Wherein, the water pipe after the water is introduced from the water inlet 12 is provided with an electronic water diversion valve 15, the water inlet of the electronic water diversion valve 15 is connected with the water inlet 12 through a conduit, and the water outlet of the electronic water diversion valve 15 is connected with the steam generator 32 and the mixing dilution device 16 through a conduit.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sliding device 53 of the present invention includes a sliding device 531, a lifting device 532, and a latch device 533, wherein the sliding device 531 is sleeved on the sliding slot 51, the lifting device 532 is disposed inside the sliding device 531, a rotating wheel and a flexible thin steel wire are disposed inside the lifting device 532, the latch device 533 is disposed at a bottom end of the flexible thin steel wire, and the latch device 533 corresponds to the locking slot 114.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the surgical instrument to be cleaned is hung on the hook 113, the control screen 62 is operated, the controller 61 is used for sliding the sliding device 53 to the transportation inlet 10a, then the bearing hanging disc 11 is locked through the bolt device 533 and the lock catch groove 114, the bearing hanging disc 11 is lifted through the hoisting device 532, the bearing hanging disc 11 is conveyed to the ultrasonic cleaning device 21 through the sliding device 531 for cleaning, the surgical instrument sequentially passes through the sterilizing device 31 and the sterilizing device 41 in the same way, finally the bearing hanging disc 11 is conveyed out from the transportation outlet 10b, and the cleaned and sterilized surgical instrument is taken down.

the alcohol disinfection device (4) comprises a disinfection device (41), an alcohol supply device (42), a drying device (43) and an exhaust device (44); the transportation device (5) comprises a sliding chute (51), a braking device (52) and a sliding transportation device (53); the control device (6) comprises a controller (61) and a control screen (62); the box body (1) is provided with a transportation inlet (10 a), a transportation outlet (10 b), a water inlet (12) and a wastewater discharge port (13), the transportation inlet (10 a) is arranged at the upper end of the left side of the box body (1), the transportation outlet (10 b) is arranged at the upper end of the right side of the box body (1), the water inlet (12) is arranged at the lower position outside the right box surface of the box body (1), and the wastewater discharge port (13) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (1); the ultrasonic cleaning device (21) is arranged in the box body (1) and is positioned at the lower right side of the transportation inlet (10 a), the ultrasonic cleaning device (21) comprises a cleaning tank (210) and transducers (214), a liquid inlet (211), a first blocking device (212), a water level sensing device (213) and a waste discharge port (215) are arranged on the cleaning tank (210), the liquid inlet (211) is arranged at the upper end of the left tank wall of the cleaning tank (210), the first blocking devices (212) are two and are respectively arranged at the upper positions in the left tank wall and the right tank wall of the cleaning tank (210), the water level sensing device (213) is arranged at the upper end of the outer part of the right tank wall, the transducers (214) are eight and are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank (210), and a waste discharge port valve (216) is arranged on the waste discharge port (215); the cleaning liquid device (22) is arranged at the lower left front position in the box body (1), the cleaning liquid device (22) comprises a first liquid pumping pump (221) and a cleaning liquid box (222), the first liquid pumping pump (221) is arranged in the cleaning liquid box (222), and the first liquid pumping pump (221) is connected with the liquid inlet (211) through a conduit; the sterilization device (31) is arranged in the box body (1) and located on the right side of the ultrasonic cleaning device (21), the sterilization device (31) comprises a sterilization box (310) and a sealing cover (311), a steam inlet (314), a condensate outlet (315) and a second blocking device (316) are arranged on the sterilization box (310), the steam inlet (314) is arranged at the bottom of the left side of the sterilization box (310), the condensate outlet (315) is arranged at the center of the bottom of the sterilization box (310), and the two second blocking devices (316) are arranged on the upper inner sides of the left box wall and the right box wall of the sterilization box (310) respectively; the steam generator (32) is arranged in the box body (1) and is positioned behind the cleaning liquid device (22), the inlet of the steam generator (32) is connected with the water inlet (12) through a guide pipe, and the outlet of the steam generator (32) is connected with the steam inlet (314) through a gas guide pipe; the disinfection device (41) is arranged in the box body (1) and positioned on the right side of the sterilization device (31), a third blocking device (411) and a waste liquid discharge port (412) are arranged in the disinfection device (41), two third blocking devices (411) are respectively arranged on the upper inner parts of the left and right box walls of the disinfection device (41), and the waste liquid discharge port (412) is arranged on the lower left corner of the interior of the disinfection device (41); the alcohol supply device (42) comprises an alcohol tank (420), a second liquid pumping pump (421) and a spraying device (422), the alcohol tank (420) is arranged at the lower right front position in the tank body (1), the second liquid pumping pump (421) is arranged at the bottom of the alcohol tank (420), the number of the spraying devices (422) is two, the two spraying devices are respectively arranged at the upper end positions in the left tank wall and the right tank wall of the disinfection device (41), and the second liquid pumping pump (421) is connected with the spraying device (422) through a guide pipe; the drying device (43) comprises a drying machine (431) and an air expansion opening (432), the drying machine (431) is arranged right below the sterilizing device (41), the air expansion opening (432) is arranged at the bottom of the sterilizing device (41), and the air exhaust device (44) is arranged at the bottom of the transportation outlet (10 b); the sliding groove (51) is arranged at the top end in the box body (1), the braking device (52) is arranged on the box body (1), and the sliding device (53) is sleeved on the sliding groove (51); the controller (61) is arranged on the cleaning liquid device (22), the control screen (62) is arranged on the box body (1) and located below the transportation inlet (10 a), the controller (61) is electrically connected with the ultrasonic cleaning device (21), the cleaning liquid device (22), the sterilization device (31), the steam generator (32), the disinfection device (41), the alcohol supply device (42), the drying device (43), the exhaust device (44), the transportation device (5), the waste liquid treatment device (7) and the power supply device (8), and the control screen (62) is connected with the controller (61) through a lead; the waste liquid treatment device (7) is arranged in the box body (1) and is positioned at the upper left of the alcohol tank (420), the inlet of the waste liquid treatment device (7) is connected with the waste discharge port (215), the condensed water outlet (315) and the waste liquid discharge port (412) through a guide pipe, and the outlet of the waste liquid treatment device (7) is connected with the waste water discharge port (13) through a guide pipe; the power supply device (8) is arranged in the box body (1) and is positioned behind the cleaning liquid box (222) and the alcohol box (420), and the power supply device (8) provides power for the ultrasonic cleaning device (21), the cleaning liquid device (22), the sterilization device (31), the steam generator (32), the disinfection device (41), the alcohol supply device (42), the drying device (43), the exhaust device (44), the transportation device (5), the control device (6) and the waste liquid treatment device (7);
the sterilizing device further comprises a bearing hanging disc (11), the bearing hanging disc (11) is connected with the sterilizing device through a sliding device (53), the bearing hanging disc (11) comprises a supporting disc (111), a bearing elastic strip (112), a plurality of hooks (113) and a lock catch groove (114), the bearing elastic strips (112) are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the supporting disc (111), the hooks (113) are welded at the central positions of the bearing elastic strips (112) respectively, and the lock catch groove (114) is arranged at the central position of the upper part of the supporting disc (111);

an electronic water distribution valve (15) is arranged on a water pipe after water is introduced from the water inlet (12), the water inlet of the electronic water distribution valve (15) is connected with the water inlet (12) through a conduit, and the water outlet of the electronic water distribution valve (15) is connected with the steam generator (32) and the mixing and diluting device (16) through a conduit;
the sterilization device (31) is provided with a rotating device (312) and a telescopic device (313), the telescopic device (313) is arranged inside the left box wall of the sterilization box (310), the rotating device (312) is arranged on the leftmost side of the sealing cover (311), and the telescopic device (313) is sleeved at the bottom of the rotating device (312).
