Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保VOC废气过滤领域,尤其涉及空气过滤装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的快速发展,人们对环境的重视也越来越高,环境的排放标准也越来越严格。少数地方依旧采用燃烧燃煤换取热能的方式,燃煤燃烧的烟气中含有大量的酸性气体( 如含硫气体)、粉尘、重金属等污染物,故需要对烟气进行净化控制。
目前,人们在烟气脱硫中使用最多的是:通过吸收剂浆液吸收烟气中的酸性气体。
由于燃煤燃烧产生的烟气本身温度比较高,并且烟气中的气体成分比较复杂,对脱硫设备
的耐温性、耐腐蚀性有比较高的要求,其脱硫效率也较差,且排气过程中有部分粉尘堆积在
装置内部,不易清洗。
而且粉尘、未过滤的烟气直接排放入大气,不仅不满足环境保护的需求,也对人体产生直接的危害。
现有的空气过滤设备均采用简单的过滤网过滤,对复杂的烟气处理难度较大,尤其是处理高粉尘和高温的烟气,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,可对高温和高粉尘烟气进行处理,大大提高粉尘吸收效率的空气过滤装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种空气过滤装置,包括卧式密封壳体,壳体一端设置有进风口、另一端设置有出风口,壳体内间隔设置有二块隔板,二块隔板将壳体从左往右顺次分成三个腔室,第一腔室顶端设置有注水口,底端设置有放空口,第一腔室的近顶端侧壁上设置有进气管,进气管伸入第一腔室近底端,第一隔板的近顶端侧壁上设置有出气口,所述第一腔室内填充有净化液,净化液的液面高度低于进气管和出气口的高度,第二腔室内设置有干燥吸附填料,第二隔板近底端设置有第二出气管,第二出气管伸入第三腔室内,连接中心过滤芯筒,中心过滤芯筒上方设置有顶端密封的第二筒体,中心过滤芯筒内设置有第一过滤填料,第二筒体内壁与中心过滤芯筒外壁之间设置有第二过滤填料,第二筒体外壁与第三腔室内壁之间设置有第三过滤填料,第三腔室顶端开设有排风管,排风管上设置有引风机。
作为优选,第一过滤填料为和纳米银活性炭材料层。
作为优选,第二过滤填料为静电吸附填料层。
作为优选,第三过滤填料为活性海泡石纳米材料层。
作为优选,第二筒体上方设置有引风罩。
作为优选,干燥吸附填料包括干燥壳体以及填充于干燥壳体内的干燥吸附剂。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过多个过滤腔室进行过滤,并且设置净水池通过气体与净水剂进行鼓泡式反应,对温度高的气体进行冷却,同时通过净水剂吸附大量的粉尘,第三腔室采用中心过滤再向两侧过滤的多层迷宫式过滤方式,大大提高了过滤精度。

实施例1:一种空气过滤装置,包括卧式密封壳体1,壳体1内间隔设置有二块隔板(1.1、1.2),二块隔板(1.1、1.2)将壳体1从左往右顺次分成三个腔室,第一腔室2顶端设置有注水口2.1,底端设置有放空口2.2,第一腔室2的近顶端侧壁上设置有进气管2.3,进气管2.3伸入第一腔室2近底端,第一隔板1.1的近顶端侧壁上设置有出气口2.4,所述第一腔室2内填充有净化液,净化液的液面高度低于进气管2.3和出气口2.4的高度,第二腔室3内设置有干燥吸附填料4,第二隔板1.2近底端设置有第二出气管3.1,第二出气管3.1伸入第三腔室5内,连接中心过滤芯筒6,中心过滤芯筒6上方设置有顶端密封的第二筒体7,中心过滤芯筒6内设置有第一过滤填料8,第二筒体7内壁与中心过滤芯筒6外壁之间设置有第二过滤填料9,第二筒体7外壁与第三腔室5内壁之间设置有第三过滤填料10,第三腔室5顶端开设有排风管11,排风管11上设置有引风机12。第一过滤填料8为和纳米银活性炭材料层。第二过滤填料9为静电吸附填料层。第三过滤填料10为活性海泡石纳米材料层。
第二筒体7上方设置有引风罩13。干燥吸附填料4包括干燥壳体4.1以及填充于干燥壳体4.1内的干燥吸附剂4.2。

1.一种空气过滤装置,包括卧式密封壳体,壳体一端设置有进风口、另一端设置有出风口,其特征在于壳体内间隔设置有二块隔板,二块隔板将壳体从左往右顺次分成三个腔室,第一腔室顶端设置有注水口,底端设置有放空口,第一腔室的近顶端侧壁上设置有进气管,进气管伸入第一腔室近底端,第一隔板的近顶端侧壁上设置有出气口,所述第一腔室内填充有净化液,净化液的液面高度低于进气管和出气口的高度,第二腔室内设置有干燥吸附填料,第二隔板近底端设置有第二出气管,第二出气管伸入第三腔室内,连接中心过滤芯筒,中心过滤芯筒上方设置有顶端密封的第二筒体,中心过滤芯筒内设置有第一过滤填料,第二筒体内壁与中心过滤芯筒外壁之间设置有第二过滤填料,第二筒体外壁与第三腔室内壁之间设置有第三过滤填料,第三腔室顶端开设有排风管,排风管上设置有引风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤装置,其特征在于第一过滤填料为和纳米银活性炭材料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤装置,其特征在于第二过滤填料为静电吸附填料层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤装置,其特征在于第三过滤填料为活性海泡石纳米材料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤装置,其特征在于第二筒体上方设置有引风罩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤装置,其特征在于干燥吸附填料包括干燥壳体以及填充于干燥壳体内的干燥吸附剂。
