(1)本发明饲料的组成原料即有包含富含蛋白质、糖分和各种维生素的农作物,也包含有清热解毒、温脾止泻、促进肠道吸收等多种功效的中草药,能保证各类营养满足猪所需,并逐步增强猪的抗病能力和消化能力,并且酸菜、芹菜、红豆、绿豆芽、辣椒这几种物质具有开胃、去湿等多种功效,增强吸收;(2)本发明饲料无添加抗生素和催肥药物,制作原料均取之天然,猪食用安全、卫生,并无副作用影响到人类健康;(3)制作流程简便,方法简单,采用传统发酵方式制作,能激发出原料中的有益分子,利于猪肠道吸收,加大物料的使用率,增大经济效益;(4)覆盖在饲料表层的中草药水成分中含有黑糖,既含有丰富的微量元素,也掩盖中草药中的苦涩味,利于猪开口进食。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种哺乳母猪饲料,包括基础料、调节料和中草药水,
基础料包括大米30份、玉米28份、麦糠22份、鱼粉13份、虾壳12份、土豆15份、番薯叶13份、艾叶10份、骨粉12份、糜子12份、荞麦14份、豇豆8份、蚕豆8份、蕹菜5份、山茶花6份、水浮莲3份、三叶草7份、向日葵籽6份、胡麻籽10份、鸡油菌15份、马鞍菌17份、哈密瓜皮14份、花生壳6份、香蕉叶8份、紫花苜蓿9份、梯牧草1.2份、苜蓿草1.1份、落葵0.8份、黑麦草0.3份、酸菜1.5份、芹菜8份、红豆1.2份、绿豆芽1.5份、辣椒0.3份;
调节料包括;三七15份、山药23份、菖蒲17份、鱼腥草8份、淫羊藿16份;
中草药水制作原料包括:黑糖14份、川木通18份、陈皮12份、半枝莲8份、柏子仁20份。
进一步地,一种哺乳母猪饲料,制作步骤如下:
(1)将调节料和基础料按1:10的质量比进行混合,搅拌均匀,放入到容器中,容器口用双层纱布覆盖,静置于温度为30℃、湿度为75%的环境下3天,倒出,烘干至3成干;
(2)在上述所得物料加入中草药水进行搅拌均匀,调配至5成干,放入容器中,容器口覆盖双层纱布,静置于温度为37℃、湿度为50%、压强为0.12MPa的环境下7天,倒出,烘干至3成干,摊开置于阳光下照射2.5个小时,移至阴凉处通风1.7个小时,即可。
进一步地,基础料的制作步骤如下:
(1)将基础料的各制作原料放入到绞碎设备中进行绞碎,搅拌均匀,倒出到另一容器,加入由酸奶和水按质量比1:1组成的液体,边加入边用手搅拌,直至物料达到用手抓紧成团、松手落地散开的状态,停止加入液体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料倒入到发酵池,抚平,在物料表面铺上一层厚度为3cm的鸡粪,然后覆盖上双层塑料膜,双层塑料膜上用重物进行压紧,发酵12天;
(3)将步骤(2)所得发酵料挖出,将积水进行过滤,控干至4成干,即可。
步骤(2)鸡粪是由鸡粪、秸秆、草灰碳、芦根、千年健和胡黄连按6:1:1:1:0.5:0.5的质量比放入到密封塑料袋中,静置于温度为35℃、湿度为75%的条件下3天制备而成。
进一步地,调节料的制作步骤如下:
(1)将山药、菖蒲、鱼腥草放入到锅中用武火炒8分钟,加入水和盐,料、水和盐的质量比为1:0.5:0.2,改为用文火炒5分钟,熄火,盖上锅盖焖15分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料连同三七、淫羊藿一起倒入到粉磨机中加工成50目数的粉末,搅拌均匀,自然干燥,即可。
进一步地,中草药水的制作步骤如下:将川木通、陈皮、半枝莲、柏子仁放入到煲中,加入水,料与水的质量比是1:10,用武火煮沸腾后,改用文火继续煮35分钟,熄火,过滤得出滤液,在滤液中加入黑糖,搅拌均匀,放凉,即可。

Claims (6)
1.一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,包括基础料、调节料和中草药水,
所述基础料包括大米30~40份、玉米25~30份、麦糠20~25份、鱼粉10~15份、虾壳10~13份、土豆15~18份、番薯叶10~13份、艾叶9~12份、骨粉8~13份、糜子10~14份、荞麦11~15份、豇豆7~9份、蚕豆6~10份、蕹菜3~6份、山茶花4~7份、水浮莲2~5份、三叶草6~8份、向日葵籽5~7份、胡麻籽8~11份、鸡油菌14~17份、马鞍菌15~18份、哈密瓜皮11~15份、花生壳5~7份、香蕉叶6~11份、紫花苜蓿5~11份、梯牧草1~1.5份、苜蓿草0.8~1.3份、落葵0.6~0.9份、黑麦草0.2~0.5份、酸菜1.3~1.9份、芹菜6~10份、红豆0.8~1.4份、绿豆芽1.1~1.8份、辣椒0.2~0.5份;
所述调节料包括;三七20~27份、山药13~22份、菖蒲8~13份、鱼腥草4~13份、淫羊藿18~25份;
所述中草药水制作原料包括:黑糖14~17份、川木通15~23份、陈皮8~16份、半枝莲3~12份、柏子仁16~24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,制作步骤如下:
(1)将所述调节料和基础料按1:10~2:10的质量比进行混合,搅拌均匀,放入到容器中,容器口用双层纱布覆盖,静置于温度为28~33℃、湿度为70~80%的环境下3~4天,倒出,烘干至3成干;
(2)在上述所得物料加入中草药水进行搅拌均匀,调配至4~5成干,放入容器中,容器口覆盖双层纱布,静置于温度为35~42℃、湿度为45~55%、压强为0.08MPa~0.15MPa的环境下7~8天,倒出,烘干至3成干,摊开置于阳光下照射2~3个小时,移至阴凉处通风1.5~2.5个小时,即可。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述基础料的制作步骤如下:
(1)将基础料的各制作原料放入到绞碎设备中进行绞碎,搅拌均匀,倒出到另一容器,加入由酸奶和水按质量比1:1组成的液体,边加入边用手搅拌,直至物料达到用手抓紧成团、松手落地散开的状态,停止加入液体;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料倒入到发酵池,抚平,在所述物料表面铺上一层厚度为2~4cm的鸡粪,然后覆盖上双层塑料膜,双层塑料膜上用重物进行压紧,发酵11~15天;
(3)将步骤(2)所得发酵料挖出,将积水进行过滤,控干至4成干,即可。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述调节料的制作步骤如下:
(1)将山药、菖蒲、鱼腥草放入到锅中用武火炒5~10分钟,加入水和盐,料、水和盐的质量比为1:0.5:0.2,改为用文火炒3~6分钟,熄火,盖上锅盖焖10~20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料连同三七、淫羊藿一起倒入到粉磨机中加工成45~55目数的粉末,搅拌均匀,自然干燥,即可。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药水的制作步骤如下:将川木通、陈皮、半枝莲、柏子仁放入到煲中,加入水,料与水的质量比是1:10,用武火煮沸腾后,改用文火继续煮30~40分钟,熄火,过滤得出滤液,在滤液中加入黑糖,搅拌均匀,放凉,即可。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述鸡粪是由鸡粪、秸秆、草灰碳、芦根、千年健和胡黄连按6:1:1:1:0.5:0.5的质量比放入到密封塑料袋中,静置于温度为32~38℃、湿度为70~80%的条件下3~4天制备而成。
