Technical Field

Background
As is well known, the vertical mill is an energy-saving grinding device widely applied to industries such as cement, electric power, steel and the like at present. Wherein the grinding roller of the vertical mill is used as a main grinding device to be matched with the grinding disc to bear the work of grinding materials.
In the working state, the pressurizing oil cylinder of the vertical mill transmits pressure to the grinding roller through the rocker arm device to generate grinding force for grinding materials, and the protection of the grinding roller is particularly important because the grinding force is very large, and the grinding roller is high in temperature, high in dust concentration and high in abrasion and severe working environment, wherein the protection of a large bearing in the grinding roller is the most critical. In actual production operation, the damage of the grinding roller bearing has great influence on the whole equipment and the production line, the maintenance cost is high, the period is long, but because the grinding roller bearing is in a totally-closed state during the operation of the vertical mill, the oil return temperature of the grinding roller can only indirectly react with the condition of the bearing on site, once the oil return temperature is abnormal, the bearing problem is serious, and the running state of the bearing cannot be timely found by judging the oil return temperature singly. Thus, real-time monitoring of the grinding roller bearings and accurate response to the bearing operating conditions becomes very important.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: providing a vertical roller mill grinding roller vibration monitoring device based on an acceleration sensor; according to the vertical roller mill grinding roller vibration monitoring device based on the acceleration sensor, the state of the bearing of the roller shaft can be indirectly mastered in time through the acceleration sensor, and when the bearing is damaged, problems can be timely found, so that engineers are embodied to carry out emergency treatment; while being able to provide valuable data for the state of the bearing.

the vertical roller grinding roller vibration monitoring device based on the acceleration sensor comprises a roller shaft (1), a hub (3), a cylindrical roller bearing (2) and a tapered roller bearing (4) which are connected with the roller shaft (1) and the hub (3); a pressing plate (5) is arranged at the head of the roll shaft (1); the method is characterized in that: the roll shaft (1) is provided with a ventilation channel for balancing the internal and external air pressure; an acceleration sensor (6) is arranged on the pressing plate (5); the signal output terminal of the acceleration sensor (6) is electrically connected with one end of a sensor cable (16), and the other end of the sensor cable (16) passes through the ventilation channel to be electrically connected with the signal receiving terminal; the signal receiving terminal is positioned outside the vertical roller mill roller.
Further: the acceleration sensor (6) is fixedly connected with the pressing plate (5) through a connecting bolt (7) with a locking gasket (8).
Further: the tail part of the roll shaft (1) is provided with a vent hole connecting pipe (15) communicated with the ventilation channel, the vent hole connecting pipe (15) is communicated with one end of the outer connecting pipe (10) through a three-way joint (14), and a filter (9) is arranged on the three-way joint (14); the other end of the outer connecting pipe (10) is provided with a fastening nut (11), and a hole for a sensor cable (16) to pass through is formed in the axis position of the fastening nut (11).
Further: a sealing felt (12) and a taper sleeve (13) are arranged between the outer connecting pipe (10) and the fastening nut (11).
Further: the signal receiving terminal includes a data memory and a data display.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

referring to fig. 1 to 3, an acceleration sensor-based vibration monitoring device for a vertical roller mill grinding roller, wherein the vertical roller mill grinding roller comprises a roller shaft 1, a hub 3, a cylindrical roller bearing 2 and a tapered roller bearing 4, wherein the cylindrical roller bearing 2 is used for connecting the roller shaft 1 and the hub 3; a pressing plate 5 is arranged at the head of the roll shaft 1; the roll shaft 1 is provided with a ventilation channel for balancing the internal and external air pressure; an acceleration sensor 6 is mounted on the pressing plate 5; the signal output terminal of the acceleration sensor 6 is electrically connected with one end of a sensor cable 16, and the other end of the sensor cable 16 passes through the ventilation channel to be electrically connected with the signal receiving terminal; the signal receiving terminal is positioned outside the vertical roller mill roller. The acceleration sensor in the present preferred embodiment is: ICP acceleration sensor fis. Sensor. Hw. Co4.30m.
The acceleration sensor 6 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 5 through a connecting bolt 7 with a locking gasket 8.
The tail part of the roll shaft 1 is provided with a vent hole connecting pipe 15 communicated with a vent passage, the vent hole connecting pipe 15 is communicated with one end of an outer connecting pipe 10 through a three-way joint 14, and a filter 9 is arranged on the three-way joint 14; the other end of the outer connecting pipe 10 is provided with a fastening nut 11, and a hole through which a sensor cable 16 passes is formed in the axial position of the fastening nut 11.
A sealing felt 12 and a taper sleeve 13 are arranged between the outer connecting pipe 10 and the fastening nut 11.
The signal receiving terminal includes a data memory and a data display.
The signal receiving terminal needs to be connected with a control room monitoring computer.
The set of equipment can also be remotely linked with the equipment provider through a network under the condition of being allowed by the manufacturer, so as to assist the staff of the manufacturer in analyzing the generated problems.
As shown in fig. 1, an acceleration sensor 6 is mounted on a platen 5, a sensor cable is led out from an air vent (the air vent is a port of an air vent passage) on a roll shaft 1, and the acceleration sensor 6 is fixed on the platen 5 by a connecting bolt 7 and a locking spacer 8.
The tail of the roll shaft is wrapped by the sealing felt 12, the penetrated cable is sleeved with the taper sleeve 13 and the fastening nut 11 in sequence, the fastening nut 11 is screwed into the outer connecting pipe 10, and the taper sleeve 13 gradually compresses the sealing felt 12 along with the penetration of the screwing, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
After the sensor is installed, the sensor cable which is penetrated out is connected with external monitoring equipment, and the monitoring device can send the collected signals to a control room in real time through a network, so that personnel monitoring is facilitated.
