[0002]发动机缸体是发动机的核心零部件,缸孔又是发动机缸体的重要结构,缸孔在发 动机中是装缸套的部位,主要是让机油在缸壁形成保护膜起到更好的润滑作用。缸孔的加 工质量的好坏直接影响到整个发动机的性能及可靠性,因此处理好缸孔的加工问题是制造 好缸体的关键一步。现技术缸体的缸孔加工是分别以缸体前端面及缸体后端面为加工基准 定位,这样的定位优点在于基准容易选取,且缸体前后端面一般均为大平面,便于夹具装 夹,但是缺点是如果缸体毛坯在铸造时出现水套相对于缸体前后端面移动,那么缸孔也会 随之相对于缸体前后端面移动,而加工基准为缸体前后端面,将会导致加工后的缸孔壁厚 不均匀,进而导致缸孔变形等问题,影响整机性能。为此,我们提出一种发动机缸体结构及 缸体的缸孔加工定位方法,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。

- l • 一种发动机缸体结构,包括发动机缸体a)和定位座(9),其特征在于:所述发动机缸 体(1)的两侧设有一体成型的安装板(3),所述发动机缸体(1)的上端中部设有左右对称设 置的缸套(7),所述发动机缸体(1)的上端两侧设有水平台(5),所述发动机缸体(1)的底部 设有曲轴安装槽(2),所述发动机缸体(1)的前部安装有机油滤清器(4),所述定位座(9)的 上端中部设有凹槽(12),所述凹槽(12)的底部设有用于放置发动机缸体(1)的放置板(11), 所述定位座(9)的上部设有支架(14),所述支架(14)的上端中部安装有液压缸(15),所述液 压缸(15)的输出端贯穿支架(14)的顶部连接有定位卡接板(13),所述定位卡接板(13)卡接 于水平台⑸。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机缸体结构,其特征在于:所述发动机缸体(1)的上 端设有汽缸盖衬垫(6)。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机缸体结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)的底部位于 放置板(11)之间安装有圆柱型滚珠(10)。
- 4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机缸体结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)的两侧设有 滑槽(18),所述放置板(11)的底部设有滑接于滑槽(18)的凸起(8)。
- 5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种发动机缸体结构,其特征在于:所述凸起(8)内设有用于 安装滚轮(16)的安装槽(17),所述滚轮(16)的侧边表面凸出安装槽(17)。
- 6. —种权利要求1所述的发动机缸体结构的缸孔加工定位方法,其特征在于:具体包括 以下步骤: 51、 清理干净发动机缸体(1)表面开设的孔、止口、顶面的铁屑和污物,然后喷涂防锈 油; 52、 将发动机缸体(1)放置于放置板a 1)上,使用螺钉将安装板(3)与放置板a D固定, 然后调整移动放置板a 1)的位置; 53、 通过液压缸(I5)的输出端控制定位卡接板(13)伸出,直至定位卡接板(13)正好卡 接于水平台(5),完成对发动机缸体(1)的固定。
