The production of the solar cell involves multiple procedures, at present, the loading, unloading and transferring of the cell bearing basket in the production process of the solar cell mainly depend on manual work, but the solar cell is very easy to damage in the manual loading, unloading and transferring processes, and the solar cell is often damaged, so that the quantity of manual transferring is small, the efficiency is low, the production cost of enterprises is increased, and the benefits of the enterprises are reduced; along with the higher and higher automation level of manufacturing industry, also adopt the manipulator to accomplish the snatching to battery piece basket on the solar wafer production line of some producer, but all need install the manipulator in every process position, a large amount of procurement manipulators are with high costs, have increased the running cost of enterprise, many enterprises can't bear the input of a large amount of funds. Therefore, the invention is particularly important to an automatic device for transferring and feeding the solar cell carrying basket.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic battery piece basket taking and feeding mechanism which can automatically receive battery piece baskets unloaded from a storage bin, and can vertically feed the battery piece baskets to production line equipment according to process requirements, and simultaneously can convey the baskets unloaded from the production line equipment to the storage bin.

Further, the material taking mechanism comprises two lifting electric cylinders, two sides of the base of the conveying turnover mechanism are respectively connected with the two lifting electric cylinders, and the two lifting electric cylinders are driven by one servo motor.

The automatic taking and feeding mechanism for the battery piece basket can automatically receive the battery piece basket unloaded from the storage bin, and can vertically supply the battery piece basket to production line equipment for use according to process requirements, meanwhile, the basket unloaded from the production line equipment can be conveyed to the storage bin, manual operation is not needed in the whole process, the working efficiency is improved, the production cost is saved, and the damage of manual operation to the battery piece is avoided.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which preferred embodiments are shown, for the purpose of illustrating the invention, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments shown.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic taking and feeding mechanism for the battery piece flower basket comprises an outer main support 1, a taking mechanism and a feeding mechanism which are arranged on the outer main support, wherein the taking mechanism comprises a lifting electric cylinder 21, a conveying turnover mechanism base 22 arranged on the lifting electric cylinder 21, a conveying mechanism and a turnover mechanism which are arranged on the conveying turnover mechanism base side by side, and a horizontal conveying mechanism for transferring the flower basket between the conveying mechanism and the turnover mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprises an electric roller conveying belt 23, a baffle 24 arranged at the tail end of the electric roller conveying belt 23, and a sensor is arranged on the baffle 24. The turnover mechanism comprises a turnover plate 25 and a turnover motor 26, one end of the turnover plate 25 is installed on a conveying turnover mechanism base 22 through a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of the turnover motor 26, a basket clamping mechanism is arranged on the turnover plate 25, and a buffer block is arranged on the conveying turnover mechanism base and below the turnover plate. The horizontal conveying mechanism comprises a horizontal conveying electric cylinder 27 arranged above the conveying mechanism and the turnover mechanism, a vertical guide cylinder 28 connected with the horizontal conveying electric cylinder 27, and a horizontal clamping jaw 29 arranged on the vertical guide cylinder 28. The feeding mechanism comprises two parallel longitudinal linear modules 31 arranged on the upper part of the outer main support, a transverse linear module 32 arranged between the two longitudinal linear modules 31, a vertical electric cylinder 33 arranged on the transverse linear module 32, and a basket clamping jaw 34 arranged at the tail end of the vertical electric cylinder 33.
Further, the material taking mechanism comprises two lifting electric cylinders, two sides of the base of the conveying turnover mechanism are respectively connected with the two lifting electric cylinders, and the two lifting electric cylinders are driven by one servo motor.
Further, an electric control cabinet 4 is mounted on the outer main support 1, and an electric control part of the mechanism is mounted in the electric control cabinet 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the basket clamping jaw includes a mounting plate 341, an air cylinder 342, a linear guide 344, a rack 343, a gear 345, a clamping air cylinder 346, and a clamping block 347, wherein the linear guide 344 is mounted on the mounting plate 341, the rack 343 is disposed on the linear guide 344, the air cylinder 342 is connected with the rack 343 and drives the rack 343 to move along the linear guide 344, the gear 345 is meshed with the rack 343, the gear 345 is connected with the clamping air cylinder 346 through a shaft, and the clamping block 347 is mounted on the clamping air cylinder 346.
Further, buffer limiting devices 348 are provided at both ends of the rack 343.
The device can be connected with an automatic storage bin, three flowers baskets can be provided for each time by the storage bin, at the moment, the electric roller conveyor belt 23 of the conveying mechanism rotates clockwise to receive the flowers baskets, the flowers baskets reach the baffle 24 at the tail end of the electric roller conveyor belt 23, the sensor sends out signals, and the electric roller conveyor belt 23 stops rotating. If the basket is not required to be vertically transferred to the equipment, the longitudinal linear module 31, the transverse linear module 32 and the vertical electric cylinder 33 of the feeding mechanism act to send the basket clamping jaw 34 to the basket, the clamping cylinder 346 drives the clamping block 347 to clamp the basket, the vertical electric cylinder 33 ascends, the cylinder 342 drives the clamping cylinder 346 to rotate through the rack 343 and the gear 345 to adjust the opening direction of the battery piece basket to a direction meeting the processing requirement of the equipment, and the longitudinal linear module 31 and the transverse linear module 32 cooperate to send the basket to the designated position. After the basket is taken away, the feeding mechanism can place the empty basket in the taken-away vacancy, when three pieces of basket are all replaced, the electric roller conveyor belt 23 is reversed, the empty basket is conveyed into the storage bin, then the lifting electric cylinder 21 drives the conveying mechanism to move up and down, and the full basket on the upper layer and the lower layer of the automatic storage bin is received again.
If the basket is required to be vertically conveyed to the equipment, a horizontal conveying mechanism consisting of a horizontal conveying electric cylinder 27, a vertical guide cylinder 28 connected with the horizontal conveying electric cylinder 27 and a horizontal clamping jaw 29 arranged on the vertical guide cylinder 28 transfers the basket on the conveying mechanism to a turnover plate 25 of the turnover mechanism, a basket clamping mechanism on the turnover plate 25 clamps the basket, and then a turnover motor 26 drives the turnover plate 25 to be turned over and vertically, and the feeding mechanism takes materials to be conveyed to the processing equipment. If empty flowers basket exists in the return stroke, the feeding mechanism places the flowers basket on the turnover mechanism, the turnover motor drives the turnover plate to be flat, the horizontal conveying mechanism places the flowers basket on the empty position of the electric roller conveying belt 23, after three pieces of flowers are sent out or are completely replaced, the electric roller conveying belt 23 is lifted to move, the electric roller conveying belt 23 is aligned with a storage bin vacancy, the electric roller is reversed, and the empty flowers basket is conveyed into the storage bin vacancy.
If the empty baskets are not required to be returned to the warehouse, the lifting electric cylinder 21 brings the conveying turnover mechanism to the full basket layer of the storage bin and aligns the full basket layers, and then the material taking and feeding actions are executed.
