一种新型微创负压引流器,包括负压引流管和负压引流器组成,负压引流管末端经插接头与负压引流器进液口连接,负压引流器的管体后端面设有定位片,定位片与负压引流器的管体后端面连接,负压引流器内设有注射器针栓杆,注射器针栓杆上设有定位槽;本发明的优点是:可精确操控,负压引流充分,闭合无效腔确切,可有效促进术区静脉回流,促进切口愈合;对周围组织,尤其是血管、神经等脆弱组织损伤小;故而具有安全、经济、有效、方便、负压可自行控制、吸引量大。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型微创负压引流器。
背景技术
病人在外科手术后伤口渗出物需要引流,引流的目的是将手术中人体组织间或体腔中积聚的脓液、血液等导引至体外,防止术后感染与影响伤口愈合。现有的引流器在使用过程中容易造成引流管堵塞,从而影响引流效果或者需要反复在病人体内插接引流器增加病人手术痛苦。
负压引流器主要用于对胸腔、腹腔患者穿刺手术后的引流,多功能胸腹穿刺负压引流器,由三通管、引流管和负压引流容器构成,由于该专利的负压引流容器为单纯的皱褶体构造,因此在使用时会暴露出以下技术问题:当将负压引流容器内的空气驱出处于收瘪状态后,即处于负压状态后往往存在舒张困难之虞。此外,由于该专利的负压引流器上的进液口及排液孔被分别设置在上表面及下表面,更确切地讲,因排液孔位于负压引流器的下表面,因此存 在泄漏的风险。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型微创负压引流器,包括负压引流管和负压引流器组成,负压引流管末端经插接头与负压引流器进液口连接,负压引流器的管体后端面设有定位片,定位片与负压引流器的管体后端面连接,负压引流器内设有注射器针栓杆,注射器针栓杆上设有定位槽。
所述负压引流管采用静脉输液针针管制成。
所述负压引流管前端等距离、双侧交替置有3-6个负压引流孔。
本发明的优点是:可精确操控,负压引流充分,闭合无效腔确切,可有效促进术区静脉回流,促进切口愈合;对周围组织,尤其是血管、神经等脆弱组织损伤小;故而具有安全、经济、有效、方便、负压可自行控制、吸引量大。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种新型微创负压引流器,包括负压引流管1和负压引流器2组成,负压引流管1末端经插接头与负压引流器2进液口连接,负压引流器2的管体后端面设有定位片3,定位片3与负压引流器2的管体后端面连接,负压引流器2内设有注射器针栓杆4,注射器针栓杆4上设有定位槽。
所述负压引流管1采用静脉输液针针管制成。
所述负压引流管1前端等距离、双侧交替置有3-6个负压引流孔。
工作过程如下:
放置负压引流管1于引流腔的最低位,严密缝合术区各层并妥善固定负压引流管1,留置负压引流管术区处暂留一缝线不打结,待拔除负压引流管1时打结闭合切口,以遵循无创面遗原则,进一步减少瘢痕增生;应用注射器针栓杆4回抽时产生的负压进行引流,并用定位片3固定形成负压的注射器针栓杆4,将微创负压引流器2固定于不影响患者活动与休息的部位。

1.一种新型微创负压引流器,包括负压引流管(1)和负压引流器(2)组成,其特征在于:负压引流管(1)末端经插接头与负压引流器(2)进液口连接,负压引流器(2)的管体后端面设有定位片(3),定位片(3)与负压引流器(2)的管体后端面连接,负压引流器(2)内设有注射器针栓杆(4),注射器针栓杆(4)上设有定位槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微创负压引流器,其特征在于:所述负压引流管(1)采用静脉输液针针管制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型微创负压引流器,其特征在于:所述负压引流管(1)前端等距离、双侧交替置有3-6个负压引流孔。
