Detailed Description
For the convenience of understanding, the dust-proof room for installing and maintaining the GIS provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the dust-proof room for installing and maintaining a GIS according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a dust-proof room main body 1 capable of being transported to a GIS installation and maintenance point, the dust-proof room main body 1 is provided with a GIS installation port, the GIS installation port is provided with a detachable sealing curtain 2, and the sealing curtain 2 and the dust-proof room main body 1 form a closed GIS installation and maintenance space;
the dust-proof chamber main body 1 is provided with a plurality of lugs 11 on the outside, and the inside is provided with the hoist and mount driving 8 that is used for hoisting GIS respectively for regulate and control GIS installation and maintain the environmental control system 7 of space environment, and be used for to hoist and mount driving 8 and environmental control system power supply and to the GIS installation and maintain the power supply lighting system that the space provided the illumination.
Since the GIS are generally arranged in a pipe tree structure, in order to conveniently snap the dust chamber main body 1 to the GIS3 located at the GIS installation and maintenance point in a transportation manner, a GIS seating port is generally provided at a portion of the dust chamber main body 1 corresponding to the GIS3, so that the GIS3 is seated in the dust chamber main body 1, and both ends of the GIS3 are extended out of the dust chamber main body 1. Therefore, the GIS seating opening is generally a pair of openings provided at opposite sides of the dust box main body 1, and of course, if there are a plurality of GIS3 pipes at the GIS installation and maintenance point, the number of openings provided at the dust box main body 1 is also a plurality of pairs.
The detachable sealing curtain 2 is installed at the GIS installation opening of the main body 1 of the dust chamber so that the sealing curtain 2 can be removed before the main body 1 of the dust chamber is carried and the sealing curtain 2 is installed on the main body 1 of the dust chamber after the main body 1 of the dust chamber is carried. In order to conveniently disassemble and assemble the sealing curtain 2, the sealing curtain 2 can be composed of a dust-proof room shielding curtain 21 and a GIS shielding curtain 22, wherein the dust-proof room shielding curtain 21 is sealed with a GIS placing port of the dust-proof room main body 1 in an adhesive manner, the GIS shielding curtain 22 is arranged in an area corresponding to the pipeline section of the dust-proof room shielding curtain 21 and the GIS3, the GIS shielding curtain 22 is a tubular soft curtain, a pipe orifice at one end of the GIS curtain is sealed with the dust-proof room shielding curtain 21 in an adhesive manner, and a pipe orifice at the other end of the GIS curtain is bound on the outer wall of a pipeline of the GIS3 extending out of the dust-. If the GIS mounting opening of the dust-proof chamber main body 1 is not provided with the projecting pipe of the GIS3, the other end pipe opening of the GIS curtain 22 can be bound and sealed by a binding tool such as a rope.
It can be understood that, according to the actual installation requirement of the sealing curtain 2, both the dust-proof room shielding curtain 21 and the GIS shielding curtain 22 can be split into a plurality of sub-shielding curtains, that is, the sub-shielding curtains are respectively formed by bonding a plurality of sub-shielding curtains; the number of the sub-shielding curtains can be set independently according to actual needs. In addition, since the sealing curtain 2 composed of the dust-proof room curtain 21 and the GIS curtain 22 is a soft curtain structure, a light metal plate material may be generally disposed outside the sealing curtain 2 for the convenience of shaping and protecting the same.
After the dust-proof room for installing and maintaining the GIS is hoisted to a GIS installing and maintaining point, a closed GIS installing and maintaining space can be formed by the dust-proof room main body 1 and the sealing curtain 2 arranged at the GIS arranging opening of the dust-proof room main body 1, so that the influence of the external environment of the dust-proof room on the environment of the GIS installing and maintaining space is effectively prevented. In addition, the environment control system 7 arranged in the dust-proof chamber main body 1 is used for accurately regulating and controlling the environment of the GIS installation and maintenance space, so that the environment of the GIS installation and maintenance space can be ensured to meet the operation requirement when the GIS is installed or maintained. In conclusion, the dust-proof chamber for installing and maintaining the GIS provided by the invention can provide a clean operation environment meeting the operation requirement for installing and maintaining the GIS, and reduces the probability of the GIS failing due to poor installation or maintenance operation environment.
In addition, in the dust-proof room for installing and maintaining the GIS provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of lifting lugs 11 are arranged outside the dust-proof room main body 1, and the dust-proof room can be directly transported to a GIS installing and maintaining point by using the lifting lugs 11 according to the requirements of the GIS installing and maintaining. Because the dust-proof chamber main body 1, the hoisting travelling crane 8, the environment control system 7 and the power supply lighting system which are arranged in the dust-proof chamber main body 1 can be directly transported to a GIS installation and maintenance point as a whole, the field assembly of the dust-proof chamber at the GIS installation and maintenance point is avoided, the total consumption and time consumption for installing and maintaining the GIS are effectively shortened, and the efficiency of installing and maintaining the GIS is improved.
The structure of the dust-proof chamber main body in the above embodiment can be specifically designed in cooperation with the structure of the GIS, and there are various options as long as the dust-proof chamber main body can be transported to a GIS installation and maintenance point and forms a closed GIS installation and maintenance space for the GIS. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the embodiment of the present invention, in cooperation with the most common structure of the equipment in the GIS string, preferably provides a simple and stable main structure of the dust-proof chamber, as described below.
The main structure of the dust-proof chamber body 1 is a box type truss, which can be made of various materials, such as cast iron, cast steel, forged steel, etc., and forged steel is preferable in order to ensure good mechanical properties of the box type truss. The top of the box type truss is provided with a dust-proof chamber top cover, the outer side of the dust-proof chamber top cover is provided with a plurality of lifting lugs 11, and the inner side of the dust-proof chamber top cover is provided with a hoisting travelling crane 8; the number and the arrangement positions of the lifting lugs 11 are specifically determined according to the stress analysis during the hoisting of the dust-proof room, and four groups of lifting lugs are generally symmetrically arranged at four corners of a top cover of the dust-proof room so as to allow a crane outside the dust-proof room to stably carry the main body 1 of the dust-proof room; the structure and specification of the hoisting crane 8 can be set according to the actual need of installing or maintaining the GIS, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.
A dustproof chamber bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the box type truss, and a GIS accommodating groove is formed in the dustproof chamber bottom plate; the four side parts of the box-type truss, which are positioned between the top and the bottom, are respectively provided with dustproof chamber side walls, wherein the two dustproof chamber side walls which are vertical to the GIS trend are respectively provided with the GIS arranging openings; and a dustproof chamber side wall parallel to the GIS trend and connected with the dustproof chamber bottom plate is provided with a dustproof chamber sealed door 5. When the dust-proof chamber main body 1 is conveyed to the position above the GIS3, the GIS containing groove on the bottom plate of the dust-proof chamber is matched with the GIS3, so that the dust-proof chamber main body 1 is just buckled on the GIS3, and two ends of the GIS3 respectively extend out of two GIS containing openings of the dust-proof chamber main body 1; at this time, the two GIS installing ports of the dust-proof chamber main body 1 are respectively provided with the sealing curtains 2, so that the dust-proof chamber main body 1 can be sealed, and a sealed GIS installing and maintaining space is formed.
In order to reduce the total weight of the dust-proof chamber, the dust-proof chamber top cover and the dust-proof chamber side wall of the dust-proof chamber main body can be made of aluminum-plastic plates; in addition, in order to reduce the energy consumption of the dust-proof chamber, the inner sides of the dust-proof chamber top cover and the dust-proof chamber side wall are respectively provided with an insulating layer 12, and the insulating layer 12 is made of insulating materials such as rock wool boards.
In order to ensure the sufficient strength of the main body of the dust-proof chamber, the box-type truss, the top cover of the dust-proof chamber, the bottom plate of the dust-proof chamber and the side wall of the dust-proof chamber may be formed as an integral structure, for example, by integral casting, or by a container-type welding structure.
It can be understood that, with continuing reference to fig. 1, the above-described embodiment further provides an air shower 6 disposed adjacent to the dust-proof room sealing door 5 on the bottom plate of the dust-proof room; that is, when the worker opens the dust-proof chamber sealing door 5 and enters the dust-proof chamber, the worker needs to clean the dust-proof chamber by passing through the air shower 6. The clean air blown out by the air shower 6 is utilized to remove dust carried by operators, and the dust outside the dustproof room can be effectively blocked or reduced to enter the dustproof room, so that a clean and reliable operation environment is provided for installation and maintenance of the GIS. In this embodiment, air shower 6 chooses for use single two air-blowing shower, and two doors around it adopt the electronic interlocking structure for air shower is equivalent to the airlock room, can effectively prevent the outside unpurified air admission dust proof chamber in the dust proof chamber.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the dust-proof room further includes an electric skylight 4 disposed on a top cover of the dust-proof room, a window of the electric skylight 4 is opposite to the GIS accommodating groove on the bottom plate of the dust-proof room, and a driving motor of the electric skylight 4 is electrically connected to a power box of the power supply lighting system. For example, the electric skylight 4 may be an electric rotary skylight or an electric translational skylight, and the corresponding working principle is mainly that a motor is used to drive the skylight to rotate or translate, so as to adjust the opening degree of the window; the driving of the motor can be controlled by remote control. When the weight of the GIS equipment needing to be installed or replaced is larger than the hoisting load of the hoisting travelling crane, the electric skylight 4 is controlled to be opened, so that the lifting hook of the crane outside the dust-proof room can extend into the dust-proof room, and the GIS equipment with various weights can be hoisted conveniently.
It should be added that, a reinforcing structure, such as a supporting plate or a protective cover, should be arranged around the power sunroof 4, so that after the power sunroof 4 is opened, the power sunroof 4 can be prevented from being deformed due to the hoisting of the GIS equipment by a crane outside the dust protection room through the reinforcing structure, thereby ensuring that the power sunroof 4 is reliably used.
In the above embodiment, the environment control system for regulating and controlling the installation of the GIS and maintaining the space environment may have various implementation forms. For example, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the environment control system 7 includes an environment monitoring device 71 for monitoring the environment of the GIS installation and maintenance space, and an air conditioning device 72 in signal connection with the environment monitoring device; the environment monitoring equipment 71 comprises a dust degree monitor and a temperature and humidity sensor which are respectively arranged inside the dustproof chamber main body 1; the air conditioning equipment 72 is arranged on the side wall or the bottom plate of the dustproof chamber main body 1, and the air conditioning equipment 72 comprises a fresh air conditioning unit which is respectively in signal connection with a dust degree monitor and a temperature and humidity sensor. Of course, other cleaning devices such as a vacuum cleaner may be provided in the dust chamber.
The dust degree monitor can measure the quantity of dust of 0.5um, 1.0um, 5.0um and the like in a GIS installation and maintenance space in real time, and the temperature and humidity sensor can measure the temperature and humidity in the GIS installation and maintenance space in real time; the fresh air conditioning unit can effectively regulate and control the environment in the GIS installation and maintenance space according to monitoring information transmitted by the dust degree monitor and the temperature and humidity sensor, for example, the cleanliness, the temperature, the humidity and the pressure in the GIS installation and maintenance space and dust with the diameter of filter particles being more than or equal to 0.5um are controlled, and therefore all environmental indexes in the GIS installation and maintenance space can meet the operation requirements of GIS installation and maintenance. In addition, in order to facilitate installation, control and reduce the space occupation of the environment control system in a dustproof chamber, the dust degree monitor and the temperature and humidity sensor can be integrated with the fresh air conditioning unit.
It needs to supplement that above-mentioned environmental control system can also include the monitoring display device with dust degree monitor and temperature and humidity sensor signal connection respectively to make things convenient for the operation personnel in time to know each item environmental index in GIS installation and the maintenance space. Moreover, the display information of the monitoring display device can be remotely transmitted to other wireless display equipment outside the dust-proof room, such as a mobile phone, so that other related personnel outside the dust-proof room can also know various environmental indexes in the GIS installation and maintenance space in real time, the interference caused by the fact that too many personnel frequently enter the dust-proof room to the environment of the GIS installation and maintenance space is avoided, and the field safety quality control effect of installing or maintaining the GIS is improved.
It is worth mentioning that, in the dust-proof room for GIS installation and maintenance provided in the above embodiments, the power supply illumination system includes a power box and an illumination device electrically connected to the power box. Wherein,
the power box adopts a box-type structure and can be usually arranged on the side wall of the dustproof chamber or the bottom plate of the dustproof chamber main body; and the power box is respectively and electrically connected with the hoisting travelling crane and the environment control system, and can respectively supply power to the hoisting travelling crane and the environment control system in a self-powered mode and/or an external power supply mode. When the power supply box adopts the mode of external power supply, an external power supply interface is arranged on the side wall of the dustproof chamber close to the power supply box, so that the power supply box can be electrically connected with an external power supply cable on the basis of dust prevention.
The lighting equipment is generally arranged on the dust-proof room top cover of the dust-proof room main body, and a plurality of groups of LED energy-saving lamps can be selected. The illumination equipment is utilized to provide all-weather illumination for GIS installation and maintenance space, and can facilitate all-weather operation of operators, thereby shortening the total time of power failure caused by GIS installation or maintenance and contributing to reducing the economic loss caused by power failure of the power system.
It should be noted that, GIS belongs to extra-high voltage equipment, and at the in-process of installing or maintaining GIS, for the operation risk that reduces operating personnel, above-mentioned dust proof chamber still includes the total earthing terminal that sets up in the outside of dust proof chamber main part to and set up a plurality of sub earthing terminals in the inside of dust proof chamber main part, and a plurality of sub earthing terminals are connected with total earthing terminal respectively. In specific implementation, the embodiment adopts a 'one-point access and centralized arrangement' mode, and a general grounding end is usually arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the dustproof chamber and is used for being connected with a ground grid of a transformer substation; and a plurality of sub-grounding ends connected with the main grounding end are arranged at the inner side of the side wall of the dust-proof room in a centralized way and are distributed and used according to the use function of each power device in the dust-proof room. Of course, the number of the sub-grounds is usually larger than the number of the existing power devices inside the clean room, that is, each sub-ground includes a reserved spare sub-ground for the use of time.
