Abstract
本发明公开了一种烟气净化装置,包括过滤塔、烟气进管和烟囱,过滤塔竖直设置,烟气进管设置在过滤塔下端,且与过滤塔连通,烟囱设置在过滤塔顶部,过滤塔底部设置沉降室,且沉降室底部设有排污口,过滤塔内腔从下往上分别设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,烟囱与过滤塔连接处还设置过滤网,本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对烟气的高效率净化,净化成本低,有效的解决了废气污染,环保性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及烟气净化技术领域,具体为一种烟气净化装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的快速发展,人们对环境的重视也越来越高,环境的排放标准也越来越严格。少数地方依旧采用燃烧燃煤换取热能的方式,燃煤燃烧的烟气中含有大量的酸性气体 ( 如含硫气体 )、粉尘、重金属等污染物,故需要对烟气进行净化控制。
目前的烟气净化设备结构复杂,而且烟气处理成本高,效果差,因此,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烟气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种烟气净化装置,包括过滤塔、烟气进管和烟囱,所述过滤塔竖直设置,所述烟气进管设置在过滤塔下端,且与过滤塔连通,所述烟囱设置在过滤塔顶部,所述过滤塔底部设置沉降室,且所述沉降室底部设有排污口,所述过滤塔内腔从下往上分别设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,所述烟囱与过滤塔连接处还设置过滤网;
所述喷淋区包括水管和多个喷雾头,所述水管固定在过滤塔内壁,多个喷雾头分别连接水管,所述水管连接设置在过滤塔外壁上的储液箱;
所述活性炭过滤区包括多个活性炭过滤组件,多个活性炭过滤组件从下往上交错设置。
优选的,所述活性炭过滤组件包括筒体,所述筒体表面均匀开有多个通孔,所述筒体内壁上固定有碳纤维过滤网;所述筒体内填充有活性炭颗粒;所述筒体两端分别设有密封端盖;所述筒体一端通过螺栓固定在过滤塔内壁。
优选的,所述过滤网包括网框、第一滤网和第二滤网,所述第一滤网和第二滤网分别固定在网框内,所述第一滤网的网孔直径小于第二滤网的网孔直径。
优选的,所述储液箱内盛有脱硫液;所述储液箱上设有注液口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对烟气的高效率净化,净化成本低,有效的解决了废气污染,环保性能佳;其中,过滤塔内部设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,能够实现对烟气中的尘埃颗粒、有毒物质的沉降,之后进行除味、杀菌处理;提高了烟气净化效果。
(2) 本发明中,采用的活性炭过滤组件能够提高烟气与活性炭的接触面积和接触时间,进一步提高处理效果;此外,活性炭过滤组件便于更换维护。
(3)本发明采用的过滤网能够对处理后的烟气进行排放前的过滤,过滤残留物质。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种烟气净化装置,包括过滤塔1、烟气进管2和烟囱3,所述过滤塔1竖直设置,所述烟气进管2设置在过滤塔1下端,且与过滤塔1连通,所述烟囱3设置在过滤塔1顶部,所述过滤塔1底部设置沉降室4,且所述沉降室4底部设有排污口5,所述过滤塔1内腔从下往上分别设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,所述烟囱3与过滤塔1连接处还设置过滤网6;
所述喷淋区包括水管7和多个喷雾头8,所述水管7固定在过滤塔1内壁,多个喷雾头8分别连接水管7,所述水管7连接设置在过滤塔1外壁上的储液箱9;
所述活性炭过滤区包括多个活性炭过滤组件10,多个活性炭过滤组件10从下往上交错设置。
本发明中,过滤塔内部设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,能够实现对烟气中的尘埃颗粒、有毒物质的沉降,之后进行除味、杀菌处理;提高了烟气净化效果。
本发明中,活性炭过滤组件10包括筒体11,所述筒体11表面均匀开有多个通孔12,所述筒体11内壁上固定有碳纤维过滤网13;所述筒体11内填充有活性炭颗粒;所述筒体11两端分别设有密封端盖14;所述筒体11一端通过螺栓固定在过滤塔1内壁。本发明中,采用的活性炭过滤组件能够提高烟气与活性炭的接触面积和接触时间,进一步提高处理效果;此外,活性炭过滤组件便于更换维护。
本发明中,过滤网6包括网框15、第一滤网16和第二滤网17,所述第一滤网16和第二滤网17分别固定在网框15内,所述第一滤网16的网孔直径小于第二滤网17的网孔直径。本发明采用的过滤网能够对处理后的烟气进行排放前的过滤,过滤残留物质。
此外,本发明中,储液箱9内盛有脱硫液;所述储液箱上设有注液口。其中,脱硫液由电石、萤石、工业碱、石灰、焦炭组成,脱硫率达到95%。
工作原理:待处理烟气从烟气进管进入过滤塔中,首先通过喷淋区喷淋,除去烟气中的尘埃颗粒、含硫物质;之后进入活性炭过滤区,依次经过多个活性炭过滤组件进行除味、杀菌处理,最后经过过滤网过滤残留物质后从烟囱排出。
综上所述,本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对烟气的高效率净化,净化成本低,有效的解决了废气污染,环保性能佳。

Claims (4)
1.一种烟气净化装置,包括过滤塔(1)、烟气进管(2)和烟囱(3),其特征在于:所述过滤塔(1)竖直设置,所述烟气进管(2)设置在过滤塔(1)下端,且与过滤塔(1)连通,所述烟囱(3)设置在过滤塔(1)顶部,所述过滤塔(1)底部设置沉降室(4),且所述沉降室(4)底部设有排污口(5),所述过滤塔(1)内腔从下往上分别设置喷淋区和活性炭过滤区,所述烟囱(3)与过滤塔(1)连接处还设置过滤网(6);
所述喷淋区包括水管(7)和多个喷雾头(8),所述水管(7)固定在过滤塔(1)内壁,多个喷雾头(8)分别连接水管(7),所述水管(7)连接设置在过滤塔(1)外壁上的储液箱(9);
所述活性炭过滤区包括多个活性炭过滤组件(10),多个活性炭过滤组件(10)从下往上交错设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟气净化装置,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤组件(10)包括筒体(11),所述筒体(11)表面均匀开有多个通孔(12),所述筒体(11)内壁上固定有碳纤维过滤网(13);所述筒体(11)内填充有活性炭颗粒;所述筒体(11)两端分别设有密封端盖(14);所述筒体(11)一端通过螺栓固定在过滤塔(1)内壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟气净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网(6)包括网框(15)、第一滤网(16)和第二滤网(17),所述第一滤网(16)和第二滤网(17)分别固定在网框(15)内,所述第一滤网(16)的网孔直径小于第二滤网(17)的网孔直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟气净化装置,其特征在于:所述储液箱(9)内盛有脱硫液;所述储液箱上设有注液口。
