The sealing section is rhombic, and the sealing effect perpendicular to the axis is further improved.
Fig. 4 shows a pulley adjusting device, which changes the tightness of the sealing belt by adjusting the height of the pulley below, thereby affecting the sealing effect.

7. The feedback-controlled synchronous rotary seal apparatus according to claim 1, 5 or 6, wherein the material of the closure sealing strip is PU urethane rubber.
8. The feedback-controlled synchronous rotary seal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the motor is provided with a control system for receiving feedback of the rotational speed of the pulley and controlling the motor to adjust the rotational speed.
9. The feedback controlled synchronous rotary seal apparatus according to claim 1 or 8 wherein said motor is a 120W variable speed motor.
