本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种双阀板式三偏心蝶阀,包括结构相同的两个蝶阀,两个蝶阀的阀体之间通过箱体连接在一起,在箱体的底部设有泄压阀,两个蝶阀上都安装有电动执行器。本装置结构简单,由电动执行器在远端进行连锁,可同步开启,也可单独开启。在体腔内装有泄放阀,可在单侧开启状态下进行杂质泄放。由一个阀门代替三个阀门的功能,有效降低安装制造成本。

本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种双阀板式三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
目前管路上都安装一个三偏心蝶阀,在管路检修时需要再在管路上增加一个三偏心蝶阀,这样比较耗费时间,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种双阀板式三偏心蝶阀。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种双阀板式三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:包括结构相同的两个蝶阀,两个蝶阀的阀体之间通过箱体连接在一起,在箱体的底部设有泄压阀,两个蝶阀上都安装有电动执行器。
优选地,所述蝶阀包括阀体、下阀轴、阀座、多层次密封圈、阀板压板、阀板、上阀轴;所述下阀轴通过短轴套安装在所述阀体的下部,下阀轴的上部与所述阀板的下部连接,所述多层次密封圈通过所述阀板压板安装在所述阀板上,所述阀座安装在所述阀体上并与所述多层次密封圈配合,所述上阀轴通过填料机构与所述阀体上部连接,所述上阀轴的上部与所述电动执行器连接,所述电动执行器通过支架安装在所述阀体上。
优选地,所述阀体上部设有填料函,所述填料机构置于填料函中,所述填料机构包括填料垫、填料、填料压套以及填料压板,填料压板与所述阀体上部通过螺栓连接,将料垫、填料、填料压套安装在填料函内。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本装置结构简单,由电动执行器在远端进行连锁,可同步开启,也可单独开启。在体腔内装有泄放阀,可在单侧开启状态下进行杂质泄放。由一个阀门代替三个阀门的功能,有效降低安装制造成本。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1-图3所示,一种双阀板式三偏心蝶阀,包括结构相同的两个蝶阀,所述蝶阀包括阀体1、下阀轴2、阀座3、多层次密封圈4、阀板压板5、阀板6、上阀轴7;所述下阀轴通过短轴套安装在所述阀体的下部,下阀轴的上部与所述阀板的下部连接,所述多层次密封圈通过所述阀板压板安装在所述阀板上,所述阀座安装在所述阀体上并与所述多层次密封圈配合,所述上阀轴通过填料机构与所述阀体上部连接,所述上阀轴的上部与所述电动执行器连接,所述电动执行器通过支架8安装在所述阀体上。所述阀体上部设有填料函,所述填料机构置于填料函中,所述填料机构包括填料垫9、填料10、填料压套11以及填料压板12,填料压板与所述阀体上部通过螺栓连接,将料垫、填料、填料压套安装在填料函内。
两个蝶阀的阀体之间通过箱体13连接在一起,在箱体的底部设有泄压阀14,两个蝶阀上都安装有电动执行器15。本装置结构简单,由电动执行器在远端进行连锁,可同步开启,也可单独开启。在体腔内装有泄放阀,可在单侧开启状态下进行杂质泄放。由一个阀门代替三个阀门的功能,有效降低安装制造成本。
