技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品领域。
背景技术
基础的手术器械可分为:医用剪、止血钳、持针钳、海绵钳、医用镊、手术刀、血管剪等等,现有的血管剪主要是包括剪把和剪头,其中剪头是呈一个弯折角度,为了不同场景的需要。其中弯折角度有大有小,在使用的时候,需要根据不同的场景需求带上多种弯曲角度的血管剪,使用不方面,特别当一个血管剪剪头坏掉的时候,需要更好整个血管剪,不节约环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种紧固血管剪,包括剪把和剪头,所述的剪把和剪头为可拆卸的连接。
作为改进,所述的可拆卸的连接剪把末端的凹部、剪头末端的凸部,所述的凸部深入到凹部中,所述的凸部带有一定的弹性结构,所述的凹部的外壁螺纹连接有固定管。
作为改进,所述的剪把的一个外壁上设有齿部,齿部用于增大摩擦力,另一个剪把铰接有一个固定杆,所述的固定杆的另一头可以卡在齿部中。
作为改进,所述的固定杆中间为一个槽道,槽道顶部壁卡在齿部中。
作为改进,在固定杆和剪把的铰接轴处连接有弹簧,所述的弹簧给固定杆一个逆时针转动的力,限制其顺时针转动。
作为改进,固定杆的端部设有一个拨槽,所述的拨槽用于拇指转动固定杆顺时针方向转动。
作为改进,所述的剪头表面设有聚合物抗菌涂层,所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm-1mm,所述的的聚合物涂层是一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,所述的接枝单体包括二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷和丙烯腈单体。
作为改进,所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷5-20份,丙烯腈单体5-20份。
作为改进,所述的聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,反应5 min -10min。
作为改进,所述的引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二异丙苯。
作为改进,所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化二异丙苯的混合物,摩尔比为1:(0.7-1.5)。
作为改进,所述步骤B的熔融时间为1-5min。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的血管剪能够一个剪把对应多个不同型号的剪头,并且相互的紧固性好,本发明的固定杆能够对张开的剪头进行有效固定,减轻了人手指固定的疲劳感,同时抗菌涂层能够减少表面细菌的残留量,减少伤病患者的感染。

下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
具体实施例1:如图1-4所示,一种紧固血管剪,包括剪把1和剪头2,所述的剪把1和剪头2为可拆卸的连接,所述的可拆卸的连接剪把末端的凹部101、剪头末端的凸部201,所述的凸部深入到凹部中,所述的凸部带有一定的弹性结构,所述的凹部的外壁螺纹连接有固定管3。所述的剪把的一个外壁上设有齿部102,齿部用于增大摩擦力,另一个剪把铰接有一个固定杆103,所述的固定杆的另一头可以卡在齿部102中。所述的固定杆中间为一个槽道,槽道顶部壁卡在齿部中。在固定杆和剪把的铰接轴处连接有弹簧,所述的弹簧给固定杆一个逆时针转动的力,限制其顺时针转动。固定杆的端部设有一个拨槽1031,所述的拨槽用于拇指转动固定杆顺时针方向转动。
具体实施例1:一种紧固血管剪,和实施例1的区别在于,所述的剪头表面设有一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,其特征在于,所述的接枝单体包括含有二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷和丙烯腈单体。
所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷单体5份,丙烯腈单体20份。
聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融,熔融时间为5min;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,引发剂为聚碳酸酯重量的0.1%,反应5 min;
所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化二异丙苯的混合物,摩尔比为1:0.7。
将实施例1和实施例1的血管剪进行对比发现,实施例2的细菌残留为实施例1的万分之二。

Claims (10)

1.一种紧固血管剪,包括剪把(1)和剪头(2),其特征在于,所述的剪把(1)和剪头(2)为可拆卸的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的可拆卸的连接剪把末端的凹部(101)、剪头末端的凸部(201),所述的凸部深入到凹部中,所述的凸部带有一定的弹性结构,所述的凹部的外壁螺纹连接有固定管(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的剪把的一个外壁上设有齿部(102),齿部用于增大摩擦力,另一个剪把铰接有一个固定杆(103),所述的固定杆的另一头可以卡在齿部(102)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的固定杆中间为一个槽道,槽道顶部壁卡在齿部中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,在固定杆和剪把的铰接轴处连接有弹簧,所述的弹簧给固定杆一个逆时针转动的力,限制其顺时针转动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,固定杆的端部设有一个拨槽(1031),所述的拨槽用于拇指转动固定杆顺时针方向转动。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的剪头表面设有聚合物抗菌涂层,所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm-1mm,所述的的聚合物涂层是一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,所述的接枝单体包括二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷和丙烯腈单体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷5-20份,丙烯腈单体5-20份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,反应5 min -10min。
10.根据权利要求9所述的紧固血管剪,其特征在于,所述的引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二异丙苯。
